As long as your order is still active (meaning you placed a gtc order) then yes, you’re in line. Not guaranteed that you will ever get filled, you just have to wait and see.

They don't follow through with anything, ever...at least not in the year and a half I've been here. The best advice you will get on this board is to run for the door as fast as you can. Hopefully you're not in too deep yet and you can get out before it goes to .005.

Also of note...this is the first time I've ever "warned" anybody about a ticker (and probably the last).

The way it works is that you can use that money for whatever you want but if it didn’t go towards payroll and rent (and a few other qualifying expenses) then you have to pay it back. They said that the name and ticker change would be submitted to FINRA immediately after they became current. The press release for going current was released on April 2 iirc so, if they did file shortly after that, 60 days is almost here. GLTA
