what app is that?
its a money issue. They have said that they have to spend over $100,000 for the audits to be current and they will do it once the profits allow for it.
wasn't posted by the CEO, but yes, I think they want to win more awards
They are brothers.
Yes, and they announced that they would be streaming it and offered anyone that wanted to watch it to RSVP and they will get the info to stream it. Look at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NTEK/news/NanoTech-Entertainment--NTEK--Announces-2013-Annual-Shareholders-Meeting?id=59695&b=y
" For those shareholders that are unable to physically attend, but still wish to view the proceedings, we will be offering a private live stream of the event using our NanoFlix broadcast technology."
Shareholders are asked to contact NanoTech by emailing shareholders@nanotechent.com and RSVP for the event so that proper accommodations can be arranged for all attendees. Shareholders unable to attend, but wishing a link to watch the live stream of the event should also contact the above email address and state they are making a virtual RSVP.
i would think just the opposite, it would appear that they are installing servers now. Look at the image, that's no laptop.
it wasn't the CEO that tweeted, it was the tech guy.
Why would you want them to pay 3x premium to IBM when they can build the servers themselves? I'm happy they are saving us money. Plus, hard drives are commodities and Fry's price matches the internet so they probably are the cheapest way to buy them locally.
He said he cleaned out Fry's of hard drives. Fry's doesn't sell servers, but they do sell parts and I would assume they are configuring the servers themselves.
Taber I respectfully disagree with your suggestion. One thing that is very useful in the responses is to show just how unfounded and ridiculous the statements they are making are. Thinking out loud and discussing the merits of NTEK in a public forum is good, and the responses show the depth and breadth of the DD that has been done by people here and the complete lack of basis for the bashers comments.
FORD doesn't have a patent on the car but they seem to do okay.
They stated they had exceeded the $187k forecast for Q1 already, and that they anticipated exceeding the $740k in Q2, but I don't believe they said they exceeded $1M in Q1.
where can we find the 200 MA and 50 MA online?
clearly NTEK provides it, Scottrade isn't updating it. Move on to a real issue would you.
I would say exceeding Q1 projections in 2 months is pretty blockbuster IMHO
It went up and down yesterday and closed even. It's been both up and down today, so not sure what you are looking for only up?
No, in fact, it's Scottrade's responsibility. NanoTech publishes their information and keeps it current, but they can't force other companies that they don't own to update their websites with the information they provide.
i don't believe it's lower than .0006 where this was 3 months ago
that's a million dollars profit on a single product, and only 6 months of sales
Campbell has been involved with NTEK since 2009, so I would say that they are leveraging his knowledge of public company workings to help them build the business. If it were a pump and dump, he wouldn't still be around.
I'm amazed at the attitudes of some on here about the news today. The company is taking an exhibition booth at an industry trade show to launch a game. Clearly they are doing exactly what they said they would. They gave us projections in December showing new games would be released in Q2 and start generating revenue. Now they are taking those games to show them off and start selling them. I think that is very significant and was widely overlooked here today.
Testing L2 numbers, clearly Nite is not posting real numbers. They are showing 346,934 on level 2, and after 934 and 1934 shares bought, still showing same amount. There are games afoot.
you missed a digit, you meant 1.001
Sure you can, but they stated that people were asking for the address to come visit them and they were not in a position to take visitors and didn't want the crew being distracted by people visiting them so they would publish the address once everything was completed including security systems etc etc.
We were told March 1st.
They have already stated they would when the facility is open to the public.
because they stated they don't want visitors until they are setup and have everything in place. This was asked an answered last week by the company.
they told us they aren't welcoming visitors yet until all of the facilities moving is complete.
That is also not true. The only benefit that you get from registering is in being awarded damages from misuse. You have the full protection of the mark by simply using it.
TM education for those that don't understand it.
You don't have to register a trademark to own it. This is taken directly from the USPTO.
*********************************************************
Is registration of my mark required?
No. You can establish rights in a mark based on legitimate use of the mark.
When can I use the trademark symbols TM, SM and ®?
Any time you claim rights in a mark, you may use the "TM" (trademark) or "SM" (service mark) designation to alert the public to your claim, regardless of whether you have filed an application with the USPTO.
The US is connected to the Dragon as China owns a lot of debt from the US Government, so what. Every company that has any sort of manufacturing is tied to China, including Apple and others
You clearly know nothing about trademarks or trademark law. NanoTech doesn't claim to own the term NanoTech, but rather NanoTech Entertainment, and the NanoTech Entertainment Logo. The owner of a trademark simply has to claim the trademark by noticing it with a TM. Once that is established in a commercial setting, that sets the date of ownership of the trademark. A company that wishes to further protect the mark, may seek to file a (R) registered trademark by filing the appropriate filings with the USPTO. Once the application is reviewed and approved, then and only then does the mark become a registered trademark, and at that time the owner can then use the circle R instead of the TM.
Yes, we all know this and it's not news, or worth mentioning. Even the CEO acknowledged this and that audits would restart with profits, and then uplist to OTC tiers and then NASDAQ if price warranted it. Why do you keep harping on this useless topic? No one is claiming that NASDAQ will happen without everything in place. This is a stupid topic to keep bringing up because it has no relevance at this time.
Yes, and the CEO addressed that stating that they would go back to audits once profitable.
do you have any info to back any of your claims?
The Raymert Drive address is for Xteme Business Solutions which is a registered agent that does all of NTEK filings
http://nvsos.gov/SOSEntitySearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=NkUMPTHrDA9pc8U7pRWyJw%253d%253d
That is the address of their registered agent, Xtreme Business Solutions. Many NV companies have a registered agent who handles all of the corporate documents.
You are incorrect. They never said they were buying them in the open market. All of the press releases stated that would achieve the buyback from either open market or private transactions.
The letter says before Monday, so sometime between today and Sunday they'll post them.
