So the ask is 5000 shares and I just hit it for 270000 and it did not move. They must be diluting does anyone have a better explanation

Okay just think about this for a second. Well before the www deal there was no pr and it was moving up steadily on this same kind of volume. So why not now. Easy someone is dumping there shares. Okay then why. Why would someone dump shares at the low knowing something is comming. Call me crazy but that makes no fence and dont tell me it is the market makers manipulating the stock

If they did it wasn't me I still regretfully have my 2 million shares and kicking myself for not selling at .009 but like many thought the www deal was going to make this go huge and now I am back down where I started freaked sucks. Looks like I might be right. This boat has holes in it and it is starting to sink. Sucks to now I will have to weight awhile until they come up with something else to get people to buy. I don't think all those government contracts will be coming any time soon even though I wish they where real. Talk is cheap the CEO needs to put up or shut up and stop filling people with false hope.

I hate to be the negative guy here but he can say all he wants but it does not mean anything unless he produces something. We should have heard something by now. The stock price should have started to move up but it's not. Remember it moved up before we new anything about www. My main question is is he all talk or does he have substance to his words.

Has anyone talked to them lately And found out when they are going to come out with all the great news. I would have thought they would have been singing like birds. They where quick to talk about www and it did not go threw why will they not talk about all the new business comming there way. I would like to buy more but need to be reassured something good is really comming

So what is going to happen with what evph had been working on all this time. Where is the news about how they are growing with what they were doing. I own shares in evph and even though I like the ideas of www it always concerns me when a company pulls the old bait and switch. The real question then is if evph could not get there last project going then will they be able to get www where they or us the share holders want it. Time will tell.

Can anyone awnsere this question. If and when www spins of from evph and they give evph share holders a share of www that they own of evph that would be roughly 300 million shares correct. If the only reason that you go public is to sell shares to raise capital then how high could www pps be worth because it looks like to me that there would be to many shares outstanding in the begining. Just a thought I am not bashing have enough shares already just think we should know how our shares are suppose to be worth something.

The thing I want to know is if they spin www of how is evph a good company I am all on board with 1.5 million shares but I want www shares unless evph becomes profitable. Am I missing something

Remember this was at like 40 cents two years ago and I think www puts them in a much better area. I am just curios how this hole spin off works could someone explain this to me. If they become too separate stocks then how is this good for evph. I would think that www would be the better of the two and that evph would go down after the other one is able to be purchased without evph am I wrong.

I think that it has not taken of yet because they have not run a promo. Let's face it they will not do that until the paperwork is all done. They will promo it when that is done so they can draw attention to the other company so they can sell shares and make some money so they can support there rapid expansion. That is when we will make the big money. That is just my opinion what do you think.

Blue i am sorry i cant reply to your private post. I am not a paid subscriber yet but I will do that soon. If you read about awsr you will see that jt financial gave awsr a little over 5 million dollars. My money was part of that. I think it was a good investment because it will be a good company. we bought in at 20 cents and then they reversed split it 12 times. do the math and that where I am. our shares where restricted so that we could not sell them right away. I don't know for sure but I beleive they had nothing to do with this aps mess. I am happy to share all the info I have with you. I have received a mailed update peridically and I know I have them around my house somewhere. I would be more than happy to share any information that I have. usually it is lengthy and I would be happy to get it to you if I knew how. Zacks actually reported on the seam shift so you can look there for that in the meantime.

Blue I really like your opptimism. You know my history here and I want everyone to know that they have not lost there money just because aps did not promote this. by the end of the year if they do not incounter any more problems this company will be far above where it is now and above where everyone is now. On the down side I must worn you that it is not going to be a good quarter. I do not beleive they have been in full production for some time. When the seam shiffted it caused them to mine rock until they could get in place. in fact they had to drill core samples until they could locate the seam. they stated at that time it could take up to six months to get the issue corrected and that is why there have been no press releases for awhile. I am not bashing just want people to be aware. do not let your shares go just because the upcomming quarterly results may not be what you expect. and by the way some of the insiders hold this at $2.40

I am not an aps player but look at my last post I have only belonged to I hub for a little while but have been in awsr for three years so I have been watching closely. When you say it was not front loaded red flags go up. If you look back a couple weeks before this whole mess started someone came in out of the blue and drove the price up by buying lots of shares and then it stopped and a week later the price dropped because there was no volume and there had not been until that time. So it is possible they front loaded. If your a basher you won't believe me but everyone else look for your self

Here is Why I am worried and tell me if I am wrong. I am not bashing I have 17 mill shares and do not want any more.

First you do not hold your CC when you say you will. This could be bad because Tecco could be screwing the deal up again like he did with world wide wireless. That guy ended up merging with evph. bad for us good for them. If tecco is not screwing this up and he is out than the new guys just pissed on the share holders, not a good start.

second I like the idea of retiring the shares instead of a reverse split and if they do that then all is forgivin but why tell people before it is done. why not do it then release the deal about there new contract. that would cause the pps to skyrocked and catch shorters off guard. not great planning if you ask me but just my opinion. I hope I am wrong because I want the pps to go up just like everyone else

Adi help me out here. All I am trying to do is get at what you know. If you have information why can you not share it. After all isn't that the point of a forum like this. If you have information llet us in so that we can ask questions at a cc if it ever happens. You can't be bashing so that you get cheap shares because you can get all the 3 that you want. No one is selling any lower than that so I have ruled that motive out so what is the deal.
