The new CEO of Medient, Jake Shapiro agrees with the judge’s ruling and says the company is now free to begin making films as originally planned. What will change though is the style of facilities which will be built. Kumaran’s original plans called for ultra futuristic building designs featuring large amounts of glass and steel. Shaprio says those concepts have been scrapped in favor of a new, much more practical design for the studio and future facilities. The next big step, he says, is to present a brand new master plan to Effingham County officials. That presentation is set to take place at the end of July.

Medient was on the Savannah news tonight. They talked about the ongoing construction and gave updates on current status. All good news but still pissed at what I've sunk into this so far.

My regular supplier, Clydes Markets in Georgia, has pulled P3. They said it wasn't selling well. My store was doing well, but they said the other stores were not. PISSED! They had the best price around. 2 for $5

Hilton Head Wal Mart on Pembroke Dr. did not have Koma on the shelves or display. That's 2 Wal Marts I've check down that way that are failing us

I went to 3 Walmarts an 2 had displays and cases. No drinks in the cooler sections. The only troubled one was the Bluffton one I mentioned earlier. I didn't ask how many cases were left. The case I bought was not cold and came out of the back storage.

So, after a good showing a of Koma a couple weeks ago WalMart in Beaufort SC, I enter the store to buy a case and they are nowhere to be found...no display..not on the shelves...Nowhere! I asked about them and the Manager had to go in the back to bring me a case out!???? Gave me an excuse that they keep rotating items??
