The speculators who have bought this stock are tapped out. No new buyers. Even the optimists recognize Ed Marshall is incompetent. Now that people are fearful of Mr. Esposito leaving they are unwilling to buy.
I would add that an initial distributor would want an option (right of first refusal) to buy out the Company after their distribution contract expires.
It would be wise not to get sucked into "linear thinking"---assuming that the future will certainly be like the recent past. A parabolic rise such as we have recently seen is often followed by a sharp drop as johnny-come-latelys get shaken out.
jbarbertx12---you are THE MAN!
I hope that smile of yours is a warm one---not a greasy grin. Keep the faith, brother.
I am expecting a MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT on Monday to push the stock price up to $1.00. THIS IS GUARANTEED! How do I know this? A combination of intuition, my ouija board and stock market technical analysis. "All IMHO course." My role models for this post are other posters on this board.
With the entry of David Esposito Medizone has gone from being a speculation to being a speculative investment.
Let's make that a double Amen.
My projection of $15 per share in six months was entirely tongue-in-cheek. I would be surprised and very, very happy if we hit anywhere close to $1 per share by year-end.
I think you are being too conservative. I am looking for $14.00 or $15.00 per share within six months. I have already begun to spend the proceeds!
Good news. Someone dumped 500,000 shares and the price did not break---it only dipped slightly. I interpret this to mean that some "hot money" has left. This is to be expected.
It seems that Mr. Esposito would not have joined MZEI UNLESS he thought EPA approval was LIKELY; and while it is LIKELY EPA approval would give a major boost to the share price; there is no indication that it is coming SOON.
Why continue to guess? Why not have someone who lives relatively near Stinson Beach go there and press Ed Marshall for an update on Medizone?
Mr. Small unloaded several hundred thousand shares this morning at $.095 per share. Mr. Big bought 80,000 shares this afternoon at $.1025 per share. Go, Mr. Big, Go, Go, Go.
What are the quantifiable measurements that support the charges of incompetency?
A very long history of making business forecasts which seldom pan out and then remaining silent.
The responses to my critical posts of EM show there are shareholders who have only been around a short time or they themselves are also inexperienced in business. I believe MZEI will eventually succeed not because of EM but despite him. This Company is a year or more behind where they would be if they had had competent management.
It is not a winning combination with incompetent management.
I like your scenario but mine will have to come first before yours can be realized.
POTENTIAL SCENARIO:
A PPL fails. Shannon not paid salary. Shannon ready to have EM replaced.
Shannon or Florida or Glen Balzer find a replacement CEO who can bring creditability and funding, and will work for shares alone for the first year.
I do not deny that MZEI may pay off handsomely one day. I contend that if it had competent management it would have paid off handsomely several years ago.
There are no investors in MZEI. Due largely to the bungling of CEO Marshall we are all speculators.
Only 200 shares at 9 cents.
If management had developed credibility over the years shareholders would give them (EM) the benefit of the doubt and be patient. This is not the case. EM has made optimistic forecasts which have repeatedly failed to come through and then remained silent.
Why don't you call Ed and tell him your advice. I doubt that he reads iHUB.
My opinion is that Ed is a managerially incompetent manager who is generally honest. I have heard that Dr.Shannon insisted he stay. If Ed had more integrity he would have found a way to meet both Dr. Shannon's request and also brought in the necessary talent. Perhaps Ed is blind to his lack of ability.
"You obviously don't know Ed he is for the shareholders 100%"
That may be true but the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Those of us who have been around for ten or more years have long since known that Ed is managerially incompetent.
"Maybe, once the company is established, they can use cash towards some more research."
This will not happen as EM is the consummate bungler. Our salvation as stockholders is to get the Company prettied up and sold to a firm that is competently managed.
Ed Marshall would not follow a sound business plan if it was presented to him as he is not competent to do so.
Thank you. This video is indeed impressive.
I attribute the success of the last two years to the presence of Glen Balzer, not Ed Marshall. Do I know this for a fact? No.
Being a decade off is nothing new for Medizone. Unfortunately this is a true statement.

"I can't understand why people are not adding to positions but I guess they don't trust the company."
Not many people know about MZEI other than current shareholders. We are mostly "tapped out" on MZEI shares having bought previously based on optimistic forecasts by the delusional Ed Marshall.
Judy: Your post "put a smile on my face" to borrow a phrase from EM. What should I call you? Booster, tout, promoter, clairvoyant, prophet, legend before your time? Will the 9:30am surprise be this week or next? Is it OK to start spending the proceeds?
(The above is all in good fun.)
The members of the BOD are two insiders and two outside rubber stamps. I am not aware that one of the insiders (Shannon) has any business ability. It would seem to me that the two outsiders could face liability for having allowed what appears to be managerial incompetence to have continued for so long.
The outside members of the BOD are rubber stamps. The others are Marshall and Shannon---neither of which possess business accueme.
As a contrary indicator your post suggests we are nearing a bottom in MZEI's stock price!
I see two groups of posters.
One group have been shareholders for two or less years, are optimistic on the Company’s future, complimentary toward management, and feel the problems they see are normal start-up problems.
The second group have been shareholders for ten or more years and have seen so many blunders and delusionary forecasts by Ed Marshall that they are appalled that he is still CEO. They acknowledge his early success in bringing together the scientists and the financing.
It seems likely to me that the Company’s recent successes are primarily due to the influence of Glen Balzer.
I believe that the stock will reward us but it is likely to take more time and/or have a lower payoff than expected. My hope is that a white knight will grab us due to the potential that can be realized by their competent management.
A plausible and very well thought out post.
Judy---Your forecast of $.25 per share based on charting breaks new ground for you. Does this forecast come from yourself or someone with a record of success in forecasting based on charting. Do you offer a time frame or range of times for this forecast coming to fruition?
From Level 2 it appears that someone bought over $20,000 worth of MZEI at $.118 today.
In what country did your trails take place---India, New Zealand, other?
