Are you serious? Why would anyone post that? None of us know for sure when the financials will be released as far as I can tell. Do you have some sort of inside info? Posting false information will not help any of us, imo.

I have not gone back and looked at the posts, but if I recall correctly, we had ONE person here who spoke to Chuck about the financials and supposedly Chuck said Financials would be out on the 16th. The email to shareholders stated they would be out within 2 weeks, which would add a few more days. I would like to see them out today and stay current. BUT, I am not going to sell if they don't come out today. We have been told there is a profit for the quarter so why sell? Acquisition news is due out by the end of the month as well.

Come on people.....if you can't stand to wait then walk away from your computer for awhile and do something else.

I agree with bucket here. Looks like dilution. As long as it is being done to raise funds for the acquisition, I am alright with it.

Well, my understanding on the financials is that they are due out on the 15th to be considered timely. Since the 15th is on a Sunday, that would push it to the 16th. It was reported a week or two ago that they may be out early. But recent reports seem clear to me that we can expect them next Monday, the 16th.

Fins should be out by Aug 16th, since the 15th falls on a Sunday. I believe they have hinted they may release them early.

Thank you for clarifying what Q stands for in Q2, LOL. However, you are incorrect about the upcoming financials we are waiting on. You are assuming all businesses run on a calendar year. They do not and PIHN does not. As others have also stated, we are waiting upon Q3 results and PIHN is currently in their 4th QTR.

It is easy to predict something that has already happened. We are waiting on 3rd Quarter results.

Just look at the daily volume. It speaks for itself. Today has less than 3 million shares traded with the majority traded at .0008. Not a whole lot of money flowing through ETLS.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you all. I am watching closely. This may run and if it does, I will join you. Don't care to have my funds tied up here when all I see is a decline in pps. Would be a good flipper if there was more volume, but I can't even flip this one anymore.

Buyers beware. They will keep telling you this is the bottom and a great price to buy in, but no one here is buying anything more than a nibble here and there. Not saying don't buy, just be very careful and know the tendencies of ETLS pps!

I don't claim to be great at reading charts, but I can read the value of my portfolio. If I had believed all of the "lions", I would be down by well over half of my investment.

I trust my instincts and very rarely do they let me down. I am watching ETLS closely and will buy again if I see a reason to. Until then, I am will be on the sidelines watching, with my money growing in some other legit companies.

I am not an ETLS basher, but am very wary of the group that has formed here. I believe someone posted awhile back that this group is almost cult-like. I have had the same experience with various members here. Nasty private messages were sent to me and others if we even asked a question. I prefer boards where all opinions and questions are welcome. Those are the most informative. I don't fit in here as I prefer to have ALL of the facts, not just wear a pair of rose-colored glasses and believe everything that is told to me.

I hate to burst your bubble but the "lions" have been claiming a nice base all the way down from the .40's, if I remember correctly. Look at the pps in the last couple of months. I don't see a base forming, I see the pps gradually sinking.

Protect yourself. This may run eventually but until I see some signs pointing in that direction, I am out! When I sold in the .30's, everyone was saying that was the bottom and it was only going up. Very glad I trusted my own instincts and didn't listen to the "lions". I buy stocks to make money, not fall in love with them and lose my AZZ!!

I haven't called Chuck. The last PR gave us a time frame for the acquisition and we know financials are due out around Aug 15th and probably sooner. Just slowly and quietly adding.
