Still in...Cant remember how many, maybe 2000 shares....
Ur funny rru, even when you lose your ass...I will also see a huge loss, although not on your level...what did you sell at? I have not yet sold. I'm guessing you don't see any hope of a higher price to sell at?
Andrew,
Forgive if I missed it, but did you get out today? What are your thoughts on the next few days?
Thanks and Cheers!
Ben
At this point we dont need "clean," we need somewhat clean, thats it... 50% clean would cause a significant short squeeze imo, which allows us long suffering longs to get out in shape...
Just my opinion gang!
This is true Andrew? Yes, it makes whatever findings on CCME far more trustworthy, or just trustworthy...
Blue, if you google "naked shorting" you'll find several good articles, even scholarly stuff, about how it works. At the open, naked shorts will be known as owning, Failure To Deliver (FTD) shares, and according to NAS rules, will be forced to cover immeadiately by their brokerages. They have no choice whatever...
My vote for deletion of questionable content, good job IH folks. The insults are irritating and obscure meaningful discussion. This board does not need to be a 1st amendment test case...
I think the point is not go and dump shares at the open. The FTD folks could get their clocks cleaned, why give them an easy way out? Whatever the ultimate high prices in the first 3 days, a sure way to get low value is selling at the open...IMO
Rev,
With respect, and I've pointed this out to you in the last two weeks, I did have my mandarin speaking friend call, with questions. My description of that encounter is one of the messages here...The person who answered the phone was rude and refused to answer the questions... Are you being deliberately obtuse in acting like you are not aware?
Regards,
Ben
Agreed Koufax, they understand the "bottom line" as well as anyone...So where is our focal point??
My inquiry with company still unanswered...Had my mandarin speaking friend call with my questions, only talked to secretary who said the "boss" was traveling, but would answer via email. Over a week and nothing....Very dissapointing...
Yea, but look at DTT's assertions from the 8ks....Does it sound like they think there is "nothing significant"....The CEO's assertion, and DTT's cannot both be true....
I had my mandarin speaking friend call for me last week, no one answered her first several attempts, but she eventually got through in the afternoon. Read my meassage again detailing that call, they won't give information, other than to say the company is "healthy." that said, keep trying if you like!
I do not see a total loss at all...The short situation is definetly helpful for me as a long. I am confident I will recover a fair share of my capital, as I will be patient when this thing starts to trade again. Shorts have to buy in, some will have this done for them automatically. No, there is no truth that this is a total loss....
they should both be gone, imo...
check my earlier posts, i posted it;....
The price says, "we don't believe a damn thing out of JADA or any other reverse merger micro cap"....Until we reach a percieved bottom all these companies are worth waaaaayyyy less than their actual value, maybe even nothing, I mean, if you have no faith the numbers they give are accurate....?
hubris= "an excess of ambition, pride, etc, ultimately causing the transgressor's ruin"
Dictionary.com
Says it all no?
I didn't find that language referring to the March 13, 17 dates, on Yahoo...
At any rate, this guy is verified independent? If so, well, not good. Why go through this process if intention to stonewall? Hard to understand ANY rationale here????
I called the China number, with success
86-701-5881082...From states must dial 011 first
It's not the ONLY explanation, it does seem most likely, and strongly suggests someone is hiding something. Read other posts at YMB inferring the CEO got fed up, to much pressure, cultural differences, and the CEO stopped playing ball. If this is true, this guy should be out the door. CEO's, after all, are charged with protecting us, especially in times of stress and crises. Flipping DTT off is the surest way to implode the stock, he had to know that, and or have lawyers telling him that.
At any rate, I understand why longs, like me, want to see a silver lining. Don't think there is one, just my opinion...
As a long however, I will await a good time to get out of this stock, I am not selling at the opening, and encourage my fellow longs to await an opportune time...
Andrew,
I now live and practice in Micronesia, of all places. I am a former military prosecutor, worked for a year with UN Volunteers in Kosovo, barred in Utah...Got divorced, living the island life! My only headache is CCME!
by anything, i mean anything more than a token award....
Agreed...Cant see how anyone gets anything out of the suits...get your own legal advice, though, people, i am not your attorney...:)
If they left for reputational reasons, wow, that presents a whole new can of worms, no? As in, whats the affect on CCME shareholders, real, foreseeable damage, no?..... Their statement on resignation, and subsequent 8 k makes it clear they did not think CCME acting in good faith. I'm guessing they would never make such a claim if they did not have the stuff to back it up...
