I've been in this stock for a few years now. It has been a rewarding and painful journey.
I believe this is our year. Celsion will have 380 events in the HEAT trial and the DMC will review the data. Both should happen this year.
I see this stock rising in big meaty chunks at different points this year making it hard for chasers to pull the trigger. The investors that will gain the most will be those already locked and loaded in Celsion. The ones who try to chase will make small gains. Good for them but better for the longs who have waited with great patience.
Not too sure we will see a 2nd interim look as recently discussed at the company. If the 380 events are closing in faster than they originally predicted then a second look may not be worth while. I believe the management team knows ThermoDox works and have worked extremely hard to bring us a completed trial with clear and concise results. They want this thing nailed down without question.
Again....a long journey for many of us but I still believe this company will partner with big pharma or be completely bought out.
The potential revenue stream shown in their presentations has been noted as conservative and the analysts have said the same.
Invest wisely and enjoy this particular year in Celsion. It's going to be a very, very good year!
doc
nice move this week. hope we have the momentum to continue. higher highs....higher lows....means we are going up.
doc
hi smooth.....yes....that's me over on yahoo.
i'm bettin' on success. i feel they have a great platform and business plan for success. using drugs already FDA approved and encapsulating them for target delivery.
fewer side effects.
strictly following SPA designed by FDA.
doc
strond.....Celsion has a healthy amount of shorts at the moment. I noticed we had quite a few shorts added between $3.00 and $2.80 in December. Again, in January after a run up, more shorts in the same price range. See chart http://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=CLSN+Interactive#chart3:symbol=clsn;range=6m;indicator=volume;charttype=line;crosshair=on;ohlcvalues=0;logscale=on;source=undefined If we have the catalyst to push us toward $2.70 I think we'll see some covering start and should move us past 3 bucks pretty easy. Yes, enrollment itself will be a catalyst.
This is going to be quite a story as it unfolds.

Hi Smooth! As will all stocks there is a risk. Just read the company disclaimer which is typical of all publicly traded companies.
It looks to me like the ThermoDox drug delivery platform gives the tumor a lot more punch than normal chemo treatment using Dox alone. The side effects appear to be somewhat less because ThermoDox drops the drug on the tumor site via heat so you don't have near the free Dox going throughout the body.
I personally expect very good results from the HEAT trial. That's why I'm invested here. I think Celsion has a very bright future, especially if they don't get bought out in the next couple of years.
A real interesting thing is the lab mice are still alive. Basically cured the cancer in the lab mice. CEO Mike T is also giving some hints that in some cases this may cure the cancer. Liver cancer has normally been a death sentence.
Yes, we are early. However, when this stock starts going up in big chunks, being here early will be rewarded.
Good to see the IHUB board picking up interest in this stock.
doc
Hi Smooth. I used to check this board frequently but it had lack of participation so i quit checking it. Saw where you sent me a PM but i don't have the premium subscription to answer. Sorry for the late response.
The HOLD on Japan trial is just that. A Hold. If you listen to the company, they seem very confident it will be back up and running as soon as possible. It's in the hands of the DMC from what I understand. Japan is a different animal. The deal with Yakult is proof enough for me Japan is extremely interested in getting T'dox to market. The recent natural disaster will imo cause further delay while Japan takes care of more important issues. As you recall, Yakult recently allow Celsion to change the terms of their agreement to give Celsion 2 million dollars ahead of milestone. This shows they believe it works! I seriously doubt they would toss 2 million to the wind.
We have a stellar year ahead. 2012 will most likely be the year we remember but i look to see Celsion rise from here. we need the HEAT trial enrolled. Has been slow but interim data is due about the same time the trial is enrolled. We won't get much if any info from the interim check.
good to see this board sparking some interest.
doc
short interest has gained traction causing downward pressure. will provide catalyst into next run up as they cover.
Conference call slated for mid Feb. New enrollment numbers will be available. I expect the number enrolled to be between 85 and 90%.
Japan trial was stopped while DMC reviewed data. Is slated to start back up in February if DMC gives them the nod to do so. Past data tells me there isn't a concern with that. Just going thru the motions.
Also expect a new trial to be announced during 1st quarter.
190 events will be reviewed when trial fully enrolled. The data from this should move us north.
These little smart bombs work. Using a proven FDA approved chemo drug encapsulated in liposomes. At the right temperature they drop the drug on the tumor.
Good luck to you.
Doc
CLSN is a great drug delivery platform. HEAT trial using a proven chemo drug doxirubicin encapsulated in heat sensitive liposomes.
This will be a blockbuster drug delivery company. ThermoDox will be the first of many drugs delivered to the target and dropped on target via these little smart bombs.
Glad to be a part of this investment.

nice bit on motley fool regarding on2. that should stir up some notice for the rest of the week.
doc
They are only going thru the normal motions when filing late. SEC sends everyone the same "delist" memo when requesting to file late. This is quite common and should cause no alarm.
i don't expect much of a change in pps until they do finalize financials and have a conference call.
i'm in hold mode.
doc
not yet. this is great to watch.
this stock shouldn't need news to move up. it is way undervalued and should move higher as we approach barcelona show and 2007 earnings report.
this is going to be a great investment. it's not often you can get in on the ground floor of a great company with great products and technologies.
one of these days......one of these days.....yes....one of these days....this will climb out of the basement.
added a little today.
doc
i've been around ONT since the last runup. this is a great company. we aren't talking potential because they are already stunning the industry. this is not a wait and see.....it's a "get in or miss the boat" situation. i'll be glad to see this back in the 2 dollar range. makes me wonder what this will be worth in 2-3 years.
doc
yes.....but it didn't over come the drop. i've been thru this many times. patience is key.
doc
I haven't seen one yet....but hopefully Bill Joll will have good things to say tomorrow and the stock conference tomorrow.
We'll see how the stock reacts tomorrow. i still say we are headed north very soon
doc
yeah...i think we are about to see substantial movement north for a change.
i took advantage of todays pps and bought more. it's been trading pretty flaky lately. i'll be glad to see it move up and stay there.
doc
studder stepped back a penny.
:) great day today. up 25 cents from that 80 cent day.
doc
starting to get interesting. closed at .93 with high of day at .96
oh well.....i need to get another buy in pretty quick.
doc
yes....close at .92 high of day if i'm not mistaken.
doc
.87.....just like that. poof! get it? "they" did it.
LOL
if you don't know who "they" are....then you should go back outside and play.
no doubt. when they let it run....it will be awesome.
crow....i sold back when i quit posting. i don't make a habit of hanging around boards that i don't own stock in. i did see the name on the news piece today because i had gastar on my watch list at one time. I thought the gang here would get a kick out of it.
any relation?
I thought all my old buddies on the TNOG board would enjoy this one. Do you reckon it's Crow's dad??
Nice to see you all.....Doc
