Lets see....with that amount of shares they could sell at say .18...dump a bunch of shrs. drive the PPS down to say .10 or .11 and then buy right back in...No?

Lets be clear......the vote is already cooked into the PPS. It's what the bondholders do with the shares that matters. It strikes me as odd that ACTC would release this good news right before they issue the shrs to the bondholders....seems like we r giving them more $$. Isn't GR a member of one of the bondholders????

Not sure when they will get them but by releasing this news, we just made them a lot more $$$$$$$$.

I think the proxy for additional shares is "cooked" in. What remains to be seen is if the bondholders "dump" ASAP or hold

So it would seem to me that one should sell prior to the 24th and if/when PPS goes down based on announcement of additional shares, buy back shares in anticipation of news. Yes??
