I got out of this stock a while back but I continue to watch it in hopes of maybe getting back in at a later time. The problem I see with it is like the old saying goes "if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, well it must be a duck". This company carries itself like a pump and dump so many think that is what it is. I am not arguing if it is or not but the perception to many it is a pump and dump based on their management team history and the numerous press releases and now they have changed their name. They may very well have a viable product but don't carry yourself like a pump and dump if you don't want to be looked at as one. Most of us have all been burned by the pump and dump scams that go on with penny stocks.
It was a great game. Ended better than I thought it would. Some missed opportunities by the cowboys ruined whatever chance they had against the Pack. People out here in Colorado are really bummed out after the Bronco game. Wonder how much longer Manning will try to play. Oh well it was fun. Sure like to see some upward movement with FCPG.
I understand everyone's frustrations but in all reality I am sure Wang has been advised by much more influential people than those of us on this board to give an update to stockholders. If he will not do it at the request of his board of directors then some dumbass from Colorado (that would be me) sending him a letter will likely be used as packing paper. Just for the record I am a huge Dallas fan so be easy on Romo and the boys. I don't expect them to win but at least they are not sitting home this year. Maybe we will see two miracles--Dallas wins and Wang gives an update. I doubt either one!!
Well guys I seldom post but I do read what everyone has to say everyday. Today I rounded my share count up to 1 mil shares. This will have to be my last big gamble and it might lead to my last wife if this stock tanks and she finds out. LOL Thanks for everyone's research, and hard work. If Wang makes the same effort that David's Cubbies are making to become a winner we will all be OK. Merry Christmas to all.
984k Average down to .0776
Lanob,
Correct me if I am wrong but 10 million profit would actually give us a EPS of .16 per share. And your calculation of 10X EPS would give us a value of $1.60 per share. Am I wrong? 10 MIL divided by 60 MIL?? I hope I am right but most likely I am wrong.
Bar1080 do you know if companies intentionally do what FCPG is doing to purposely get the stock to drop in order to provide buying opportunities for associates?? Of course the company would have to produce financials that would support a much higher price for this tactic to work. Your thoughts??
Seldom post but what the heck. Is this a scam? If so it is a poorly ran one. No info what so ever so we can't put it in the pump and dump trash can. Is there anything happening to manipulate the price upward?? No , so they are not lying about anything. Would the current audit firm be involved in a smoke screen scam?? I doubt it but if so I think they would have to make good money in doing so. Is Wang losing millions of dollars with the price drop? Yes!!! Why would they pay a top audit firm to confirm they are broke? I would think not. This mystery will have to unwind at some point. Who will be happy in their hearts and who will be eating crow? Wait and see I guess.
Seeking Alpha website had an article about PURE. Sounded promising. Everyone should read the article. Seeking Alpha is read by a number of investors.

This was reported on CNN.
I got out of this stock several months ago but I still check in to see what everyone is posting. All I can say is no one can ever call Robsct a quitter. He has hung in there through all of this. If anyone deserves to make a dollar off this stock it gotta be Robsct. Good Luck.
May not mean much to this company but Colorado is getting ready to pass a law called "The Right to Try Law" allowing terminally ill patients to have access to drugs that are not yet FDA approved. Other states are considering the same legislation. Frustration with the FDA has convinced legislatures to take this approach. I never post on here but I do own a few shares thought I would share this.

This is somewhat of a repeat but it does state what they were hired to do.
Don't get to fired up guys. Professionalism and credibility go hand in hand. Need I say anymore.
If you lived a little closer I would bet you a cold beer on the Cubs/Cardinal series. Good Luck
Novicetrader-- I never go back there since I have no family there anymore. I lived on a street called Longacre I believe. Maybe your brother has heard of it. Not sure the tiger coach gets the most out of his players. Seems a little too nice to me. I did pick the volunteers to get this far in the tourney which is helping me win the pool I am in. As a kid Memphis was cardinal country especially with Tim McCarver coming from there. I continue to be a big cardinal also. I guess we are suppose to be talking about FCPG instead of my days in Memphis so I better cut this short. Thanks for responding. Good Luck.
novicetrader1--I lived in Memphis as a kid in the mid 60's. Use to go to bed at night listening to the tiger games on the radio. I actually lived in Bartlet, a suburb of Memphis. They were not too good then but I have always followed them. Good luck but I must admit I did not pick them to go much further in my bracket.
If the pirates can rise up from the dead so can the cubbies. When it comes to baseball you never know. That has become one tough division with the reds also playing so good. As for FCPG I also will not sell as long as the growth continues. Good luck!
This cardinal fan bought at .065 the day we had all the volume. Every time I say I am done buying I buy more. Sort of like saying it is my last beer. This year the cards are loaded with young guns. As long as they hit the ball they will win the division.
If FCPG is a scam then Wang is terrible at it. Scams are created to entice investors into investing into a company by false revenue projections, pump and dumps etc... Wang has done the opposite. Nothing promising, no updates, almost total silence. Then to top it off he goes and hires reputable audit firms. The PPS continues to drift lower with no news from the company to stop the fall. This company may never be what we all want it to be but I have no doubt it is a legitimate company trying to be successful. A scam is the least of my worries. Revenues, growth and EPS are my concerns.
