what extremely sound advice!!! all of sudden the company is going to play by rules and etiquette. this company has only filed reports when absolutely necessary , otherwise it has been run like a personal piggy bank ,buy others , wheee whhee all the way home. what good are pr 's when there is no fact or follow-up.its the pr's that have bs=-ed and sucked us suckers along. i think that's where the line gets confused between fact and scamming.

dear cut i think your motivations are questionable, how can you be so close to the barn and not think that the aromas doesn't stick to you.do you really believe that the kampa deal is viable and that you don't know anything. there are less than a dozen people close enough to know what's going on. i asked this question when mr jack was made ceo and wirtz and skipper left and was told that dillon contibuted over a million dollars of billable time to Exobox and you really want us to believe that mr.jack and crew who were appointed suddenly in the midst of this most signifigant deal are responsible for it successful conclusion or demise, duh!!! nothing like being given the honor of falling on one's sword, HARI KARI I BELIEVE ITS CALLED.

but i have issue with it:
if scott sold stock along the way for whatever reason, no matter how noble, and was acting chairman or on the board , that could be considered insider trading, it was the fact that he received an excessive amount of shares for a basically non-marketable product and even though he sold and loaned money back to exobox,it kept devaluing the pps.
kampa came over to a basically defunct company and was suppoased to have millions in financing available, but what took place, was there was no financing,took his contracted salary and when there was no blood left to drain he took a lien on the patents and product. i guess that was pretty egregious,and now has held those liens over the company's head. what happened to the deal??where did that go and no mention or explanation to us shareholders, but your going to act like what was done by yourselves when it seemed right and you were trying to motivate!!! WAS OKAY
people were always making deals to sell large blocks of stock and not weakened the pps , well goody for them and those that acquiesed, very unselfish and highly honarable, ha ha!!

sorry to have misled you. another investor was bonding with him and deceived himself into thinking there was a trustworthy relationship and was investing into exobox under the false impression that there was gold in them hills, and i tripped and stumbled into the same cow flop next to him. sad part is i thought i was smart. it all looked and smelled good. i don't know what good it would do to attempt to get in touch with mr. jack, he won't pass along any insider info. there does need to be some forth rightness at this point, is the XXX comatose, will there be a final attempt at resusatation, or was it kampa's plan to drag this out and steal the patents. investing a few thousand dollars into the stock and keeping the momentum going could be a clever ploy. i'm so bummed out, there were so many people along the way that i never thought that copelands' family and close relatives and friends would get shafted, i don't think scott came out to good considering that he had close to 80 thousand shares , he lost the house he was building and the respect of a lot of friends and family, he was a believer that he invented gravity, i guess!!!!!

A follow up to my previous post. my questions are not mean spirited, they are questions that i believe everyone would like answers to.

when laser and others were lambasting the company's officers,why didn't someone reach out and clear things up then. all the negative feedback ,hurt the pps, but no one showed laser the appropriate paper work that brought him a different perspective.
the Kampa deal was a result of . that he had liens on the patents. one million dollars was going to be paid ,with a credit of 350,000$ for release of the lien 25,000 for filing fees? and the balance to pay off other lawsuits and having a clean balance to work with. mr.jack was appointed new ceo and the cto was going to stay on.
well what's the story did kampa get the patent? did he foreclose on the lien, which was made while he was ceo, pretty slick and no board at the time. i know i am not benefiting, so mr. cut , AFRONT YOURSELF AND GET YOURSELF AND THE OLD CLIQUE AND NEW CEO TO TELL US WHAT'S UP !!!!

i am sorry my comments are coming across as whinning . i am down close to HALF A MILLION DOLLARS, I have been involved for a few years and erroneously listened to the hyperbole and read the promo material about SUEZ, watched the demonstrations and looked at the charts ,believed that it was demonstrated successfully to the NSA,that there were multiple patents, that all the different WHITE PAPERS and GARDNERS picking it as a company to watch and recommended it to its 1000's of customers. it has been like being in a room of mirrors at a carnival. so yes, i would like to know what is going on!!!! this latest DOCTOR KAMPA DEAL came and apparently went with the 15th being last week. what has and what is the plan is IT just to continually dupe the rest of us into holding on ,while those few are selling their shares at such low prices inorder to recover anything.
why can't we know what's going on , unless its what i speculate, just to keep us hanging on. it doesn't make sense for me to sell at a quarter of a penny, but i guess if you got the stock for free its something. how does one get in touch with MR.JACK?and am i to believe he will answer and be candid? right !!!does any one have a bridge they want to unload???

yeah! really doubling your 100000 share purchase @.003 which will cost 300.00 and it going to .0006 which will net you lessthan 600.00 after commissions . a good way to plan for retirement. something has got to be better for some one to be accummulating all the sells/dumps.

Well there appears to be 2 sides the ones who are grabbing the last few dollars and some grossly over optimistic who are expecting the PR to move the stock up to the penny range and double their pennies. if you add up all the sells and conversely the buys a signifant amount of pennies is changing pockets.

The question i am posing , if no one needs the money and buying 100,000s of exobox stock is what they do to get their jolleys, with no known rainbow, except for Kampa's deal, i would like to think that they are expecting the stock price to rise. that would suit me fine, but if those persons or individual are just "betting" that it is going to go up, I hope they are right!!
if the same insiders,10-15 of them are lining their pockets with quiet inside info, i think that is typical of previous friendship deals. the rest of us dummies 101 are still getting the drain.

It still does not answer the question , you can dump/sell, but someone has to be buying at the ask price or the price would be minus zero,and a total delisting would take place.So for some reason ttttttttttttttthere is someone or entity out there accumulating. That''s what bothers me where the dump is going.
I have been involved with X for several years, don't know anyone in particular, but was greedy enough to think and believe the baloney that there were patents in place ,SUEZ was more than a concept with pretty charts and handout.

yes there was terrible "un" intentional mis management and excessive optimism in the hype the crew was putting out, but it has settled down to only acouple of patents and they are recent.
The long and short of it is, I have 3 million shares at all prices and they ain't worth horse-puckey.
I will hang but someone is positioning themselves for profit,I just hope we all get a piece of the cup-cake and less of the puckey.
