I too am long and _____ with my CPRK(Q), for better or worse. I have held CPRK stock for more than 2 years now. I hope some day to also have one nice copper ore specimen with which to remember this adventure !

Question: Are the CPRK shares that were put up as collateral for loans, etc. "redeemed" or negated or (?) once they loans are repaid ? Would the authorized share count be significantly reduced ?

Back east here in upstate NY we don't have rattlers, but we do have garters, corn snakes and milk snakes to name a few. None of them venomous, but slithery and sneaky just the same. I have gotten a few of them with my lawn tractor(not on purpose). My wife has no fear of snakes and will pick them up just in back of their head so they can't bite, and she'll pet the darn things under their chins until their little forked tongues go in and out! She's got me to the point that with a pair of work gloves on I'll even pick a snake up, if it's not too long !

I certainly believe that we have the right people doing what they can to preserve/restore CPRK(Q)sharholder value. Even with so many shares outstanding, with time....who knows. Even Sirius Radio has about 3.5 billion shares worth $1.65 each. How much more does CPRK(Q) have to offer than radio waves ! Lets get back into production !

It amazes me that the old board was trying to valuate CK for about 7 million or so, and then the court settled on total debt valuation of 14 million or so, and now if we don't object to the APA, we have the privelege of purchasing 2% of the company for 2.5 Million dollars.....so now these folks are valuating CPRK at
125 Million dollars.....hmmmm.....

I have just donated my first $75 to the cause. I hope to do more, but for now I have done what I can. I have absolute respect for Chuck, FFF, the ESHC, and very much appreciate their time and treasure already put into the CPRK cause. I have now put a little of my own skin into this, and would encourage all shareholders to do the same. As Satellite and others have said, thousands of small contributions add up to a sizeable war chest so that our attorneys can fight to keep our CPRK dreams alive ! Thanks to Richard for making it easy to donate. I will donate more as I can.

Here's a story, about Borders Bookstore closing, and how their unsecured creditors rejected the company's plan to sell itself off. This is a paragraph excerpted from an article in todays New York Times:

"The development came as little surprise, ever since a committee of Borders’ biggest unsecured creditors rejected the company’s plan to sell itself to the Najafi Companies for $215.1 million. The committee had argued that the bid by Najafi, which also owns the Books-of-the-Month Club, could have allowed the investment firm to liquidate Borders without letting creditors benefit."

Would be nice......but usually good news like that would come early in the day. Also, what we are waiting to hear is that DSCO has submitted Surfaxin application(again) for approval to FDA early in 3rd Q. Hope to have FDA approval by 1st Q 2012....hope the questions from FDA to DSCO have been answered.

Today should also be an interesting day, with Chuck and others in meetings. Looking forward to hearing all the details (than can be shared).
