Yes, there is very[ little activity or news, we share holders are waiting for. The reason I believe, is the lack of funds and why is there a lack of funds? The crumbs the court settlements produced were only good for emergency debt payments.

The courts treated CytoDyn with no respects, here are your payment crumbs, "Now go home and don`nt you dare to appeal

Well, I write another post, as long as I am allowed to do so.
What is on my mind is the one percent that we received from the court instead of the full 10 % for damage done to the stock, the company and the share holders.
Who ever was in charge to represent CytoDyn in court negotiations was either meek and weak or not quite honest.

It was a happy sight, when I saw the news article from CytoDyn.
I sought it was about the court settlement, the damage refund they were obligted. to pay for the damages done to CYDY.
But instead it was a long story about our current stock status. After i finished reading, I was kind of bored.
It was about next years progress of any improvement and filing with FDA,
The market did think it was anything great, the stock did not make any move up.

The stock holders are keeping CYDY in place.

The oppositions to Leronlimab-CYDY, having a hard time holding the price down. They had to spend millions early this morning to short the stock. The higher the price keeps holding, the more it cost them to keep the stock at a certain level that is allowed .

If a ceo lives 80 miles from the company office in a comfortable home , would he be able to supervise his employees enough to have progress at bringing the studies to the FDA ?
Is it adviseable have the CEO work from his home?
Who is supervising the CEO? He may have another or two jobs on the side?
This is just in case " IF ", and it is just my opinion.

Time is money and time is short for all the promises for Leronlimab.
Reading messages, many new trials have been started using Leronlimab for 5 or ten diseases to fight, This is an ambiscion, that is difficult to accomplish in 2024
I am not an expert in in this business, but common sense tells you, that it is easier to just work with one desease that has been tested over and over and provide it to the FDA again to have them concentrate on this, improve the critical items and ask the FDA again,

Jeff, I have to admit, I bought most of my cydy stocks at the time when nader was in charge of CytoDyn.
I do not hate that guy, he knew all the time that the big pharmacies and especielly the FDA would never
allow Leronlimab to be approved, because of the quality of the product. That would destruct all the bribery agreement.

2 more months the year is over. DO `WE WAIT AN OTHER YEAR? It seems like the wheeling and dealing continues the same as in the past. The powerful pharmacies and the FDA , combined with the courts can give a better deal for every one involved in the wonderful drug story of Lironlimab.
The final out come of the courts and the pay back for damages to our company is very dis appointing.
Little by little talk about research keeps us investors interested.
Is that former CEO of CytoDyn still in jail, or did he bribe himself out of it. He stole enough money to make a good deal for lawyers and prosecuters..

In the U*.S. over 1,500,000 persons died of covid-19 from start to now. Most of them were injected and booster shots twice or more. Many of the survivors have or had side effects. I was one of them with side effects and had to go twice to to the ER or emergency at my hospital.
What happened, at night about 2o`clock I woke up with feelings of vomiting, when I tried to get up, I collapsed to my knees, then crawled to the bath room, vomited with nothing coming out for about 3 minutes. That takes a lot of energy. After a while, I was able to pull myself up to the sink and drank some water and then *I was able to walk back to bed. Wen I woke up that morning, I felt like nothing ever happened that night. This was going on for about 6 month, with interewells of 1 or two weeks.

I miss her posts. They were always interesting with news on Leronlimab.

Leronlimab is still the best medicine available, with minor side effects. it is a great competition with big pharmacies.,pharmacies that donate fortunes to the FDA to keep Leronlimab from being approved.

That is the reason, why we have the heart -less and overly angry miserably beings supporting the greedy and powerful pharmacies and their friends at the FDA for a minor hunger wage or payment.

Forget the past of this miracle drug. The past is boring, when every one know it already,, especially, when it gets repeated over and over again.
Desperation and fear of leronlimab is hugely visible and that is disgusting.

Actual I feel sorry for fellow citizens who have to be here working under paid, doing un-ethic writing.
In this case it is CytoDyn they have to dislike and lie.
I employing an accounting man, who is a former employee of the federal tax department retired. Every year he writes off all the losses of my stock trading, so I am not really in the red, as some here clayme.

Leronlimab could do wonders to help any one who has a serious infection or other ailment.

As I see it, Cydy has the tendency to rise early in the morning, every morning, starting with over ,15 cents.
Now this morning, the guys in the stock shorting department had a hang over and got up late, but rushed over to their cubical and put out the fyer, but it cost them a lot, I would say 2 to 3 $2 to 3 million
early in the morning.
Then later, CYDY raised its head again, and they had to poor an other bucket of water on that fyer.
This is going on all day, week after week. It is really funny, how "they" spend lot of funds for A $.13 CENTS stock.
It must be a scary situation. Just my opinion.

