Your posts are like when a child leaves his ice cream out on the counter and then throws a tantrum blaming everyone else now that it's melted.
MJ is State legal in CO and WA. It is still a federally illegal Schedule 1 drug throughout the United States.
The prototype units at NAB are quite different than the units at CES. Why do people keep saying they are the same. Very different... The new one's look much better as well.
Just finished watching the UFC on Fox fight with Tim Kennedy headlining. What a fight! Go Kennedy! Go Nanotech!

I have seen both units. It's a different sticker. It has the same stuff printed on it, but printed on different sticker material. The real DD here would be to figure out the point of pointing this out...
I don't think it matters what the bottom sticker looks like on a demo/prototype unit. Also, just because it's not shipping yet doesn't mean it won't.
I've seen it twice now, and talked to these people. My opinion is that this thing is going to launch at some point, soon.
I don't expect any news on availability until May at the earliest. IMO
When it happens, it will be very good for share holders once again.
Here are some pictures from NAB 2014.
I took these shots from the Akamai booth. They had quite a few displays showing the Nuvola. They also had signage on each screen with information about the pairing of Akamai and Nanotech technology.

I love the way the unit looks now. You can tell they have made a lot of progress and improvements since the CES show in January.
Just so you know Blu-ray players are not 4k. If anything says 4k that has to do with a blu-ray player it's not actually 4k... It's upressing. You can get the same result from buying the new HDMI cable from Seiki. It will do the same thing cheaper and probably in better quality. You just plug it into your existing blu-ray player.
Doesn't look like it to me. I saw that at their booth. Would you mind referencing what part looks photoshopped? If you know what "photoshopped" means you should be able to explain the discrepancies you have... Maybe your just saying "photoshopped" because it sounds cool?
Should I post some pictures I took from the Akamai booth? I didn't take that one, but I took some pics of the Nuvola.
Not sure about that, but I can tell you I saw the Nuvola NP-1 at their booth running demo's.
NAB has been great this year. Lots of new camera's! 4k is the word.
Akamai is showing a 15mb, and a 25mb steam. In 4k. Looks better than blue ray for sure. This new run of units look real good too. Much cleaner than the test units at CES in Jan. The 4k logo on the top and the glowing nanotech logo on the front look sexy.
I've held a Nuvola. dimensions are different, also the layout of ports. The Nuvola has 2 USB ports...
Let it go people.
What you should be excited about is the fact that the only people that would buy this box is the people who already have an apple tv, roku, etc...
I'm excited to see what happens when people receive their NP-1's soon and puts Amazon to shame!
This industry needs a box that will make you want to replace the one you already have. NP-1 is the one that will do that for me.
Look at the pics movies am just posted. Those should help you get over it.
...the fact that the remote has buttons, and the controller looks like a game controller... That's as far as the resemblance goes.
Bottom line: Not A Nuvola... 0 evidence of NTEK affiliation.
The good thing is that it has nothing that the Nuvola hasn't already advertised, and it is not 4k.
Good news.
Where are you guys watching this? It looks nothing like an NP-1 to me... I recommend engadget.com. They have a really good streaming information from amazon's presentation. (with pictures)
My boat is loaded, and it's towing a second boat full of shares behind it. I'm ready for this thing thing to move!
Really curious to see what Amazon has coming 4/2...
4k? My guess is no, but either way NTEK will have apps on it is what I figure...
Did you check with Etrade? What they say?
Yes, but I don't see anything about MWAR...
Can someone post where this news is coming from?
What has this moving? Any news?
Trust me, there is nothing contradicting about marijuana and video games. They go work together like Ritz and easy cheese!
Ya, what he said!!! I think the beast known as NTEK will be waking up going forward!
Yeah, in video games silly. Frame-rates in video is a different story.
So, whats up with SBRH shares? Are they just "poof" gone?
Ya, works pretty good! Great looking interface. With all of the choices for remotes and controllers there aren't too many apps that won't run great on the nuvola.
Thanks for the link.
Where did you hear that its for the apps division? Phil heads that office and he is the product designer for the NP-1...
It's kinda weird that people keep asking shareholders about customer service issues and financial data on a message board.

