I think Ike sees a problem fixer with John, I work on aircraft and when I can't seem to fix a problem on one type of system, I look for the pro's who have worked that system before me.

I look at it a little different, Goip is worth alot right now untill the other company begins because you have to have shares in Goip in order to receive shares in GoCom, now I don't know what the cutoff date will be but I see a short squeeze in the makings.

Same percentage you own in GoiP is how I take it. The new Company will start out with a lot fewer shares, but you will still have your Goip shares.

I think it would be base on the share amounts, etc if you own 1/2 percent of Goip, then you would own the same percentage in GoCom.
