The patent issued in Feb. could be a huge asset. Other companies with enough capital to fund production will be interested in looking at this development.

I don't have the time nor am I inclined to do more DD for you, so I didn't look past 2013. But you can read the two attachments and see that SSOL files within the SEC required time limits.

RS500, I am sorry to have to tell you, but you are wrong again about the filings. Just a small amount of DD that is available here on this blog site shows that SSOL files on time at least half the time. Open the news page and you will see that the last filing in Nov. 2014 was filed on time.
I agree with you that I was disappointed that the management voted to sell their shares at an inflated price.

rich2, They are going to have to tell us the details of the transaction. Once they released the 8k back in Feb. it caused investors to either buy or sell. IMOH, they are now obligated to inform us of the outcome at some point; even if the deal went sour.
But I don't know what that time frame is.
Keep in mind, that they had been working on this transaction for weeks before they released the 8k. The evidence of that being the transferring of assets to Sunvalley Solar Tech..
I for one think that James should be more forthcoming with information.

rich2, If we don't hear something in the next few days, I guess we will know more when they file their 10K. If my math is right that will be 10 days from now or 25 days if they file for an extension.
