There's been a few articles lately about limiting injection in Oklahoma which results in reduced oil output. They also agreed to settle a 4.95M lawsuit with their employees. There was a lot of profit made here, but as a disclaimer I no longer hold any stock. I'm not bashing this stock in anyway, I see the potential and would like to jump back in, but I'm not ready because I think there's going to be an opportunity on a pullback. I could be wrong too, it wouldn't be the first time...

Don't know about the 1 that was not a winner...probably just saying that to cover themselves. If they were to say 10 out of 10 then that's a guarantee right??? Look at MILV, NSRS, POTG...play it right and there is money to be made but don't get caught at the end. GLTA

If you have L2 watch it to see the action. This company seems legitimate. They had a Nasdaq listing before voluntarily delisting. I can see this one consolidating before next leg up but that's just my opinion and I am sure there are others out there that will disagree. I will be watching L2 in the morning and try to establish a good entry point from there.

Always be careful with OTC though. There is a ton of money to be made as well as lost. Do your own DD and never go off someone else's recommendations.

That is what I was interested in finding out, pre and post dilution market caps. As I stated in a previous post I saw this at .03 and didn't look much into it. Now I'm wanting to jump on but want to make sure I do my DD first and pick the right entry point. Just like everyone else I don't like to lose money.

Yeah I know the delisting was voluntary I am just trying to see what minimum requirements they were not meeting. From the little research I have done so far IMO this is undervalued. This company seems to have a large reach and I am going to keep digging tonight.

Yes, I do own shares here. This is really the only board I post on because I honestly think there is potential in this company. They have a good idea, just need the execution to follow. I have been flipping and adding to my position for awhile now. I have shares from the .03s-.002s and have invested a little over $20k and am hoping that it pays off soon...might be one of the worst investments I have ever made or might pay off in a huge way. Hoping for the latter though.

I wrote the last one wrong. I believe this is a 10-k and not a 10-q. If either are filing for an extension it has to be done within one business day after the due date which would be Tuesday. 10-K's are allowed an extension of 15 days while 10-Q's are allowed 5 days.

Due by today but they can file an NT 10-Q for a 5 day extension

a smarter investor. Can't be so greedy. I could have left a long time ago with significant gains but I kept coming back for more and got trapped. Too many empty promises and scams to go long in OTC...

As it stands right now I have a lot of tax write offs. I've already written this off as a loss in my head but I'll keep my shares, I've already rode it this low...

I am not going to be a basher but I think this one is dead. I believe the management has failed with executing the model. As turbosig stated the product is great, but for some reason the management is cannot deliver. Hopefully I am proven wrong because I am sitting on a hefty amount of shares, but I do not have much hope. They are being quiet for a reason and I think it's the one no one wants to hear...

I think I may take my exit this week and forget OTC even exists...too much gambling and empty promises in this market. I honestly believe they have a great idea but I do not understand why they can't execute and have accumulated an exorbitant amount of debt.

Don't get me wrong, I understand starting out will accumulate debt but after a few years I think they have had enough time to implement their ideas in a way that should have started to head in a positive direction. Hopefully I'm proved wrong but I think we are about to see a nasty 10-Q that will further drive investors away.

I'm hoping for option A. I really wish we could get some sort of update from the company, I am getting scared because they have been so quiet...

Where's the rest of this? That is potentially a huge amount of shares. 13G is filed for 5-20% ownership of a company.