I am making no plans at this point. If they continue to show growth I will stick around and continue to monitor their progress. Especially if a buyout is on the horizon. I don't see their type of business as one where the bottom would fall of their revenue numbers so trying to exit at the perfect time I think is impossible unless the company gets pumped much higher than its actual value. I guess my thinking all revolves around their ability to continue to grow. No way am I selling now but like the rest of you I sure have gotten tired of no news, updates or financials day after day. GLTA
thank you for the info. I do not plan on selling. I will ride it out to the end whether it be good or bad. I was able to accumulate a number of shares by buying and selling before and after the pumps. I think those opportunities are gone so now it is time to sit back and see where it goes. Thanks again and good luck.
I own some stock in this company but seldom have time to read all the post. For what it is worth I think it is time for the company to put up or shut up. The pumps no longer seem to have an effect on the price. Everyone is aware of the company and its potential. Almost a wait and see process now. One question for those who follow the company--how long is the testing of Phase III suppose to last? thank you and good luck.
No, but he probably needs maximum security to protect his booty LOL
Don't fall for the bait guys, something is fishy here. Probably like the investor who flew to China and had the money to help Wang LOL. Click on Sharpshark and see how long he has been around. Post sounds like he has been involved in some stocks but he has been around since 12/3/13. I wanted to call BS on the guy flying to China but did not want to cause any friction among posters. Sorry guys, working in a maximum security prison for 20 years makes you leery of BS. Big investor with only 2 post--HUMMMMM If I am wrong I owe an apology but most of us will never know if I am wrong.
Nothing seems to make much sense anymore but I am still going with the fact that if a company's numbers are bad investors have no problem believing that. Now if a company has good reporting numbers then investors want a reputable audit firm backing those numbers especially in China. Why would anyone pay top dollar to have an audit firm tell investors their company sucks?? Makes me believe that when the numbers do come out they will be positive.I do not expect booming numbers but I do expect growth. At the current PPS I can't help but think there is money to be made here. If the numbers are good you know someone is going to pump this stock without Wang having to pay for it. It has happened before.
Look on the bright side. Without the silence and audit issues none of us could have ever averaged down to where we are at now. I am just hoping in the end this has all been a blessing in disguise. This whole situation could turn out to be huge for those who have continued to buy.
Not me. At some point I gotta quit buying. I might have reached that point. Not down on the stock just figure enough is enough. 267K shares will buy me a nice mountain cabin if this stock ever does move. good luck
I got out a long time ago but every time I read your POS post I laugh my ass off. Keep up the good work.
Looks like I missed out on another buying opportunity. It was the Bears plus 10 last night. I should have taken the gamble. Dang
That 60k was me. I am either going to be the biggest loser or winner. This could be the perfect storm. Good luck !!
Thanks--not sure about them cubbies. They have tried everything to put a winner on the field and things never seem to work out. Whether it be expensive big name players or coaches it seems to always be the same result. When the organization is not screwing it up some dump ass fan is. Their day will come. Good luck
My cardinals won last night so I celebrated by buying 19k more shares this morning. I sure hope this works out, holy moly.
I cannot believe FCPG would spend the money to hire a reputable audit firm if they were struggling and in trouble. I think when the numbers come out they will show continued growth. I am not use to seeing a penny stock with Approx. 70 million in sales, low number of outstanding shares, and minimal debt. It appears to me Wang's advisors are wanting him to do things right. If they were struggling more shares would be issued and who does the audit would be meaningless. I will admit I get tired of no news but a pump and dump would make me skeptical of what might be going on. I do not look for massive growth because I do not think the nature of their business allows that. If the new audit firm declines to do their audit then that would be huge red flag, if they agree then I think that would indicate we have stock in a solid company looking to let their numbers do the talking. Yes I plan to buy more this week. My wife has no idea what I do so it is easy to raise my debt ceiling LOL Good luck to all.
I continue to buy. I seldom post but I read everyone's post everyday. In red neck terms I think at the end this dog will hunt. How's that for an financial analysis LOL==good luck to all
Redsky7 I thought I was through buying also but I have no self discipline when it comes to buying stock or drinking beer. I decided if 123k shares were cool just think how nice 150k would be. So yes I now own 150K after picking up more the last week or so. Time for happy hour good luck.
Big Simon how do you know the prison lingo?? or do I want to know?? LOL, most people have never heard the term go lock up
QUESTION-- If things were bad they would not qualify for the HK exchange therefore all of this effort and expense would be for nothing is that correct?? I would think they would not go through all of this if they are unable to meet minimum requirements. I am not sure what those requirements are but by reading bits and pieces from other postings I think their numbers have to be in the positive--is that correct?? Whatever the case may be they have to know whether they have a shot or not therefore numbers have to be good I would think.
I owned this stock several months but decided to sell out after reading the Government Accountability Report on the Bio-watch program. The report quoted homeland security officials on the fact much more technical and very expensive test had to be done. I posted my finding on here a few times and of course all the internet warriors had nothing but negative comments towards me. After working in high security prisons for 20 years internet warriors just make me laugh. With the RS likely to happen there was no way I was staying in knowing I could probably buy back in months if not years later at a much cheaper price. The point of this post is to remind people to not put much stock into what people say on these boards. it gets pretty stupid at times. I must say one of the diehards on here has come to his senses and is actually somewhat negative of the company. That shocked me. No need to name him, not trying to embarrass anyone just trying to make a point.
I bought 14k more today at .12 per share. I hope this does not turn into a Biggest Loser Contest, I might just win. Just my luck. Good Luck everyone.
