Voted “For” all the amendments last night.
I also looked at Sweet Water Brewing Company’s website and was surprised at how many locations this is distributed throughout the USA. I’m going to pick up a variety pack today and try it out.
What countries is Tilray doing business in?
Canada, Chile, Spain, Portugal, England, United States.
Did I miss any?
That makes perfect sense. Gold Leaf can focus more on distribution of everything other than Kona Products. They can expand their products.
Kona Gold Solutions becomes Kona Gold Beverage by separating Gold Leaf Distribution into its own ticker. Is that what’s going on here? Why would they do that?
Thoughts and prayers bud
Can you show me where Clark says management has bought up the float? I can’t find it.
Hmmm does that mean Kona is bidding?
Just got back from a weekend trip flying Delta. The first flight I have had since before the covid. While boarding the plane we were given single use hand sanitizer wipes. For our on flight snack we were given in a quart ziplock bag: a small water, snack pack of cheeze its, granola bar and a single use pack of hand sanitizer (purell).
There were all forms of paranoia by different passengers. Some not willing to wear their face masks over there nose to quite a few people wearing white Tyvek suits/face masks while wearing a face shield.
This shift in the way we do business in my opinion is not going away anytime soon and I see the airlines adopting this as a permanent way of moving forward.
GO ALKM!!! Lol
The airlines are handing out single use wipes. I imagine these will be used also. I witnessed all kinds of different paranoia at the airport this weekend. I’m sure there is a market for these.
Redemption of Fractional Shares and Tax Consequences of the Reverse Split
As a result of the reverse splits, a shareholder of a Fund’s shares potentially could hold a fractional share. However, fractional shares cannot trade on the NYSE Arca. Thus, a Fund will redeem for cash a shareholder’s fractional shares at the Fund’s split-adjusted NAV as of the Record Date. Such redemption may have tax implications for those shareholders and a shareholder could recognize a gain or loss in connection with the redemption of the shareholder’s fractional shares. Otherwise, the reverse splits will not result in a taxable transaction for holders of Fund shares. No transaction fee will be imposed on shareholders for such redemption.
Reverse split?
OTCQB one time application fee of $2500 then an annual fee of $12000.
A company willing to pay $12000 a year to stay listed in a higher “venture market” speaks volumes.
OTCQX will be next after the company maintains over a $1 price/share.

Just a fun curious thought. How many shares of Pepsi or Coke would we get if they bought Kona Gold Solutions?
Stock-for-Stock
For example, if companies X and Y agree to a 1-for-2 stock merger, Y shareholders will receive one X share for every two shares they currently hold. Y shares will cease trading and the number of outstanding X shares will increase following the completion of the merger.
-Or-
How much would cash would we get for each share of KGKG after a merger?
What happens to shares after merger?
In cash mergers or takeovers, the acquiring company agrees to pay a certain dollar amount for each share of the target company's stock. The target's share price would rise to reflect the takeover offer. ... After the companies merge, Y shareholders will receive $22 for each share they hold and Y shares will stop trading.
IMO KGKG is a sure bet to succeed!!!
Fast forward to 2020 sales expectations. $6-8 million per year $1.5 to 2 million per quarter $30000 to $40000 per each of the 50 states. Epstein didn’t hang himself. Thanks for breaking it down for me. I will buy more shares.
Does Kona Gold own Aloe King? Did I miss that somewhere?
I am now able to buy kona in my city. I fueled my car up at my local BP and was surprised to see the giant poster adds for both the energy drink and high drate posted on the window. I went in after paying at the pump and was looking in the coolers for it for a minute or so. It was late since I work second. The clerk asked me “Are you looking for kona?” I said “yea!” He says it’s up here in the open cooler by the checkout. I could tell there were some missing. He said that people love it. And told me they had more flavors at another one of their locations.
Oh and I almost forgot to write that they were the PAINTED CANS! No more buying off amazon for me!
I hate crypto.
I’ve spent the last 15 mins looking at it. It’s down huge. Time for a rebound???
Are you speculating that oil is going to go up now?
KGKG republished their quarterly financials today on OTC. I’m guessing that is why they have the yield symbol in place and I imagine it will be corrected by tomorrow. This is a great buying opportunity.
In the 20+ years I have been trading penny stocks. I’ve never seen one actually report that they were making money. I’m really excited to witness this. It’s a huge hurdle for a company to hold its own and make money.
That will be huge! That should be a good week.
Congress has been pressuring the FDA to give regulations so hopefully it’s positive news.
Anyone foresee the FDA passing regulations to make CBD infused consumables completely legal this fall?
I think when that happens this stock will erupt.
Financial reports will make it go up but nothing will make this go until we have a FDA regulation.
I can see this being sold in Walmart and Kroger stores when that happens.
You should write a positive review article for VATE on seeking alpha. You’re spot on and your posts get me pumped.
I wonder if that big 365000 bid at .0365 was filled today. That’s $13322. Somebody wants this at a discount. That makes me feel good knowing when this dips people are on standby to gobble it up.
I agree
Only 1.4 million shares traded. RSI is at 34. This should bounce back pretty quickly into the low 4s today.
Would love to see a mocha flavored cbd iced coffee
Shhh it’s a secret
Kroger is based out of Cincinnati.
Wouldn’t that be awesome?

Elev8 Brands $VATE CEO To Announce New Partnership With NYSE Traded Company Following Secret Negotiations In Cincinnati
Thanks. I think it has more room to run for the money. GLTA
This is exactly why I cashed my kgkg in and bought 200k of VATE today.
Green! .10 plus!
Having a Kona Gold Cotton Candy at The Common Wealth Market in Charlotte. Go KGKG!
There are (847) 7 Eleven locations in Florida.
Since 09/07/2011 (17) note payables (loans) have been taken. I’ve spent the last hour going over the most recent 10k and (4) of those have been paid off. So from the latest press release it says that (8) notes from 2016 to 2018 have been paid off. That leaves 5 notes still outstanding. Is this correct? That seems like a great achievement. Time will tell.
