Hound,
Take some pepto bismal..Also, threatening management with death is not a smart thing.
MM's scheme over weeks, not days...
Sano,
NAIVE...
Thalio (percywhit),
I love when you go into hyper-gear. It means big things on the horizon...
If we break through the MM's wall at 1.09 and 1.10, we should head to 1.25 pretty quickly...
Hound,
Make sure your XMas tree is a big one...
HolyC,
Thanks. I believe I was first to make the analogy to the holy grail. I also said, when this stock begins the move it will be capable of making, it will take our collective breaths away...The quick move we saw recently from the low .80's to $1.56, was only a teaser.
Once again CYGX acted tremendously in a very ugly overall market environment. When I made the same comment about two weeks ago when the stock finished strong, up a few pennies at the close to about .92 on an ugly day, the stock moved to $1.08 in short order. You may recall we were trading down to .86 that day. The stock's strength today bodes very well...It's going to be a helluva Thanksgiving and XMas this year...IMHO.
thatmr,
One of the very real possibilities here is that GE buys CYGX. Remember, GE only gets into businesses where it will dominate.
If CYGX has "the holy grail", GE put their toe in the water with their reagent agreement. We are obviously on GE's radar screen. Just a thought...
Great finish on a very tough overall market day...
Arnie,
Take a nap until Xmas...Rip Van Winkle like...Then open your present with the rest of us...
Arnie,
Not pumping...Just my honest opinion. Stay cool.
Paulness,
You are basically correct. I'm still expecting $3-5 bucks by year end, possibly higher. Big present under the XMas tree.
HolyC, You have a good memory...
Thalio,
The word is "credibility"! You keep proving to me you are under 15 years old.
Thalio,
Come out from the shadows and show your thirteen year old face. My bet is you have not reached puberty yet. Your incessant banter is, to put it bluntly, CHILDLIKE...The thrill you get from dueling with adults is quite interesting, with its demented underpinnings.
Thalio - Percywhit -
I think your strategy is the "rope-a-dope".
Thaliowiz is really Percywhit. He changed his moniker. Never denied it when I asked him. Sad little person...
GD,
Up to $1.00 the bid will always show 2500 shs. Over $1.00 the market makers will only show 500 shares...
Tibb,
Exposing a paid basher like Thalio helps new posters sift through the garbage.
And I guess we all know about you, don't we? Little man hiding behind multiple created aliases, getting paid 10 cents per bash...
You still haven't answered my question...Are you really Perwhit? Interesting how he disappeared and you rose forth from the dunghill...Also, are you getting paid 10 cents per bash like the other bashers get, or haven't you reached that level yet?
First of all, I was not trying to pump the stock that day...The point was made because all the posters were commenting on why the stock was languishing. They were all ignoring the macro issue that day - that the market was in a free fall...CYGX was holding up remarkably in one of the worst DOW days in some time...
ThalioBasher...You might recall on that day last week when the market was down 200 points...Cygx finished with a gain...Your paid or personal vendetta bashing (not sure which) couldn't even get CYGX in the red with the other 99% of the market that day. Are you looking for the pink slip in the mailbox everyday? Have you thought of changing careers yet? 10 cents per bash post surely won't get you to a comfortable retirement...
Hey smart guy,
Merck on Wednesday announced one of the most major breakthroughs in cancer therapy ever, with FDA approval for a cervical cancer drug. The stock was in the $34 range, at the time. Guess where it closed on Friday. Oh, look it up yourself. The point was, when the market is in a freefall, as it was that day, down over 200 points, folks are looking for the exits, not putting money to work.
Thalio,
No brains, no logic, no maturity, nowhere... You will disappear from this board in short order as the implications of CYGX's breakthrough become incontrovertible. Oh, sorry, you may have to look up the definition of that one.
Thliolidamide,
You are really Percywhit aren't you? Sad buddy...Look in the mirror and ask yourself, how did I sink to bashing penny stocks?
Arnie,
The anxiety this investment causes you on a daily, if not minute to minute, basis is not good for your health. I will guess that you have pared at least 2-3years off your longevity. I would move on for the sake of you and your family.
Thalio (Percy wit),
Among other shortcomings, your reading comprehension leaves much to be desired. If you reread my comment, it refered to ANY company that might announce a cure for cancer on that day when the dow fell over 200 points, would not see thir stock move up. I was not referring to CYGX...Please crawl back into your cave (next to Osama) and come out next February to see if you show a shadow...
Holy,
A company could have announced a cure for cancer today and their stock would not have moved. Terrible day in the general market. No one was thinking about buying stocks...They were selling. I was amazed how well CYGX did today.
Recommendation for all the worrywarts...Sell CYGX and buy GE. You will sleep well at night, but remember...Visions of sugarplums won't be dancing in your heads.
I do not know what you guys are thinking, but we're staring at the holy grail...
Tibb,
Isn't the negativism on this board amazing. Don't you folks know biotechs take 8-12 years to show meaningful results. We are in the 5th inning and about to break the game wide open. Relax and enjoy.
Congrats to all who held and added in the last downdraft. The accunulation of positive news we have seen since December is quite compelling. Let's stop second guessing management and enjoy the ride ahead...
Downer,
You are very naive...
Using some dry powder here...It's cheap IMHO.
Good close...Treading water...Waiting for the next announcements.
T,
With the way the price moved strongly, with good volume, from .72 to $1.56, with a subsequent normal retracement and rebound, I would say the market does not believe it is just talk. The next announcement or two could provide steerage for the following months and years...
Thal,
That was before they had any product near commercialization. SynDNA changes the metric...
You could easily sell a $1.00 PPO, with a half of a warrant attached exercisable at $1.50.
I would expect PPO's around the $1.00 range now...
Make that 8,000, 5,000 and 3,000 share blocks...Sorry.
