I sold puts on this that expire next week. The position in my account has been renamed to SICB, so I assume I can still be assigned then?
I lost quite a bit more than this guy's 2K. Of course this will be laughed out of court, but I do admire his testicular fortitude...

Well there are objections being filed for other matters. Regardless, I think it's safe to conclude none of the common shareholders will never see a dime.
Liquidate:
"Furthermore, upon approval of the Defendants’ Settlement, the Trustee will file a stipulation of dismissal of the Adversary Proceeding with prejudice and intends to then move forward and propose a liquidating plan in order to make a distribution to creditors and wind up the bankruptcy cases and Debtors’ estates."

I still have CUSIP 885218800 in my account. Never claimed it as a worthless stock. There was some small part of me that (for a while anyway) held out hope that shareholders might get some tiny recompense, even though the preferred and bond holders got priority. That part died years ago, but at least now there is closure.
Is this it then?

What are the implications?
BTC at new highs, GBTC... not
When BTC hit $19,666 back in 12/2017, GBTC hit $38.71. Now that BTC is breaking out to $24K+ (trying $26K as I type), GBTC is only hitting $32.
Did the premium change, or is this a result of less retail FOMO and a change to more institutional investors?
Blood sucking lawyers. You bond holders whole yet?
Vote Extended -- VOTE NO ON 50 MILLION SHARES!
They don't have the votes on their 50 million preferred shares, so they extended until Sunday night. If you haven't voted yet, I urge you to vote NO on this item to stop enriching management's pockets at the expense of shareholders!
A lot of emphasis here on the day Canada legalizes. But markets are anticipatory, and by that measure not much is anticipated here. If anything, it would be buy the rumor, sell the news. Have you noticed that ACOL participates on MJ sector down days but not on up days? Very telling. Your only hope is a total surprise announcement. A lottery ticket to be sure. Nevertheless, GLTA.
It doesn't take a genius to make that prediction, LOL.
P&D perhaps
What happened to EZ Health Solutions? First it was an acquisition. Then it was negotiations. Then it was talks. Then it was crickets.
.05 cent? You'll be lucky to ever see .02 again...
I think you have that backwards.
That's a different argument.
Any dissonance is reflected in their respective charts. Bonus: check the TLRY earnings release.
Tilray +20%, Cronos +20%, Acology -7%...
I detect a pattern.
Look, they have essentially 1 product -- a 1 trick pony. Eventually a competitor or one of the aforementioned suppliers will come up with something better and cheaper. We already see sealed plastic bags being a preferred distribution method. How many of Medtainers does a repeat customer need anyway? Better to be bought out IMO.
Right, and any of them would benefit from having their own packaging subsidiary. I see Acology as a prime acquisition candidate.
What is the likelihood of a company like Aurora or Canopy or OrganiGram or Tilray acquiring Acology? So many possibilities... is there any synergy and interest?
Yeah that was a bit fluffy.
Lawsuit expenses bad, mkay?
RS would occur in 2 cases, IMO. 1) they have no revenue and burn through their currently issued shares to pay expenses; 2) they uplist and need to meet price requirements. They seem to be more on the path of 2) than 1), yes?
Might just be MM in absence of volume, but it keeps returning to the same range.
How frequently?
True that, but who keeps pushing it down at 0.0105?
Spillover from TLRY IPO listing maybe? I was hoping for more... anybody know how big of a customer they actually are?
One of Acology's biggest customers is going public:
Canadian cannabis company Tilray files for IPO with plans to list on Nasdaq
Is this the longest running bankruptcy proceeding in US history? Sure seems like it. Lawyers are making a killing.
With which they will do what?
Surprised to find people still posting about this scandal. What's the end game with this BK? Do they plan to reorganize and emerge from chapter 11? Or is this just shark fodder?
Here is the document:

But how do we know that 38510 is Oral Recosulin???

"In addition to Barclays, other banks including Citigroup Inc., J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., the Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank AG have said they also are being probed."

Could there be a link between Dr. Anderson (formerly of Eli Lilly), Generex's announcing of better formulation of Oral-Lyn, and this new insulin product from Eli Lilly?

A common criticism is that it might be too expensive for Indian citizens. I'm not sure of the manufacturing cost, any subsidization, or health insurance reimbursements, so cannot refute.
