4th quarter numbers are out this morning and the report looks pretty good. Roughly 12% increase in production!
Conference Call at 11 am Eastern Time this morning.
Oil surpluses are the norm for January.
17 out of the last 20 years we have seen oil supply builds in January due to seasonal decreases in demand.
This glut usually flips to a deficit by the end of February.
Just an observation.

Attorneys Brodsky & Smith reminds investors: If you own shares and wish to discuss contact Jason Brodsky (jbrodsky @bulldop01Toror-4847. There is no cost or financial obligation to you.?
Doesn’t matter one bit for this board. IAHL scam was shut down by SEC for lack of financial reporting. IAHL cannot trade. A real enterprise would have produced financials and continued to trade,
None of this matters to IAHL. The SEC put a stop to the scam when they couldn’t produce financials. It’s not trading. There is zero activity here. Your best bet is to lawyer up and go after the perpetrators.
Yes. I think you have finally said what has actually happened here. I’m surprised there has been no attempt at legal action.
Agreed
This is supposed to be an IAHL board. There are general oil & gas and energy boards already.
Looks like “filler” and “noise” to distract from the obvious crickets here?
It’s pretty obvious by now that this was a scam from the start. They never filed financials because there were none. Once the SEC called them out, they disappeared.
This was August 26, 2021
What happened?
Seems to be a complete scam to me. The “company” went off the grid when the SEC requested financials. Frankly, I’m surprised there hasn’t been any legal consequences for these guys. There are plenty of law firms that specialize in litigating against these kinds of people on contingency basis.
The lack of a "slingshot recovery" in China economic data following the lifting of COVID restrictions and rising worries over global banking "has opened the trap door for the oil market”
Front-month Nymex crude (CL1:COM) for April delivery finished -5.2% to $67.61/bbl, clsoing below $70 for the first time since December 2021 and capping a 12% drop during the past three sessions; front-month May Brent crude (CO1:COM) closed -4.8% to $73.69/bbl.
Also, U.S. front-motnh Nymex natural gas (NG1:COM) for April delivery ended -5.2% to $2.439/MMBtu.
The slide in oil prices began on Wednesday and accelerated on Thursday, after Federal Reserve chairman Jerome Powell said the U.S. central bank would continue with its rate hikes as a means of controlling inflation, signaling these hikes will be large and possibly more frequent than the ones deployed so far.
These people are purposefully trying to keep oil prices down in an attempt to control the eventual price at the pump.
It’s all artificial but traders swallow it hook, line, and sinker!

Go to oilprice.com any time you want
The articles on the sector are great
Enjoy
Yep
Waiting on China ?
Called and got a company named Etheria Wellness.
Looked up building office address on loop net and got a 9,000 square foot medical office building in Rockledge FL

Not much luck trying to connect with them from Texas
Maybe one of you living closer in Florida could drive by?
Shares are held at the IPO and some are designated as part of the float .
You can sell shares later into the open market without adding to the float.
It’s not complicated, it’s just not honest, that’s why the SEC says you have to report on form S when an owner sells shares.
To the best of my knowledge, these “owners” have never reported anything.
This is awesome for my other energy stocks!
They never had to dilute.
All they had to do was issue shares to themselves at zero dollars at the inception which they could sell into the market.
Plenty of shares were sold when it was trading over the years.
Their problem started when the SEC put an end to their scam. Who knows how many shares they slowly dumped over the years?
Thanks
Will call
$.95
Jumped back in here after a great flip back in the Fsll
This is great news for all of us in this sector but has nothing to do with IAHL trading again !
This is supposed to be an Atenosol board. There are oil and gas sector boards already. I feel like you are intentionally deflecting the true discussion here by posting generally positive info about the sector.
The sector is alive and well but IAHL has ghosted all the investors here.
You simply respond with general news and it’s getting more and more obvious that your game is simply to distract people here from discussing the facts about what’s going on with IAHL .
Has anyone been in contact with the company? Has anyone visited their corporate offices? Has anyone seen any financial info pertaining to this company? Does anyone know when they plan to fix things with the SEC and start trading again?
$15.36 looks pretty good !
Yes, but what does that have to go with IAHL reporting and getting right with the SEC?
You guys keep talking about Columbia, Oil&Gas, etc, but the issue here is the company is off the radar and ghosted everyone here!
If you look at a “real” company in this space like GTE, you will notice the glaring difference!
$28.30 this morning in pre-market.
Ready for the move to $33!
1. I was heavily invested here at one time.
2. I still have family invested here and would like to see it do well.
3. This is a public forum.
4. I am in the energy sector ( mid-stream and completions).
5. I know the oil & gas sector very well.
6. I’m still invested in companies that trade actively in this space.
A number of things can lead to an SEC trading suspension. One big one is if a company fails to keep up with SEC reporting requirements, such as missing the filing deadlines for required periodic reports about the company—usually required on an annual and quarterly basis. These reports provide the public with information about the company’s business, corporate outlook and financial performance to date. The quality of this publicly available information can also be a factor in declaring a trading suspension, particularly if it appears to be inaccurate.
Another possible reason for a suspension is the trading activity in a stock. SEC staff can evaluate who is actively trading a stock and suspend trading if it looks like manipulation may be taking place.
Once the SEC decides to suspend trading in a stock, it will issue an order of suspension and announce the reason(s) for its decision and the dates that the suspension is in force. If the reason is a lack of current information, the SEC will state when the company last filed public reports. This information provides an indication of how long it has been since a company updated its publicly available information. Current and past trading suspensions are available from the SEC.
Historically, most companies subject to trading suspensions by the SEC are those that trade in the OTC market—and most suspensions are based on a lack of current information about the company.
Can one of you longs tell me what any of this has to do with the government change in Columbia ??
Earnings call was a miss but I do believe it’s oversold at this point in my humble opinion
I jumped out at a small loss but back in here this morning at $9.87
GLTL
Bought back in this AM pre-market at $9.87
Oversold territory IMHO
