Ah, thank you tob, you try to extent a hand and it get's bitten off by shank. When I stepped down as moderator and left a group I thought was balanced, obviously I was wrong. Shank, you want to go head to head with me, go for it! But, leave the ISPI investor's alone. YOU answer one question! And I bet you will not. Don't talk about anything else, don't deflect the question - which you think you are a master at! You want to move everything on me, which I understand because you have no stack and nothing of importance to say about ISPI. So, I stand behind every word I say, and have said about Infospi. Every e-mail and contact I posted was 100% authentic and the truth. So, Shanktser, why are you here? Seriously, what is your stake in ISPI. I truly believe you are the inside jerkoff with your own agenda in mind. What;s up? You explain to everyone here, for the past 6 months, why you post here. Now is your time. Don't talk about anything else except the question at hand. I took you for an insider (not with ISPI, but just in it for your own personal gain)? So, everyone here is waiting for your response. Defection or not answering the questions will not do! If you are going to walk the walk, talk the talk. We are all waiting for 100% honest answer. I bet you will not give a total answer. Your cover is blown shank. I will even give my home address and phone number, will you? Hell no you fake! Greg
Never mind, I have the number and left a message. Shank, I was not ragging on you, I was giving you respect. Not sure what is pathetic about that shank. I'm not saying anything about ISPI, just that I would like your input after you speak with the CEO. Is that too much to ask of you? I didn't mean to put you out, just wanted to see what you thought after you spoke with him. If you are going to talk the talk, please walk the walk! You can tell we all respect your opinion. Greg
I tell you what, I will call him myself. He knows me and I have a few questions I want to ask. Greg
I'm sure I have it, but what number do you reach him at?
And, Shank! I don't think you are the most negative! I think you are the most focused and experienced in these issues. I also ask you to call! I respect your opinion and would like to hear it after you make the call. I am being 100% serious! I would like to have your opinion after your phone call, we would all sincerely value your input please. Thank you Shank. If you don't want to do it for you, please do it for us, we really do value you - Greg
I think we not only deserve, but have a right, to know all factual information on every project as they progress (unless the release of such information put's the company at a disadvantage. Which may be the case of certain information, but we have received little to no information). After all, we are the owners of Infospi, not the CEO! He, and every ISPI employee work for us. Just my opinion! Greg
OK, true what you said in a few days apart! The truth, I have all of my shares, except for 182,659 sold on 8/31 as my friend wanted out at $.008. Which was no impact on the stock, or my overall my shares. Other then that I will not argue my credibility with anyone. Any one of the monitor's can probably confirm that all of my posts relating contact/messages I received from the CEO where word for word and 100% the truth. GLA, I'm holding firm just like most of you. Greg
GreenB, I could really care less if you think I was honest or not. I have not sold any of my shares! Any and all conversations with Mr. Mayan, or Mr. Hamilton, where cut and paste directly from the e-mails I sent, and they sent me. The e-mails where pasted word for word. Anybody whom has ever received an e-mail from Mr. Mayan could confirm my posts where authentic and his words. I have still not heard a thing from Mr. Mayan, probably because I did report to everyone his exact words. But, I did let him know that any said to me would be shared on IHUB. But, don't take your frustration out on me and call me a liar! This is exactly why I stepped down as moderator! Because, so actor said, "You want the truth? You can't handle the truth!" I will continue to hold my shares, and sit in the background for my payday to come. Of course, if I here anything, I will post it word for word. Greg
Hi all! Over the past few weeks I sold all my shares in ISPI! Wow, why? The last e-mail I received from Mr. Mayan was, and I quote "Greg I will like your help to receive a list of all active member of ISPI hub and the amount of share each one is holding. Thanks
Haim Mayan CEO"!
That was his entire e-mail. I don't know about you, but that is unacceptable to me. That obviously does not mean Infospi will not rebound - I was their biggest supporter. But I have been to Peter B. Lewis's penthouse in Cleveland, OH. And I met Glenn Renwick (may have misspelled his name). Oh, Peter was the CEO/President of Progressive Ins., Glenn followed him up. So, I know Mr. Mayan is no Peter B. Lewis. But, Mr. Mayan, I'm calling you out! What do you have to say to your investor's (I really mean owners)? Oh, I think I have about 2 million shares left! Greg
I have heard nothing! I want to take it as bad. But, in this company, tight lips usually means something is brewing. Remember, this is a development company! Any positive news will shoot this stock up to 40 cents, easy. So the flow of news is much different then a blue chipper.
