Lots of little trades. Seems like its been too long for these to be leftovers from VIVA. MM signals? Or maybe they're trying to affect technical indicators.
LOL
"(OTCBB: QMMC; Frankfurt: QMN.F), a Kentucky based operator of energy and mineral related properties, announced today that it has just completed a longitudinal adjustment to their directional heading in the Pond Creek Mine at Slater’s Branch. This should enable the mining equipment to return a higher rate of recovery."
LOLOL
"longitudinal adjustment to their directional heading"
Thats a new one! This guy cracks me up!
LOL. Read his filings.
With Sarbanes-Oxley he can't hide. In QMMG he just awarded himself 10M shares and dumped about 20M all in a matter of days. LOL
He's keeping HVYW clean though for some reason. Maybe a legacy for his kid?
getting to be time for HVYW to wake up?
Two days until the one year anniversary of a HVYW PR. We're all celebrating.
Read all of yacht's other posts on the subject. LOL
Has anybody here actually read the paper filing?
July 20 will be the 1 year anniversary of a PR. LOL
OTOH, without any information it's a pure gamble.
Maybe we should bail out on this puppy. Chiaramonte has done 28 filings for QMMG since the last filing for HVYW in November 2006. One could get the impression that he doesn't give a sh*t about HVYW.
On the average QMMG does $3k a day. On a peak day HVYW only does $2k.
Sorta looks like a sale for taxes.
Eugene is still busy elsewhere. He did an NT-10K filing for QMMG yesterday. That one is still getting pumped and diluted.
Probably not. All the hot air he has been pumping into QMMG lately isn't making that balloon rise, so just maybe our turn is coming?
wonder whats up
Ahhhh the reputation spreads . . .

It doesn't take much imagination to think of a message that should be deleted. Its good to know IHub has a way to do it.
It looks like messages can be deleted sometimes. Thats good.
FYI. It looks like Gene's father just passed away:

There is a SR, a Jr, and a III. JR and III run the show at HVYW.
Some of us have been here a while ...

Chiaramontes old stock VIVI just did a RS. His new stock QMMG is headed for one. HVYW looks like the only company he has owned recently that actually produces a product.
With QMMG headed for a R/S, maybe Eugene will turn his attention back to this puppy.
If somebody here is back east near DC and wanted to be nice to us all, they could go to the SEC offices, get a copy of the paper filing, and post a few details. That might tell us a lot about what's planned.
IMHO, any buy under the 0.020 to 0.022 resistance/support level will be a good one, assuming there's some news coming soon.
Not sure how that happened. Maybe I was picturing VIVI's future.
Seems like it was done rather quietly, using paper and all.
new filing today

WB, e^t.
What do you guys use to watch the MM action? I'm not a day trader so am weak in that area, but I want to watch and learn when this one eventually takes off.
They are both identified as Eugene Chiaramonte Jr.
see www.sec.gov
It looks like Chiaramonte has been up to his eyeballs with filings for QMMG lately. Looks like he bought those 5 million shares of it too. I bet he'll be back here fooling with HVYW when he gets a breather. These filings must be old hat to him by now.
JMHO
I'm not sure if this is good or bad but something is happening. Proves that HVYW is not forgotten. Could explain the recent activity:

Eugene Chiaramonte, Jr.
President and Director
Charamonte's deal with QMMG is pretty sweet for him. It was signed December of last year:
"On December 8, 2005, Quest entered into an employment agreement with Eugene Chiaramonte, Jr. pursuant to " ... et cetera et cetera lots of money and stock options.
http://sec.edgar-online.com/2005/12/09/0001019056-05-001285/Section14.asp
Read the terms; its pretty darn generous. That might explain his absence. Meanwhile in the last year, QMMG has been going down the tubes and HVYW has been holding steady but sparsely traded. Whats next?
I agree; if it gets to 20 cents it should just keep flying. Maybe all thats holding it down is that Chiaramonte is preoccupied with QMMG since he has a great deal for himself there. I'd back up the truck and load up on this if there was a single positive sign from HVYW, but so far - nuttin. Whats he thinkin? JMHO
QMMG is languishing now. VIVI is dead for now. Maybe Chiaramonte will show some interest in HVYW for a change soon.
I didn't say that. I was just giving out what I know of some of the history. This stock could go up quite a bit, I think , else I wouldn't still own some. Whether it is fundamentals is another thing.
Do your own DD. Don't take my word for anything.
Eugene Chiaramonte runs HVYW. He used to run its ancestor, AXGI, which had its start as a gold mining company many years ago, then a car wax company, then a phone card company, then changed its name to VIVI, had an 800/1 RS that wiped out the shareholders, and became an airline that has never flown. Chiaramonte seems to have split from his allies there, Bob Scott and Tom Jolitz, and thats when he took the car wax business back. They are now busy pumping and dumping the VIVI shell for all its worth. He is well connected with a lot of penny stock insiders and has been doing this stuff for many years. The history of Chiaramonte's companies seems to be a history of angry people, unpaid bills, broken promises, a reverse split, and litigation that never sticks to a living corporate entity. Honesty is not a defining character trait that would come to my mind when thinking of Eugene Chiaramonte. He has now become involved with QMMG. It is an interesting company; a distressed mining company (back to his roots?) that is in civil litigation over embezzlement and bank fraud. While it is true that HVYW actually manufactures and ships a product, I sort of doubt that Chiaramonte is the kind of guy who will settle for the slow process of growing a nice healthy little company. He has a few irons in the fire and HVYW is only one of them. If HVYW does a pop, though, I am sure he will return his attention briefly to exploit it.
Well, thanks for stating the obvious. LOL
