The only reason VPOR is ths low is due to converted shares... Just have to wait it out!!! Lock the shares we can and make it happen!!

Truth is we have to hold the shares we have and let the converts get absorbed... If we break .005 I would be worried as it shows converts just want their shares regardless how cheap.

I do not blame the converts for tryin to unload at this time.. They put up money and want to get a nice profit before tax season. Kudos.. Truth is we do not know where the stock will end up at this time. Converted shares are in control and the market is doing a pretty good job absorbing them. I still feel that we have about 80 million more shares to chew through.

I hope dror waits to make the acquisition official once he cleans up the convetible debt in our immediate future. We have the cash and inventory now and most served their purpose. I am holding and adding more to ride it for a pop in February. Gut feeling says it will be a nice runner at that time.. HYPE RUNS OTC

The only thing we can do is accumulate and hold.. Once converts are out All HELL BREAKS LOOSE IMO. Business as usual folks!!!

Last time DROR did an interview converts shredded us. I believe this go round the converts slow down and we start trending back NORTH!!! Enough hype, time for results & news to drive this NORTH.

O/S of 400 million + Float unknown so investors see no reason to buy & hold yet. Hopefully, we have one after the interview.

The Note Holders been selling since .45 lol.. Dror needs to buyout the remaing debt because 19,000 in debt is equal to 19,000,000 shares.. That is why it does not matter how much bid support we have the pps will tank with converts.

Only way to move norrth is buy back the convertible debt. All IMO, that should be the company's next move before the end of Q4 IMO.
