How do I delete my account? I want it gone!
Wonder what kind of monster they are about to release?
Bring on conservative.....and then some! This is awesome news!
I had received an email from Peter just after the sale. He stated that if within 6 months of the transaction nothing took place, it would revert back. I wonder if this is what he meant. He did say that he was unable to finalize investment capital, so maybe this gives a second chance. It almost makes me want to buy back in, but I'm gonna wait!
All ABOARD!!!!!!
Next stop....we rich!
I'm with ya, nearly shit my pants when I saw that today! However, I'm all in now, for another 10K.....come on early retirement!
I'm long on this for one reason.....it's gonna make me rich!
Patience is the key
I say a 10% increase today at close...but I hope it's 20 or more
Put on your big boy undies everyone, we are in for a hell of a ride.....to the top!
Yep, and any hope we had at hoping there would be a clean energy alternative is out the window. I don't know about you all, but whiter teeth aint going to power my house!
I'm not out much, thank god, but I know some of you guys got hosed...good luck in the future folks! I'm putting all my money into Allana Potash now.
Not that anyone cares, but here is an email I sent to Peter yesterday, and his response.
Rusty
I worked diligently for 2 years and was not able to secure $1 of funding for any of PVRE's project interests.
I am going to work privately to move them forward.
PVRE's interests revert if there is no funding forthcoming in the next 6 months.
The capital markets in America have been subverted by the FED stealing all the available capital to prop up a few member banks and to hide government runaway spending. Hence the US private sector is near dead.

Hey Peter,
I am just returning from vacation and noticed that there have been a number of developments since I left.
I noticed that you have stepped down, and the company has been assumed by Ms Hayes. I have also noticed that there is a reverse split of shares and a name change coming within days.
I am wondering what happened to all the projects that PVRE had JVs in, and will you or do you still hold the rights to these projects, as it appears that the new name of the company is more in line with teeth whitening, and not Green Energy!
I am more than a little disappointed to see that these developments have taken place, but am curious to know if there is still life in what PVRE was doing, with or without it's new owner.
Respectfully,
Rusty
Just curious, but will the shares that I have in PVRE be renamed into White Brilliance? And will I be able to dump them then? And will the ticker change as well.
Still learning, but I luckily didn't bet the farm on this, and if I lose, $500 bucks aint a big deal.
Thanks
As I was reading through the 8K I noticed a change in the numbers.
2.1.2 The Company has 500,000,000 authorized shares of common stock. There are currently 267,841,012 issued and outstanding shares of common stock and no authorized shares of preferred stock. Sellers at the Closing Date will have full and valid title to the Common Stock, and there will be no existing impediment or encumbrance to the sale and transfer of the Common Stock to the Purchaser; and on delivery to the Purchaser of the Common Stock being sold hereby, all of such shares of Common Stock shall be free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, charges or assessments of any kind; such shares will be legally and validly issued and fully paid and non-assessable shares of the Company's common stock; and all such common stock has been issued under duly authorized resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Kinda makes me wonder why Peter packed it in, since he headed all of the companies listed in the 8K that sold to Ms Hayes.
I also don't recall being asked for my vote as stated below, you guys?
On August 17, 2011 a majority of the shareholders of the Company approved the appointment of Helen Hayes, and Howard Hayes to the Board of Directors. In addition, at such time, Helen Hayes was appointed the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Michelle Stewart as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and Howard Hayes as Secretary.
Now I know why Peter didn't return any of my emails!
I don'think this thing is going anywhere. I've been holding this stock for over a year....CEO won't return emails, and when he does they have no information.
Found this article I thought I'd share. I knew when I invested in Potash it was the new gold!
http://resourceinvestingnews.com/18201-potash-exploration-hot-spots.html
Weird, I got filled for 200K. I've never had issues getting filled, wonder if it has anything to do with going thru a canadian broker.
I'm optimistic, but when I started buying this I thought the same thing was going to happen, that was a year ago! They have to do a better job of informing investors. A lot of JVs, but nothing other than the LA Wind project in Idaho that is even close to fruition. We need a revenue stream, then this stock with take off. But with no revenue, and a history of losses, I'm beginning to think I bought a dud
what the H happened? I went away for a couple days thinking that the dip after the RE was the ramp for take off. I missed a huge opportunity to get more at a steal....so pissed
Only problem is, all the most recent PRs are generic. No meat to them. How about an update on the Idaho project, I wanna know how that initial turbine faired, and if there were any problems.
The stock has been beat down to subpenny, which makes one wonder if the technology is revolutionary, why isn't it taking off! I'm a long on this, but am very frustrated by the lack of communication from the company on it's ventures
Not sure what happened yesterday, but do you think it triggered some stop losses?
Anyone have any idea why the sudden accumulation? Last couple days someone has been loading up.
I agree, I especially like the part where he spoke about Liberty Metals in Boston investing 20 million to assist in the construction phase. Call me an optimist, but this baby is going to explode! I think the 105 is going to atleast triple or more in the next resource estimate, otherwise, all the big players wouldn't pay any attention to them!
I tried getting in on the pop in February, when it went up from $1.08. I finally managed to get some at $1.54, and have been adding as well. If this comes to fruition, I'm treating myself to a nice vacation.
Not too often in the stock market when you can find a diamond like this baby!, and if the last couple days are any indication, people are already adding more.....keeping it GREEN!
I love how quick Farhad is in responding to emails! This guy is doing great things for Allana, and we will all reap the benefits of his hard work very soon
As with everything these days, moving at the speed of molasses, but ya can't rush the process.
I just received a reply from Peter Sterling with regards to funding.
We are just doing everything to lock down promised funding. it just
keeps dragging on. other developments in progress too. its all about
money.

