I would day trade this turkey if it didn't cost so much in fees.
At least I might get a few pennies back of the dollars I invested when they were lying about the material that was susposed to be in the processing plant.
I am still holding. But I have been lied to way too much to put any more money in this "stock".
After all the lies we were fed when this stock was pumped, I doubt anything reported about LSTG. Maybe the assey reports of the tailing were bogus as well. That would explain no interest by anyone else. They still have an option on the other property that has not been mined as yet. I really hoped Ferris leaving would actually make a diffeerence but it hasn't seemed to. What happened to the report on the tailings that Townsend talked about?
Wow!! Some people dumped a lot of shares today!!!
I haven't seen or heard anything after the first release. Then the website went blank.
I got my fingers crossed. It has to hit $0.25 before I start making any money.
Dan's pigeons will come home to roost sooner or later. I like the fact that the volume is increasing along with the price. I am still hanging onto my shares to see what happens.
This seems to be heading a little north. Could it be that this is hope Mr. Townsend actually knows how to run a company? If he can get the Mexican operation off their butts and start processing tailings this could actually turn around.
Guys,
The way I see it NO ONE could have been any more ineffective than Dan Ferris!!!!
That makes some sense. Is there any way to force him to get the tailings to the processing plant? I would think that would be a no brainer for Mr Ferris!!!! Can we as investers do anything about it? The tailings were not susposed to be the big prize in this anyway.
What really frustrates me about this whole thing is:(other than the fact we have been lied to for over a year about the tailings in the plant and I have lost a lot on money in it).
All they would have to do to turn this around is get 10,000 tons processed and use the money to build their own leaching plant.
Any one can see that. So what earthly reason would they have to not do it?
Great!! Very well put. Now we see if you get a response......
Thanks, Tomas.
Yes, I would like you to pose the question. I appreciate you doing so.
I intend to either exit or hang on depending on his answer. I have lost all trust in Mr. Ferris.I knew better than invest this must money. I just got caught up in the hype and potential. It's a same this has been so mismanaged. I will join in the SEC filing once I get this answer.
Tomas,
I am not quite ready to give up on this yet. I am bull headed that way.
Would it be possible to see if Senor Jaramillo would be willing to sell enough tailings to build the plant on the property?
I know he doesn't like the price paid. But at this point, I think it would be the only way to save the company.
My opinion is: 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
Nothing is what we have been getting from LSTG......
So... what happens if the SEC determines we have been misled? Do they put LSTG out of business and we lose everything?
IF there is 6000 tons of material sitting at the plant taking up valuable space. (This never seems to have been confirmed.) I do not understand why the plant would not have processed it or told the owner to get the dirt the heck out. I agree that LSTG must have this revenue stream to stay afloat in the short term. Then there is the matter of their own processing plant. Is it being built or not? The whole project does have a lot of potential. It seems all the luck so far had been bad. I am also waiting for some news next month. If we have nothing concrete by then....maybe it is time to cut my considerable losses and find another game.
I sure was. I had over half of my money back. It's got to clear $.25 before I will be back in the black. Even with the lack of news and silver selling off I am still hanging in for a while.
The fact that there is nothing they deem newsworthy concerning the plant is not bad news. If it had stopped production I would think that would have made the paper. However, it is very hard to stay positive in this vacumn of information. I am still holding out to see what the check will be once the material in the plant is processed.
Any word on LSTG's material being processed?

LONE STAR GOLD, INC. TO COMMENCE INITIAL TAILINGS PROJECT SHIPMENTS TO
PROCESSING PLANT AHEAD OF SCHEDULE & RECEIVES RESULTS ON INITIAL SAMPLE SENT
FOR PROCESSING.
ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, February 13, 2012 -- Lone Star Gold, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
LSTG.OB; "Lone Star" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the Company plans to begin its initial
shipments of 1.2 million tons of mine tailings from the San Antonio del Potrero mine tailings project
("Tailings Project") ahead of schedule. Lone Star acquired an undivided 65% interest in the Tailings
Project on January 26, 2012, when the Company signed a Joint Venture Agreement ("JV Agreement")
with the specially formed Mexican subsidiary company, AMIKO KAY, S de RL de CV, and Miguel
Jaramillo. The project is located near the city of Hidalgo Del Parral in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico
The Company's development plan originally projected that shipments of 100 tons per day (tpd), would
commence at the end of February 2012. The Company now projects the initial shipments will commence
ahead of schedule in the week of February 20, 2012. The majority of ore will be processed in the city of
Parral (less than 15 minutes drive from the Tailings Project). Once a sufficiently large pile of Tailings
Project ore has been accumulated, the plant will then commence a processing run. Upon the plant selling
the resulting concentrate, it will arrange payment to Miguel Jaramillo's firm, at which point Mr. Jaramillo
will transfer 65% of the total revenue to Lone Star's US-based bank account.
The team in Mexico also performed additional unofficial testing by having a sample quantity of
approximately 40 kilograms (~88 pounds) of ore processed last week. Grade assays based on the
sampling were received from SGM (Servicio Geologico Mexicano). The grade assays (which are not
recognized by the N43-101 standard) represent an increase from the figures in the previous tailings
summary:
• Gold (Au): 0.7 grams/tonne
• Silver (Ag): 115 grams/tonne
• Lead (Pb): 1%/tonne
• Zinc (Zn): 1%/tonne
While the processing plant in the city of Parral is the closest to the Tailings Project, the Mexico team has
recently visited other processing plants in the area with the intention of securing additional processing
options. Additional processing plants in Parral, Torreon and Zacatecas have expressed interest in
receiving shipments from the Tailings Project and are currently discussing shipping scenarios that would
have the potential to double or possibly triple the total first year production. Accordingly, the Mexico team
is currently sourcing additional trucks and heavy equipment as needed to accommodate the expected
increase in first year production from the Tailings Project.
Lone Star Gold's President, Daniel Ferris, commented: "From the moment the news went out that the
Tailings Project had been acquired, our team in Mexico began receiving offers from multiple plants in the
surrounding area that were interested in processing our tailings. By leveraging the processing capacity of
these additional plants, we have the opportunity to instantly increase our first year projected production.
At the same time, by contracting out the ore processing in the short-term, we have the opportunity to
establish consistent revenues while simultaneously working on the mine development plan and future
onsite processing plant construction, which may take up to 18 months to complete."