Just my opinion
Andrew,
I'm also a lawyer, criminal attorney....The standard of care is ultimately the question yea? Do we need the statements directly from the bank, or can we take them from the well manicured hands of the CEO, that kind of stuff....I'm guessing, only guessing, that DTT has enough legal talent to avoid putting themselves in jeopardy...
And like andrew, I am not giving legal advice, anything i should not be taken as legal advice, get your own attorney....I didn't say anything that great anyway, right!? :)
Cheers.!
Andrew, whats the applicable standard of care by DTT? I don't know? Is it checking bank statements, or accepting the companies representations? DTT is liable if they violated auditing standards, I just dont know what they are....
I'll sign that...
At least they are polite when they answer the phone, much less than some of the China micros I've called :)
Thank you Glen, guess I've been having many of the same thoughts. Are all these companies after easy american dollars, safe in the knowledge they will never see justice?
I share your sentiments I think. After CCME, which I am also in, one feels uncertain about all the China Cos. Can they all be frauds? Are there no honest or mostly honest CEOs and boards in China. I just do not see how all these are frauds, I think most people try and do the right thing, when they can and they know what that is.
Where in ENHD in all of this, is their CEO honorable? Time will tell...
value, it's right out of NASDAQ's rules for delisting. Once a company appeals, no action is taken until a hearing , to be held 45 to 60 (?) days after the appeal. I'm generalizing so you should confirm, but all has been explained in detail on this board in other posts.....
Glen,
Can you please weigh in on ENHD, are you still long?
Thanks
Ben
Here are the questions I gave my friend to ask anyone who picked up the phone(I suggested she ask for IR or someone in management), followed by her summation of the telephone conversation she had when she got through after multiple tries. She called in the morning, the phone rang and no one answered. She called around 3 pm China time and got through(I also called just to see if I could get through, 4 times throughout the day, without success).
My email to my friend asking her to say the following....
"I am calling on behalf of a American Investor. He is interested in your company but worried about the lack of communication from your company. Can you please answer the following questions?
1) Have you hired a new auditor?
2) Is the company attempting to file its past due or late SEC (security and exchange commission) filings?
3) Does the company realize a lack of communication with its U.S. investors is hurting its opportunity to find new sources of investment capital?
4) When will the company next release news of any kind?"
My friends summary of her conversation with SOMEONE from JADA...
"finally there was someone answering the phone. first of all, he refused to give me his name, not even his last name. second, he's attitude was bad. he refused to answer the questions. he said i should do the research myself. he said how can the company answer every each person who's interested in the company? when i asked him is there any other department in his company able to answer my questions, he said those things are decided by the "upper level". he has nothing to say but he also has no one to refer to. he keep saying the company is "healthy".
when i asked him why there was no one answering the phone since this morning, he said people are in and out doing business. i said shouldn't be someone sitting at the front desk answering the phone? he said it's different in China, the staff go out for business, not alwasy sitting in the office.
i said to him that if i am a potential investor, i may be his bread provider. its' a good idea he keeps his manner with me."
Got an answer, its f'in hilarious.....Ok so my friend called with a number of questions i provided ahead of time. She did not get through in the morning, but did in the afternoon. She's a gutsy chick, as you can see from her summation of the conversation!!! As a shareholder i dont know why i keep laughing about this, but it is funny....Enjoy, or weep, up to you!

Thanks for fast reply! I'm wondering your thoughts, are you still long, or did you hit the exit?
Hi Glen,
Been taking a beating lately and not really sure what to think of any China reverse merger. Still in ENHD, can you share your thoughts? Do you still have faith here?
No answer, phone just rings....
Attempted two calls, 9:45 am, 10 am China time, phone went unanswered. Will try again in the afternoon...
The number called is 86-70-1588-1082
I've asked my lady friend to call the number, she is fluent mandarin speaker, gave her questions to ask, will report back.
JADA is suffering with the rest of the reverse merger China sector. The only issue we know about (?) is the problem with the ex auditor. If their numbers are real, yea, should go well over 1$ per share, but in this environment, until JADA acts in our interests and communicates, we don't know...
I'm in at .08....
Value,
All due respect, I think your message would have more power if you didn't insult people.....
Traderfan, Buurrp, anyone else with expertise, please weigh in on this. I too am out of my element. Any thoughts on how patient to be when this thing opens back up? When will short covering cause the largest price appreciation, if at all?
Thanks in advance
Ben
