I think it all depends how long you want to hold the position. As for a daily chart, to me it looks like the stock will be in a basing mode. If more bad news for oil nest week, this little "island" wont last, and will go down IMO.

U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude (WTI) (CLc1) was up 44 cents at $30.88 a barrel at 0144 GMT (8.44 p.m. ET). On Tuesday, it fell 97 cents to close at $30.44 a barrel, after touching a low of $29.93, which was last seen in December 2003

Hey, umm.. I try to answer this lol. In my simple opinion the dollar is rising because the US economy is strong. Stronger than Eurozone, we have some bad news from China. And the correlation may work today but may not tomorrow.
