We believe what you mean is the SEC has found potentially unsubstantiated materials, and unresolved claims. We also see there has been NO CLAIM of fraud. we would hope that VSTA, after all the help they were given in identifying the BGMO issues, would have enough sense to verify funds are real after waiting this long. we think releasing the funding as the research progresses makes more sense to us. IOHO