They, those and them are really struggling, keeping good old CYDY down, where they want it, but it is not that easy to hold it running away. Most of you know who I mean.
Thursday early, Leronlimab tried the normal way, which is going up, but them hurried with a lot of cash,
according to the chart, the vertical red line went all the way to the top, that means funds spent to short the stock.
Then, at closing time, the same thing happened, when cydy urged up and up, they stopped it successfully with that famous red line all the way to the top. {Mucho, mucho Moola}.

Today Friday, the same, as every trading day happened, but this time it were three red lines all the way to the top. Morning, noon and and evening.

Al these funds could have better been spent for helping hundred and hundreds of thousands of the home les,
that where caused by our current administration.

Interesting, just look at the cydy chart again. They and them, the big pharmacies and the powerful food and drug guys spending $1000,000 on on one stock alone, to keep a stock down. All the red vertical lines.
This is a great exchange in a financial loock. 5,000,000 dead people world wide for $5,000,000 billion
through the Covid-19 program.

I am glad to see all the low paid CYDY bashers hanging around even on week ends. Nothing else to do.
As long as they are sticking around angry, none of us investors have to worry much. Leronlimab is here to stay.

Yesterday Friday, they and them tried to frighten us by by spending millions for shorting CYDY as some
bashing people predicted, but they where able to lower it only sooo far and then they bought back some of the shorts.
There was some success, I believe. This coming week we will see, if they or them will keep hitting us with shorting, up and down.
As long as that behavior keeps going on, then I know. that there is value in Leronlimab.

Just look at the chart. very interesting, all the red marks or vertical lines is money they spend to keep this stock down. they are very worried it looks like, that this stock is going to be successful.

I am not worried at all, I have been hanging around this stock for so many years and am not going to sell a single stock. Let them worry some more and spend a lot of their own money.

I have been waiting for CDYDY almost 10 years, even if it is a failure, the quality of Leronlimsb was worth it to wait so long.
I am 89 years old now, and lucky, I did not need this medication, but it would do wonders for a lot of persons , if approved by the FDA.

They started early today,shorting this stock CYDY from .315 down to .2515 to scare all the longs.
My estimate is, before closing time, they will sell all those short shares again, because it is to dangerous , in case the price is going a little higher then .3151.

Have problems with my account with Charles Schwab. I looked up in history section and discovered that a few of my CYDY shares disappeared, no, I would say quite a few disappeared,
They used the word "journal", after the ticker symbol within the row of other symbols and behind the word journal is nothing but an empty space, where it used to say, bought {"or sell"} the price and the number of shares. They left the date also.
I accumulated CYDY , starting many years ago, little by little with spare money.
Nowadays I wondered why my account was short of shares.
Is it possible, that the FDA have their long stretched arms out to every major trading company??

After checking all the negative posters against CytoDyn, CYDY, it confirmed my confidents in Leronlimab
and bought some more CYDY shares from my refund check on last Friday.

B F Borgers and employees are out of their jobs and punished for life.
The company can appeal through court, and I believe they will. The employees are the ones in trouble, they can not live very long on savings.

The B F Boergers are better off, using the judicial" watch" organization. They are a private enterprise, very well financed by private citizens that are interest in dishonest government, called by nickname, "the swomp"
The judicial watch operates with the fairly new law set up by congress, "freedom of information act".
They have been fairly successful.

It is Borgers, Borgers, the company that has been accused by the FDA of a crime, without a judge, without a jury, without a chance to defend themselves. Now they have a criminal record for life.

This is strange, that this company FB Borgan has been struck by a lightning strike to get them out of business fast, without them having a chance to defend themselves.

This looks like a person has bin arrested put in jail for five years without a trial, before it was found out that he or she as innocent.

The decision of the FDA to shut down FB Borgan, came sudden out of the blue sky.
It seems like, that F B Borgan was operating in that field many years without any complains from any one.
The question is, who did changes in operating,. Did the company suddenly decided not to observe the FDA regulations, or did the FDA change the regulations?

janit shell, I read the companies filings that you mentioned and assumed, that Borgens are guilty. Then I read the letter from F B Borgen, stating "wether it agrees with the above disclosure" from the FDA has not been included in this report.
Probably FB Borgen will appeal FDA`s decision. Did the FDA notified publicly that they changed the regulations, then probably a jury will decide. Just my opinion.
