My buddy here in Orange Texas fished a tournament put on by American Rodsmiths and some Trout tournament series. Well they placed first placed and have still to receive their winnings. They paid their entry fee to American Rodsmiths. When are yall going to pay them their $3500.00?? Someone is guilty of a few felonies at least.. Fraud in fishing tournaments is very serious business in Texas.

all im saying is yes MJNA will continue to book profits, but you will hear the sky is falling from all angles if the DOJ disallows rec use. I personally think they will leave it all up to the states. If they put up a fight over medical use, the sky will fall.

I think the soft drinks fit the bill nicely, as do the chocolates and rice craipy treats. Dixie will be a brad name like General Mills, or will be purchased by someone like it.

what major catalyst are you citing that will drive buyers and massive volume to take the VALUE to "two dollar land"? Please quit the speculative calls, unless we have clear direction, lets try a sane and reserved approach.

if the charts are telling you something, its hard to ignore. The things that will move this stock are a clear DOJ stance, large deals that will effect future earnings, and quarterly sales figures. Thats it. QUIT calling for dollarland and .50 everyday without one of the above as a catalyst. Its plain ridiculous really. If we touch .25-.26 then I will be averaging down. Its a no brainer. You have to remember that this is a company with real products, and real earnings. How many others can you say that of?

its just like tomatoes and aloe vera. you can grow tomatoes, but most people just goto the store. a few that are smart enough and like to tinker will grow for their own use. I bet ALOT of people will try at first and a large percentage will fail miserably.. Seed companies will probably kick ass for a while.

Im noticing alot of exuberance lately, not quite irrational in my opinion, but I think alot of people expect to goto .50 overnight. We have already been through that. Alot of people got hurt in the dump that followed. I think a slow sideways grind up is preferable than the to the moon mentality. Things that will effect the value of this company are DOJ's opinion on MMJ, 24 month audit, and 1st quarter earnings. The earnings basically will confirm the guidance. Those things will be the substance of real news. New products are nice, but events that increase exposure and sales across the board are the key. Im staring at the charts for now.
