This: "the Company does not believe it utilizes any technology covered by Royalty Agreement".
The technology exists, but Fuse didn't use it. Fuse used smoke and mirrors, if I can quote Wex.
I did see a Bronco player squeezing on a Gatorade pouch...
http://www.gatorade.com/products/g-series/sports-fuel-drink
I also saw this... Imagine players squeezing power fuse on the coach after the big game. LOFL.
Yes, in fact I am. Loved your posts over the years. Will miss them.
Agree with you.
Also, I sometimes wonder if I put more cash in to this company than Tuffin did. That makes me sick.
Yes it does.
And I'd also like to acknowledge Bgrass for his spot-on prediction of single digits while we were up in the 30's. I like to admit when I'm wrong.
And, can I get a freaking T shirt?
Yeah. Time after time I didn't follow my gut b/c of new "stars" brought on board and the potential of the "delivery system". Daymond John sealed it for me...that was a can't lose moment. What a f ing joke that turned out to be. I could have left whole at that point. But I didn't. I buried my uneasy feelings about the grammatical errors on the website, Tuffin's awkward delivery of his message on TV, Tiger's forced pitch for the company, and my reservations about the drop products. I'd like to think of myself as a pretty smart guy, but boy did I get fooled. I'm now out. Cut losses and set up tax relief for new few years. Good luck to everyone who stayed in. It was nice meeting some of you over the years. Thanks for the advice and the good times.

I am happy you're back in full swing. Feels like 2012 all over again.
Thanks.
Not odd. Manufacturer in CA. Smart warehousing in KS.
Yeah and they spelled her last name wrong in the email subject line.
So yeah, I thought they'd be rolling these products with transdermal and sublingual technologies. And they didn't, based on the response from IR that Kyle pasted (and for some reason was deleted).
Thinking back on some of the interviews with Tuffy, it seemed as though he really didn't understand the technology at all himself, and maybe had no clue that these products weren't employing it at the time. I don't believe he was outright lying. At least I hope he wasn't. But he sure was uncomfortable addressing the technology questions.
Then I go back further to some of their "mission statements" and other blurbs on their fusescience website, which seemed overly optimistic and generic.
"We establish a new standard in each category we enter with superior product performance or by licensing our technology that delivers against unmet consumer needs and exceed expectations".
None of this has been done, ever. No standard has been set. And then the misspelling with GI "Track". I mean, really... "Track"??? Thankfully they corrected that slip up.
Am I disappointed? You bet. I just hope we can get some sort of traction with the product after they start advertising.
York has been here for quite some time. And he has been reliable with the information provided. Starting with the Enerjel rollout, due to his connections at Cure.
So you think that there is a military application here? Cool. I do too.
Nice. Did it tint the water at all?
Maybe ill try to mix an Electro with a bottle of water.
The bottle I saw him drink from was clear, short and fat like those Mash drink bottles. It had pink liquid inside. Electro and power fuse are both pink. Just saying.
No problem. My brother in law found that. Makes us both feel a lot better about things. Would like to hear Griff's take on it however.
Kerry Walsh? I must have missed it... Please confirm.
Where in NYC?
Has anyone viewed this?
I found 2 in northern jersey. Roseland and Bergenfield. Teaneck was no go. Haven't tried others yet.
TAC: Give us some specifics. I'd like to know what you think is happening next week.
Golf Galaxy display.
Don't know anything about them other than the ampules look similar.
Great news. The ampule is definitely softer plastic with a larger opening. I got it all out without biting! I think this is the fourth version. First was clear with colored wrapper. Second was colored plastic but harder, and hard to twist top. Third one fixed the twist top. Fourth one is latest in Walgreens. Very nice.
Walgreens in Roseland NJ had them both. PowerFuse was sold out. Electro had two. I picked up one.
Found one. One of the 3 local stores got it in Bergenfield NJ. Just the pricing posted in the space next to Sheets so far, not the actual product. Way up high on the shelf in the Diet section. Both Electro and Power. Can't wait to go back and see if the ampule was changed as some have related here.
Agree... 7-11. Gas Stations...
Lol. I thought you had said that. No worries!
You mean he is batting 1.000
Which 6 stores are they in? I'll go check.
I wish I had a better clue... Pfizer AND Novartis are testing FUSE tech???
Give me an ETA and I'll take another trip and post up some pics.
Good news. Nothing in the 3 stores in Bergenfield and Teaneck NJ.
From Twitter:
@zoeromano: I might be biased but I'm pretty sure @fuse_science is the future.
Agree. Fuse can't assume that people will know why they need ElectroFuse.
Thanks for posting the Mary Kline Classic footage from 2013. It was BG's favorite last year.
