I would love to see this thing get uplisted to the NASDAQ. Just think of the coverage we would get if they did a reverse split at 500:1 and uplisted

From what I've read and understand NASDAQ DOES NOT allow a prior reverse split within FOUR years on companies that uplist to it.

This is a true statement.

Increased PPS is NOT considered "toxic" debt IMO... especially on such a promising and positive company that is creating so much revenue and positive business moves, contracts, business acquisitions, etc...

To very weak and misinformed investors it can be considered toxic... it's all on the eye of the beholder.

I took the liberty to check into a few other stocks to see how they reacted after their own chill was removed. I was not surprised to see that MANY of them became 5 or 10 baggers in the weeks that followed the lifting.

I honestly don't think quite a few of you realize how DIFFICULT it is to have a chill REMOVED. I spent the entire evening reading about it, and all I can say is hats of to UBRGs management team and lawyers. I am VERY LONG on UBRG after my research. There is NO WAY that any company without big plans would go through the IMMENSE hassle to have a chill removed if they didn't have an exciting future.

People would be fools not to hold IMO.. Key word is accumulate!

Anyone that is still leary about UBRG should consider this...

WHY would a company work so hard to remove a CHILL on a stock? Many have toted that UBRG is pre-bankruptcy.... if that was the case I'm pretty sure they wouldn't hire a legal team to defeat the chill... JMO

SP seems to be stable at .007ish and the 4999 share trades are showing up again on level 2.... last time the 4999 share trades showed up we had some news and a spike in SP