If you want to get correct information and resolve your issues I have a feeling this is what you should do...
I didn't mention those because they aren't ready...
I was at NAB when Black magic said they were releasing the Cinema 4k cam that summer. That was 2+ years ago... Looks like a cool unit, but they have had so many production issues that none trusts it. I'm sure they will figure it out eventually but the market is definitely wary...
The Panasonic was held in a glass case and they won't say a single thing about it... I think they just didn't want to look like they missed the party...
I have a multimedia production company. Although, besides the statements on the registration page they don't seem to make you do much to prove industry affiliation. If your an average Joe and want to go next year I assume you won't have any issues attending. Start a blog and go as the press :)
Also, make sure to register before August 31st for free registration.
I also like to attend the NAB show. It's in April. Nanotech wasn't sure if they would have a full booth, but will be showcasing products and maybe sending reps to their partners booths. Trade shows are a blast for geeks like me! Everything is so expensive so I really enjoy testing products in person before purchasing. It's also fun to go to raffle dinners and parties to make connections with folks.
Here is another cool thing coming out in March. A 4k camera that is decent for $1995!
It's in Sony's consumer line yet it still has most of the pro features for manual control that videographer's need. This camera will be awesome for documentaries and multi cam applications. You can get 3 of them for less than $6k and shoot multi cam interviews, concerts, document live events, etc...
This is relevant to the Nuvola and Ultraflix because it's yet another weapon in the independent film makers arsenal that will enable them to get their content on Ultraflix in 4k without breaking the wallet. The best camera is the one you have with you and creative minds will make amazing stuff with these low cost rigs.
Sony FDR-AX100: Only $2,000!!!
I wouldn't be surprised if it went down a lot more. People seem to think that because of the Nuvola announcement and CES booth that they would see the Nuvola in Walmart the next day. Bummer is I don't think it works like that. I saw a comment from Nanotech on Facebook that pre-orders will be arriving in 4-6 weeks. David Foley told me face to face that Ultraflix is launching on Superbowl day.
I see the magic happening in February... Thats my guess on when we see the big PR's with numbers, retailers, etc...
Until then I will load the dips. :)
Every time is has gone down in the past year it has gone up even higher afterward. Those of us that have been here a long time enjoy the opportunities to grab more shares on the dips.
Thanks a lot there good buddy! Great article.
Ted Schilowitz co-founder of Red Camera Co. and “leader of the rebellion" not only dropped by the Nanotech booth, but has been following the creation of the Nuvola and testing a prototype.
I was at the booth and met the people of this company and that is what officially without a doubt made me feel comfortable with my pile of shares. BUT, if I was not able to attend CES in person this video would have been enough to make me feel the same!
Red and Ted were the first to "go for it" with 4k. Before anyone else, these guys dumped billions into making 4k content a reality. Now, most of the movies in the theatre and many TV shows are shot on Red cameras.
Where they really kicked arse is with the Red Scarlet. It is affordable enough for independent videographers, documentarians, and production companies to get for $15k or less.
If Red didn't exist the Nuvola would not be possible for another couple of years! The Nuvola would not have any new movies or TV series. It would only have the old scanned films...
The fact that Ted loves the Nuvola and has already used it, and is obviously stoked on it. (watch the video below) should be enough to sell anyone who knows anything about 4k on the Nuvola.

CES show floor Interview with David Foley:
Pennylanepam asked a few questions. I don't have PM.
"one question I would like to ask is, how is the overall response of the visitors about their products?"
"Was there lots of traffic?"
The response looked quite well. Lots of passing folks were stopping and asking questions and playing with the nuvola. working the menu playing games etc... They had the booth well manned with plenty of personnel so they had everyone taken care of.
As an attendee I din't enjoy seeing booths with cool products and only 2 rep's. I found myself just giving up and moving on even when I had some questions I would have liked to ask. I didn't see any of that at the NTEK booth.
What I found most interesting is I saw a lot of "suits" coming through and having sit downs with David at they're meeting table in the booth. I saw a few different meetings going on. Seems like a lot of networking was happening and not just show and tell.
A lot of booths have the rep's slopping cheeseburgers in their face at the "meeting table". No wrappers on the NTEK table, just 2 guys in suits talking with David.
I din't tell anyone I was a shareholder until my second visit today and when I did they didn't butter me up or anything. Phil took me around and introduced me to everyone there. Everyone was chill and eager to answer all of my geeky questions.
A good purpose is for retailers with multiple locations can syncronise their promo content across all locations. The bigger plus is being able to change and update on the fly over the cloud. Nifty.
You should read things before you post them. All that talks about is filing to maintain exceptions as I do every year...
