Inova Technology (OTCBB:INVA), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Desert Communications, has now completed $790,000 worth of network solutions projects for Ysleta and Abilene school districts during the first half of calendar 2011.

"These projects were completed as part of larger contracts with both school districts," said CEO, Mr. Adam Radly. "We are concurrently completing various other projects and will provide updates about them as we proceed."

The company recently announced that it has been awarded approximately $47 million of contracts. The company receives projects in two stages: The first stage involves being awarded the project and the second stage involves getting approved funding for the project. Projects worth approximately $16 million have already been funded and will be likely completed over the next 12-18 months. The remaining projects will be submitted for funding in the second half of this calendar year. Historically, the majority of the company's projects have been approved for funding. The company will provide updates as additional projects are funded.

Inova previously announced that its revenue for the nine months ended January 2011 was up by 32%, compared to the same period a year ago. The company also previously announced that it paid down $600,000 of debt in February 2011.

It depends on what else is happening with the stock and reason for R/S. If to uplist to Amex - then it should do well. If we have R/S and not much news after that - it will float back down and we lose short term.

Well I hope so too. If there is a filing or PR - I hope there is some kind of promo too. I don't think very many people know about this stock. So even if they get fantastic news it may not do all that well with no eyes on it. But good things will come in time. Just will take longer if no one knows it exits.

My statements were correct on every point. We will see fairly soon who is right. The next KRUSECOM financials come out by the middle of August that actually have QSGI and Krusecom combined and we will see a huge increase in revenues and proits -mark my words.

Spymaster - I did read the 8K and yes they are listed under Krusecom BECAUSE that is their NEW NAME AS OF 6/17. Anything that they report as of 6/17 or later will be under the name KRUSECOM. Never will use the name QSGI(Q) again=gone as of 6/17. Even when reporting on a time frame before 6/17.

Nice Try - I see you can not read a financial statement. These are clearly the Qsgi BK financials as of March 31st. The big company financials will not be included until the 6/30/11 quarter financials are out around the middle of Aug /2011. stop trying to scare people and get your facts straight.

They have to report under the name Krusecom because that is their name now but logic tells you that if the merger was effective 6/17 the real Krusecom financials are not in these 3/31 numbers.

Guys - relax, these financials are for QSGIQ as of March 31st. Krusecom merged 6/17. But being reported under Krusecom name because they are now Krusecom. The 6/30 financials is what we want to see and they will be out by the middle of Aug.

No problems - just really thinking outloud. If you had a R/S - I would think some communication would come from the company in some form. But it will happen eventually and when it does - this should do very very well

Key will be to get some eyes on the company to make it get to proper valuation. Hopefully they realize that.

I am just glad I got in before the R/s. ANyone know why the ask is $139. My shares right now are valued at 9.98 with a $139 ASK??? Would like to buy more when we can but not at that price.