Good afternoon Peter,
I was wondering if you had any updates to share regarding the Idaho project with LA Wind. Last thing I heard was the foundations for the turbine were being installed. I was curious if any data has been collected to date, and how it looks.
I was also wondering about the current state of the Financing deal. I have noticed in recent weeks that the share price is taking a hit, and not in a
good way. Some people in my investment circle have wondered if there is share dilution, or if certain people are trying to keep the stock price down until more information about current and upcoming projects is released.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Respectfully,

Relatively low volume, I'd say new hole results coming.
Good enough, you just see so many scammers on here doing P&Ds that you can't help but be weery! Long!
I've bought into this stock at 0.03, 0.01 and 0.007 cents. I'm sure it will eventually gain momentum, but can't help wondering why you are pumping it so much? The technology is good, but secure and solid funding is needed coupled with a sound business plan.
If those 2 things happen, and the company keeps 10Ks coming on time with improvement in figures, the stock price will also increase.
Managed to get another 16K at 1.69
I think 9 and 10 get released next week, maybe the week after. 11's results first week of March. They are gonna spread it out, so as to not create a spike again imo.
Nobody wants to hear the rhetoric! Either this company goes into production, or gets bought up by someone bigger. You can't deny their drilling results, and the fact that it is relatively close to the surface, will be easier to extract. And given that they are in a poorer country, I think the government there will bend over backwards to help them go into production, because it is a revenue source for them as well. Just my opinion
"Exploration drilling has resumed at the project and hole DK-11-11 has been completed to a depth of 164 metres. Drill rigs are currently working at holes DK-11-12 and 13 to evaluate the continuity of the potash mineralization between holes 08 and 04, and in the Haro concession respectively (see attached figure). Samples from Hole 11 are en route to Saskatoon for analysis and samples from Holes 9 and 10 are in the lab."
I would say news is coming very soon with the results of 9 and 10, since the results of hole 8 were released in late January 2010, should be an exciting ride...I'm predicting $3+ on the next news
Absolutely! Good things are still to come for sure!
You would think, but the same thing happened to Apple last fall when someone entered a sell order of a billion shares instead of a million. Human error happens, and atleast they were quick with this one, and revalued all the trades to reflect it.
Yeah, I started following this stock last week, and tried a couple times to get in at a buck fifty and there abouts. No luck though. But I managed to get in at $2.10, and am confident this is going to take off. If they don't get into production themselves, they atleast have great results that some of the larger Potash companies would be interested I'm sure in aquiring.
I'm long on this!
I got in on another mining stock last April, CMK-Cline Mining, got in at $1.25, and it was up and down, but patience paid off, as it hit a 52 week high, and all time high last month of $5.00. Research and DD are key...but patience pays off!
I think it's a little bit more than hot air my friend, now grab your surf board!
Grab a surf board folks, I think theres about to be a big wave to ride!
Not to mention see if they secure funding from the European group
No mention of PVRE, but thought it interesting none the less

China defends rare earth quotas as in line with WTOBy Ben Blanchard
BEIJING (Reuters) - China defended its export controls on rare earth minerals on Thursday, saying that they were in line with World Trade Organization rules, after a government move to slash export quotas on rare earths sparked trade concerns.
China, which produces about 97 percent of the global supply of the metals used in the production of numerous high-tech products, cut its export quota by 35 percent for the first half of 2011 compared with a year earlier, saying it wanted to conserve reserves.
Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu reiterated at a regular news briefing in Beijing that the quotas were necessary for environmental protection.
"This accords with relevant WTO rules," she said. "In the future, China will continue to supply rare earths to the international market and will take effective management steps over their export in accordance with WTO rules."
The foreign ministry does not set China's policy on rare earths.
China has refused U.S. requests to end export restraints on rare earths that have alarmed trade partners, and Washington could complain to the WTO, which judges international trade disputes, the U.S. Trade Representative office said last week.
The rare earths issue adds to the growing list of trade-related disputes between China and the United States, which has accused China of poorly enforcing intellectual property rights and for its indigenous innovation policies that discriminate against foreign companies.
Prices have surged for rare earth minerals since the authorities in Beijing slashed exports by 40 percent this summer.
Beijing said the curbs were aimed at ensuring supplies for Chinese clean energy companies it is trying to promote internationally, but it has also said its dominance as a producer should give it more control over global prices.
A European Commission spokesman said the European Union had noted the latest quota figures and expected China to respect recent assurances of a guarantee of rare earth supplies to Europe.
Wind turbines and hybrid cars are among the biggest users of rare earth minerals, a little-known class of 17 related elements that analysts say are facing a global supply crunch as demand swells. The minerals also are used in some weapons systems.
U.S. makers of high-tech products such as Apple Inc's iPads and various Japanese companies have been scrambling to secure reliable supplies of the minerals outside of China as Beijing steadily reduces export allocations.
Beijing has long insisted that other countries should share the responsibility for developing rare earths.
"The international community has a joint responsibility to ensure the supply of rare earths," Jiang said. "Other nations that have rare earth resources should proactively develop and make use of them, to jointly shoulder responsibility for global supplies."
China has cautioned that it had not decided on quotas for the second half of the year.