I wish I was not so quite! No reply to my e-mail, at least none I want to discuss - it has no impact on the company or PPS. I will hit Mr. Mayan again. Greg
Couple of things all. I specifically asked Mr. Mayan about Spain, the additional shares and PR on the 7th. No answer yet. Also, I serious doubt that we will be seeing trip zero's before positive news hits. So, if anyone is waiting for that, they may miss the boat - just my opinion. Lastly, I am perfectly happy if our group buys more shares, as it does give us a bit more communication ability. Other then that, it makes no difference at all. Positive news/PR will be the only thing to make a difference in our PPS. I will keep everyone posted if I hear anything - Greg
I will talk to Mr. Mayan and see what is new. As always, the public (you) will hear it as soon as I do. Greg
Mike, I pick D also! When I say "spoke" or "talk", please let me clarify it is by e-mail! I hope I did not mislead anyone. Mr. Mayan and I have NO agreement as to when or if we speak. I think we simply have a relationship of trust. He will tell me "non-insider" information and knows that I will report it to you, the public, just as he stated it to me, and let you make your own decisions what it means. He is simply in Spain. Hell, I was there last weekend lol Greg
I just spoke with Mr. Mayan! I can tell you he is currently working in Spain at the moment. That's all I can state, until I hear more. Greg
Wow, someone sold 170,000 shares at 1/2 a cent. Simply amazes me. I guess someone could have bought short at our 1 week high of around $.009 and executed at $.005, for an 80% profit????
Nothing lately, I'll see what I can stir up. Greg
Gratz tob!
Tob, Mr Mayan e-mail: haimmayan@gmail.com
Just keep your Pro ISPI stance to balance out Shanks End-of-the-World stance lmfao
Kewl! And, don't forget to buy at least 1000 shares Shank. Give us you word when you do it and we will accept that! ;)
I actually made the moderator changes right at my post #1492, last night some time. However, I would like to make a few more changes. My sole purpose is to benefit our board, and our investment. Here are the assistants, and the new board moderator - and I will explain my selections.
Tob - very pro ISPI and very passionate about his investment
Shank - Somewhat anti ISPI, but brings a different point of view to the table.
Six-Eight - Very balanced, good perspective on both sides
SMC - The new moderator. I will resign SMC and don't know what you
need to do. I assume just take (step-in) to the moderator
position.
Me? - I will spend more of my time networking with Infospi Inc. and any of their business partners. Naturally, I will keep everyone updated, up to the minute.
I hope this sits well with everyone, and makes some sort of sense. I believe I have built up a solid relationship with Mr. Mayan. One built on trust and mutual respect! I certainly respect what Mr. Mayan has done pre and post ISPI, and he respects my business accomplishments.
So, let's move forward and take care of each other. Oh, one last request, obviously I can not make you. Shank, I ask that you buy at least 1000 shares of ISPI ($8.00 lol). That way you have a bit of financial interest in the company. Obviously, your word of your purchase will suffice! Thanks - Greg
Well said everyone! I have added 2 additional assistant mod's.
Additionally, I put my money where my mouth is, and the assistant moderator's!
Sorry to hear your response Mike. Your post almost, not over the line, of being short - and I consider short being less then a year. Additionally, you state there are 2 sides to Infospi? How can that be? Infospi and its' management is what it is. But, I would love you to articulate both sides. Sorry to call you to task! But, I am willing to factually defend my position, including dilution. So, I must ask you to "factually" defend your statement. I certainly couldn't do it, because I believe in ISPI, the management and technology. And, I certainly would not continue to invest in Infospi! Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, bad has happened. If I though investing in ISPI at $.03 was a good idea, I certainly feel it's a good idea at $.008. So, with this fledgling, development company, please explain why it is not a good idea. Greg
Shank, I am not, nor have I ever, mislead anyone about ISPI. In your message #1465, you stated, "Did Greg himself start that myth?". First off, I find your tone and choice of words demeaning! Second, I answered your question (in post #1468) straight up and very forward, "no the 5 cents per share did not come from me." Other then that, I don't comment, if I state some original information, I will claim that. Other then that, we are all adults. I'm sure with a bit of DD, you could answer your own question!
So, I'm done with that Shank. I will tell you that you absolutely are way off the mark with the impact of authorizing additional shares, and dilution in general. I could absolutely school you in both! But, I really don't want to spend (notice I didn't say waste) the time doing so. If other ISPI IHUB Investment Group members are a bit unsure, or confused with your incorrect and my correct explanations - then I would spend the time. Right now, I would just assume to play WOW. Greg
Shank, please review post #1400 and #1463. Greg
I find Tob's post on point! His question has been posed to you about 10 times, yet you will not answer it.
