Congressman James Langford's office just called me to say that Baltia had been approved by the FAA to move ahead into Phase II of the certification process. The person that I talked to said this was really good news.
Lieutenant, what is the number of your original post about "the meeting"?
What "broadcast" is every one talking about?
What I look forward to is using my energy "stewing" over when I should take a profit. 10 cents -- 20 cents -- 30 cents -- 40 cents -- 60 cents -- $1 -- etc.
I am having problems with a lot of "Pop Ups" on this message board. Anyone else have problems with them? Anyone know how to stop them? I am not having these problems on other web sites. It just started happening a week or so ago.
Good point!! What about the business flyer who wants to come back after 2 or 3 days of work>
Where in the world id you come up with those ideas? Please do DD before posting.
Lt, will they be able to do that with one 747 crew or will they have to start off with two crews?
How does one signup to be a Facebook friend of Baltia?
I have found a broker who accepts BLTA Unrestricted Stock Certificates. The surprising thing is he is located in my back yard. I met with him last week. Checked my account today and found the shares were already in my account and tradeable.
His name is Joe Poe of ACAP Financial - Midwest City Oklahoma. His phone number is 866-733-3999. If he is not available ask for Mandee. (She does everything for him.) The firm that he uses is Alphine Securities. No fee for setting up the account. Commission rate is 5% for transactions under $50,000.
Okay. I would be happy with the following PPS:
Manuals approved : $ .10
First Ticket Sale: $ .20
First Scheduled Flight: $ .40
Now it is your turn.
Anyone like to guess what the Price Per Share will be at the following points in time?
Manuals approved:
First Day of Ticket Sales:
First Scheduled Flight:
I agree. Why would someone be so desperate to keep the price down. Seems to me it benefits all of us to have the price go up.
Since we are talking about stock price, I con't figure out why anyone would be willing to sell their stock for 4.5 cents. I understand about people selling if they have been paid in stock and need the money. However, they must be really hurting for cash since we are very close to approvals.
Any thoughts on why someone would be selling at these low prices?
What is the importance of 11,000 posts?
Has anyone given any thought to the ability of Baltia management to transfer start-up (venture capital) skills to long, term management skills of a scheduled airline?
What is "code Sharing"?
One of the reasons for the decline may be Ageis Captial decided to require a $25,000 deposit before accepting BLTA stock certs.
Lieutenant, I really appreciate the work you have done regarding the certificates and the best way to get them deposited.
Here is another wrinkle. Does anyone know if BLTA is a DTC elgible security? Apparently the fees for trading a non-DTC elgible security can range from $200 to $700 and the broker doesn't tell you until after the trade. Also, apparently elgiblety (sp) can change on a daily basis. Has anyone researched this aspect?
I just thought of something. Maybe they turned me down because
I was going to open a new account. They may view an established
account differently. But then Scottrade sure didn't.
I hope it works for you. Please keep us informed.
Jeff Shuster 212.806.6307 He will be
out of the office tomorrow (Thursday).
Back in the office Friday.
BC has the name of a broker who will accept the BLTA
certificates.
Sogotrade and Fidelity told me they would NOT
accept a transfer of a penny stock certificate
either by direct or DWAC.
I just got off the phone with my broker at Scottrade. As of November, 2010 Scottrade stopped accepting the Stock Certificates
of penny stocks for deposit into customer accounts. The only
exception is for those penny stocks that are traded on major
exchanges.
Anyone have any ideas about brokers who will open new accounts
and accept penny stock certificates?
Sorry about the last post. My screen didn't show anything
after the 11,111 shares comment. Thanks Anthony for the report.
So what happened? Somebody say something.
Any one heard anything about the meeting?
Deepspringer,
I really appreciate the information that you are willing to share with the members of this board. Keep up the good work.
Tired
Deep, The video that goes with the link has been taken down "by the user" You have another link?
I trade BLTA with a Scottrade account all the time. No Problems
Why doesn't the plane have N706BL painted on it?
A coupla of days ago someone posted the flight volumn between St. Petersburg and JFK. I can't find the post. Could someone help me out?
I did. Did anyone ever find out how long it will take to paint the plane?
N705BL is in Malasia waiting for who know what.
Maybe we need to begin using the FAA tail numbers when we talk about each plane. So N706BL is in California getting ready to be painted.
Are you saying that the first plane is already painted?
My source is BC. He is going to Michigan tonight. I think to ride N706BL to Cailfornia for the paint job.
I didn't cite source because this board tends to be critical of anything I put up.