..Lone Star Gold, Inc. Provides Assay Results and an Update on Tailings Project Wash Plant Operation
Press Release: Lone Star Gold, Inc. – Mon, May 14, 2012 8:30 AM EDT....Email0

LSTG 0.036 0.00
......ALBUQUERQUE, NM--(Marketwire -05/14/12)- Lone Star Gold, Inc. (OTC.BB: LSTG) ("Lone Star" or "the Company") is pleased to provide an update on the Company's Tailings Project wash plant in terms of operation, ongoing development and further concentrate testing results. Lone Star has an undivided 65% interest in the Tailings Project, which represents 1.2 million tons of mine tailings.
In late April, the first of two jigs was set up on the Tailings Project property. The small 10-ton-per-hour jig was used to process in excess of 250 tons of the mine tailings into approximately 100 tons of concentrated material. Initial assay results from a local plant lab for the new concentrate shows an average of just over 300 grams per ton or 9.3 ounces per ton of silver, a result that is considerably higher than expected. (Initial Results are not recognized by the N43-101 standard.)
The Company is currently building a larger multiple jig circuit on the property. This second jig will be capable of processing in excess of 500 tons of mine tailings per day. This Jig is now complete and the team is building the associated water recycling tanks, concrete bases and conveyor delivery systems that are needed, all of which are expected to be operational in the next 4 weeks.
By concentrating the tailings material, the wash plant will effectively reduce trucking costs and processing plant costs due to less overall tailings needing to be shipped and processed. The combined result will be a significant increase in the price per ton being shipped.
Lone Star Gold's President, Daniel Ferris, commented: "The team are very pleased with the recent Assays and now this initial jig will enable us to ship a more concentrated material while lowering our transportation and processing costs. And once the larger jig goes into operation, we'll be able to build on the project's success even more."
Hopefully next week LSTG's material at the plant will start being processed as indicated by the paper. Does anyone have any ideas how this can be confirmed? I also am holding more money in this than I intended. To the tune of 327000 shares at a cost of 24 cents a share. If this is a bust it means I work another year or two. If we make some money on it. Maybe I can retire when I want to. I really don't think we will see or hear anything from Dan or Steve.
Thanks very much for the info, Tomas. Well, this looks like a watershed time for us. I also wonder why Dan has not issued a PR on the plant resuming operation. Either we see some revenue out of LSTG or it becomes very clear we have been had.
I am standing pat and not buying any more shares than I have.
Nothing going on at the La Candelaria site, that I know of. My take on it was that revenue generated by the tailings project was to fund the exploration and mining of it. This site is close to Gold Corps and other companies producing mines. It was typed as a take over prospect in the early days. That is what actually got my attention (and my money).
Not that I am suggesting it. But there are enough shares owned by this group to influence the pps if we were so inclined.
I really should have purchased as many shares as I did. I started out day trading and got carried away. I hope the miners do get the kind of results we all need. The plant operating soon and fairly. If this becomes a big political issue anything can happen.
I have 327,000 and it will take 25 cents a share for me to break even. I thought the stock had started lift off when it moved up to 15 cents. If it does this again on little or no news. I may do some selling and repurchasing. I do belive this company will pay off for us. I would have taken my lumps months ago if it wasn't for the infomation posted on this list. My thanks to all of you.
Make mine Frosty Root Beers!!!
All,
I thought Dan was going to take some pictures while in Mexico.
Any positive news will help.
Well, it looks like we are back to "prerunup" volumes. If this stock starts moving like that again. Without solid earning or news. I am going to do some profit taking myself.

News like this is bringing new investors.
IF this is so... how is it possible that Mr. Ferris is able to keep finding people that are willing to finance the venture? This company has had a string of lously luck for the past year. But it is still around.
So you say the tailings do not exist? That 6000 tons of it are not waiting to be processed? I doubt the run up will continue at this pace. But it sure makes for a lot less red ink on my account.
Viva LSTG!!!! GOOD BYE, Hondaboost!!!!
I am relatively sure that Dan Ferris did not run the endloader and drive both dump trucks to the processing plant.
Also remember he has a partner in Mexico.
I encourage alternate points of view. But, I think you are wrong in this situation. In fact, I bet some more money on it today!!
It just goes to show you can't believe everything you read.
The guy in the article was bullish on LSTG.
Have any of you heard on the Ocampo project?

I like the sounds of your projections, Locklamp.
I probally would have bailed out months ago if it wasn't for getting some news from this group. I am glad I didn't now. I hope we don't have any more serious setbacks. I still need the price to hit 25 cents before I break even.
Oh Boy!!!! Here we Go again!! It doesn't look like this compamy can catch a break.
I don't think anyone knows at this point. However they were doing some updates to the plant to boost productivity.
My thanks to all of you for the news so far. But the stock price has to hit 25 cents before I break even.
