apparently fidelity received information from DTC via undisclosed (by fidelity) vendor that name change and rs was to take place today. 2 hrs into trading day they were informed change would not be till opening monday and they had received "erronious information" ..Seems fidelity will not release any copies of documents or name of vendor.HMMMMM anyone know what to make of this? prohibited me from making any trades this morning regarding this stock,,,they also stated "ALL brokers were sent the same info" anyone else not able to trade this stock this morning?

though fidelity might have thier s^^^t together a little more than this... already know the company doesnt!!!LOL

why would causeway contact fidelity and say it was effective today? my portfolio already had the rs and name change this morning.. then changed back 2 hour later

very interesting!!! fidelity told me the cist company send them info electronically. telling them the rs and name change was effective today!!! then changed the plan till monday ,,,so apparently monday is the day. so this is last day to trade cist,,,wanted to buy some 001s but couldnt,,,pissed me off,,,any recourse against fidelity? Hmmmmmm

now ive got my cist shares back after 2 hrs,,,,hmmm wonder if i have any type of claim against fidelity for this mistake?
