Ugh, that's why I asked about the 504 limit. So if it's a million bucks. A million/.00005 (what the 504s are presently buying for) = 20 billion shares. So, that is about 75 billion (3 years at 20 billion each + about 15 billion outstanding now).

I thought his previous communications stated estimates on 25 billion shares.

I would have thought the pps would have started to climb by now, based on the proximity to the release of Easy 10-20-30 or whatever, but obviously that's not the case. Everyone being influenced by the negative comments on this board?...it seems as if even the most optimistic/level headed posters are losing hope. I've been in this for a while...9/09 at .0014, rode it down and cost averaged to where I was up during the spike, sold some and bought 3x as many when it got to the 6s and 5s, so now I'm red as well. Don't know, Fellas. I don't know who is getting filled but I have had buy orders in at .0002 for a week (not filled). I have had a sell order in at .0003 for a week (not filled), so I put a buy order in today for .0003 just to see if would get filled, which I did. Seems to be very stingy out there.

July 16th? Think I read that the new cycle for 504s started on 7/16 or 7/19. If that is true, he might be free to sell the full million by the end of the year. This A/S and O/S share count has cetrainly been taking its toll.

That's great, Jim. Do you think a pink sheet stock in the triple 0's, with this many authorized and outstanding shares, ISN'T going to be manipulated? A way to help stop the manipulation is stop the shares flowing into the market via 504, and/or reduce the authorized, and/or buyback some of the outstanding. I'm doing what I can by buying more at these levels but I unfortunately can't buy all the shares flowing in.

Agreed. I don't love the O/S share increase but what was it? 300 million more on top of 9.5 billion or so? That's a little over 3%. Or even if you use the 4.5 billion, that are not restricted, it's 6.6%. I know it can keep happening but it still seems like .0012 to .0006 drop is quite an over correction, no?
