Exactly.
The best I can tell anyone is that if you keep up with the news releases you'll be just as informed as everyone else
IR cannot tell anyone anything that hasn't been made public already.
They can only clarify some things that have been made public via prs, etc and give shareholders nonmaterial information.
They provide a service. That service does not include providing any information that would make a difference in their trading of a stock.
They CAN however, make people feel good about their investments by telling them how good things are going. Without providing any info to support their opinions, of course. "
so is this what you asked ir? and what did they say. im just trying to get as much info as i can so i can gear my questions to them
that's good to know.. atleast we know where eafn has most of the shares held now. looking forward to this moving soon
what did you ask them?
i have never asked that was just my guess as they never asked what company i was calling in regards to. they knew i was calling about tbss..
what did they tell you to make you feel like that? and have you called them or are you just guessing?
yes i did see that!
everyone with questions should call ir plain and simple that way no guess work on what the company is or isnt doing
so then why make all the jokes about ir if you haven't actually talked to someone? maybe they could answer your questions since you seem to have soo many.. regardless if you trust it or not. to say its the worst is just like you say your opinion.
so you have called what did they say the lactation was? or are you just assuming they would lie to you?
why dont you call and ask? and tell me what you find out
meaning they hired i think someone to be ir fulltime at the company. not an ir person who works with many companies.
TBSS International, Inc. Implements Pilot Program for Neon Lighting
Program in Fort Lauderdale to Test Effectiveness of "Turtle Light"
TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- TBSS International, Inc. (OTCQB: TBSS.OB) ("TBSS"), an international service company with service contracts in gold mining, oil drilling, water well drilling, trenching and construction and energy efficient lighting, announced today that the company has initiated a pilot program to test the effectiveness of the company's recently acquired energy efficient neon lighting under the Turtle Conservation Coastal Lighting Regulations.
Sea turtles in Florida nest almost always under cover of night because it protects the female from predators and from overheating if their exertions were under the sun. Because of this survival instinct, the market for "turtle-compliant" lighting on beachfront properties such as marinas, hotels and residences is large. Florida and U.S. statutes protect sea turtle nesting sites and require strict adherence to lighting limitations because the wrong type of lighting distracts and disorients the endangered species from nesting. Florida's coastal development is pervasive and ends up with a high level of artificial beachfront lighting. Lighting that produces a glare can make beaches unsuitable for sea turtle nesting as it confuses both nesting females and hatchlings. Lighting can dissuade female sea turtles from nesting on the beaches and can confuse them on returning to the sea after nesting is completed.
Because artificial lighting can impair the ability of hatchlings to properly orient to the ocean once they leave their nests, the need for non-disorienting lighting is acute. Hatchlings find the sea through instinctual visual signals stemming from brightness and artificial beachfront lighting causes hatchlings to become lost on their way to the sea from their nest--a trip that is fraught with danger from predators and the weather. Confused hatchlings can perish through exhaustion, getting stuck in debris and vegetation, dehydration or turning inland and crossing roadways and parking lots and traffic becomes their nemesis. Even after finding the sea, hatchlings can become disoriented and go back to the beach with all its dangers.
Fortunately, the artificial beachfront lighting threat to sea turtles may be easily solved. It is understandable and often necessary for human safety and security reasons to have lighting on the beaches and TBSS' neon lighting offers a long awaited energy efficient solution. The Turtle Conservation Coastal Lighting Regulations mandate that land and dock owners, high-rise owners, municipalities and state governments comply with "turtle friendly lighting" and the patented lighting system, particularly the TBSS lighting system, is the only light that turtles barely discern and, thereby, does not interfere with their natural instinct to nest on the beaches.

TBSS International, Inc. Announces Commercial Lighting Applications for Proprietary Neon Lighting
TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- TBSS International, Inc. (OTCQB: TBSS) announced today the company has completed the design phase of the new commercial lighting applications for office workspace and outside path lighting. The company's design maximizes the visible light while minimizing wattage usage. Mass production of the newly designed 2' x 4' lay-in fixtures began today.
Todd Spinelli, CEO of TBSS International, noted, "As Congress forces all of us to gradually discontinue use of incandescent lighting in deference to the new compact fluorescent bulbs, we will all pay more and worry about the dangers and strict regulations that surround disposal of the expensive CFL's. The Velella Lighting System (VLS) is already in use through a number of pilot trial programs in street lights in half a dozen neighborhoods across the country. Utility statements indicate that the VLS is 85% more efficient than incandescent lighting and at least 50% more efficient than last generation fluorescent lighting. When compared to the environmental headaches that surround the new compact fluorescent screw-in bulbs, the TBSS neon light will be 60% cheaper in initial cost, will not contain deadly mercury, and require no special procedures for disposal. We anticipate having a consumer (screw in) version of the Velella lights by late summer 2012."
In December the company purchased the patents, inventory and molds of a highly efficient and environmentally-friendly neon lighting system (Velella Lighting Systems) that was created initially for the nesting of sea turtles. As announced on Friday, TBSS has initiated a pilot program along Florida beaches to assess the effectiveness of its recently acquired energy efficient neon lighting in meeting all Turtle Conservation Coastal Lighting Regulations. Sea turtles in Florida nest almost always under the cover of night to protect themselves from predators and overheating. As a result of this survival instinct, beach resorts and beach homes are prohibited from using flood lights, which impede nesting and limit beach activity at night due to safety and liability concerns. With the high profile interest in assisting sea turtles during the crucial reproductive process, TBSS believes that the market for "turtle compliant" lighting on beachfront properties, including marinas, hotels and residences is significant.
Florida and U.S. statutes protect sea turtle nesting sites and also require strict adherence to lighting limitations. Considering the amount of coastal development in Florida, there is a high level of use for the artificial beachfront lighting. However, lighting that produces a glare can make beaches unsuitable for sea turtle nesting.
TBSS International believes that its neon lighting provides a long awaited energy efficient solution, and believes that its lighting system is the only light in the marketplace that turtles barely discern and thereby does not interfere with their natural instinct to nest on the beaches. If TBSS' pilot program is successful, the company will have the opportunity to gain a significant market share for installations on beach property.
TBSS will be manufacturing Velella Lighting in the Pensacola, FL area and has plans to open additional facilities across the country. Initially the company expects to employ close to 1,000 people, ultimately the company expects to employ somewhere in excess of 10,000 employees when the company is in full operation.
While the Velella system meets or exceeds requirements set by Underwriters Laboratory (UL) and Independent Electrical Engineering Reports, its delivery to consumers will be welcome: brighter, safer, and cheaper to operate, because Velella Lighting is designed to run on a patented 12 volt DC power supply.
Todd Spinelli, CEO of TBSS International, Inc. said "We are proud to be able to bring this safe and energy-efficient lighting product to the public. The product has proven itself in parking lots, beach lighting and residential street lighting, and is a viable alternative to traditional incandescent and fluorescent lights including the expensive compact fluorescent bulb that Congress is jamming down our throats."
Velella Lighting System Benefits Summary vs. LED Lighting
Velella Lights are non-corrosive unlike LED Lights
Velella Lights have an up to 28 year lifespan vs. up to 4 year Limited warranties for identified competitive LED products*
Velella Lights have higher longevity, lower replacement rates and lower maintenance costs than LED
Velella Lights are competitive or lower in price than LED Light alternatives*
LED lights have serious disposal/land fill issues due to quantities of nickel and lead heavy metals and other toxic components.
Velella Lights use less energy than LED lights.
Velella Lights generates no heat while LED lights radiate heat. Therefore, Velella Lights do not measurably impact cooling costs and, by definition, are more efficient in use of electricity.