Additionally, your basic understanding of ISPI, and running a business in general is wrong! Increasing a companies number of authorized shares by 500% does not, in and of itself, make it 5x harder to increase the PPS. That is just a basic business fact. In some situations, it could make it 5x easier to increase the PPS! Because, in your incorrect theory, you forgot one thing - the currency that the new shares generate! If you take a cash strapped start-up company with a solid business plan, great management and cutting edge technology - the infusion of additional currency can actually make it possible to push through a few deals that would have been impossible without help of additional investment - hence, making it easier (not even just easier, but possible) for the company to grow, and the PPS to increase.
I think Mr. Mayan was sending us this e-mail specifically for you, not to the group as a whole! "Greg, When you going to a battle you prepare ammunition, public company ammunition is it stock - you can use it as currency to pay instead of money for merger and acquisition, or raze money for the operation of the company, for the discussion of dilution (dilution was my word, not Mr. Mayan) - please educate the group that issued shares are not free trading shares.”
As to the rest of your post:
- no the 5 cents per share did not come from me.
Why would someone buyout a company that is not making any profits? Simple! That company has something valuable that the other company wants! In the case of Infospi, that "something" would be its' technology and the related relationships Mr. Mayan has built over the past 5 years.
Well, I'll never get those 10 minutes back.
I think what Shank will say (and this is my analysis, Shank can speak for himself). Look at the facts! The PPS has been driven (and I do mean driven - it did not just decline) to around $.006 - $.008, and a lot of pressure to keep it in that range. The PPS has been driven down, even though there has never, ever been ANY negative news about Infospi - ummmmmmm! There is enough going on, progress, with Infospi that the simple release of the news would easily put the stock in the $.05 area. In the beginning of August, news was released, leaked, that 350 million addition shares have been authorized. A huge difference between the 70 million shares outstanding and/or authorized. So, at the beginning of August ISPI increased its' Authorized Shares by 500%! Yet, the stock price is running in the same range as prior to the announcement of the additional shares. Around July 13th, the PPS dropped below the 1 cent mark (well before the news of the additional authorized shares) and has not really moved higher or lower. So, available shares increase by 500%, yet the PPS stays the same?? Some may say well they are not outstanding yet, ISPI has not issued, or sold them. To that, I will tell you that Wall Street is way more proactive then that. Issues, news, earnings, etc.... are built into the PPS well before it "actually" happens. Now we have rumors of a $.05 buyout (a nice 525% increase over Friday's closing price). And a very tight lipped CEO with me, but not so tight that he can't say, "I can't say anything" lol. So, Spank can speak for himself. My opinion is that something is happening, everyone should pick-up shares, and the price is going to go up!
Shank, as I have said before, I am interested in what you have to say. I obviously can make my own decision if I believe it or not. Greg
Hello ISPI IHUB Investment group! I did ask some very pointed questions to Mr. Mayan. One of which, "Is there a buyout in the works, and does $.05 a share being thrown around?" As you can imagine, Mr. Mayan is unable to confirm or deny these questions! His exact reply was " Greg, I cant reply to this email from obvious resume , Thanks". As you can tell from "resume" Vs. "reasons", it was an e-mail from Mr. Mayan. This opinion has nothing to do with ISPI, their stance, or Mr. Mayan! But, something big is in the works! Guys/Gals, I have never lied, or Pumped this stock - other then the facts I obtain! But, I will tell you it is my deep belief that something big is going down! My personal opinion, and what I will do Monday, is buy all the shares I possibly can. We are about to get paid! Greg
No word from the CEO, Mr. Mayan. I asked some very pointed and direct questions. My experience tells me something is about to go down! If you can buy under 1 cent, you will be doing yourselves a huge favor. Greg
Can you expand on the 5 cent buyout? Any link? Did I miss something?
Everyone should take a turn. And yes I know there are people that can do the opposite thing by selling, but we can't worry about people that want to hold us down - they can't do it forever.
Great job Six!
Sorry the way I phrased that! Mr. Mayan is the CEO and news will be coming in a day or 2!
New CEO news coming out in a day or two, and it ain't going to be bad! Greg
All very good points, I will address this with Mr/ Mayan! Nice to see the stock hovering around that $.0095 - $.01 range. The shorts are getting nervous, and it was a $16.00 trade of 2000 shares lmao.
Guys, Guys, Guys - Look what just IHUB Infospi Inevestment group did in 2 1/2 hours! Increased the stock price by 31%. Once management and Infospi realize the level of shares we can sling around, and about 100x what we did today. Hopefully we will get some corporate support here! Greg
somebody please make a move, I will if I have to again. But I hope we are a team here - Greg
Is anyone going to make a last 40 min move? I have your back - Greg
That was my $.085
