I think we might see those levels either tomorrow or monday. Good luck to you too Wesley!
I believe so. Glad I hopped in two days ago
The babble article you posted is about the old thermofocus, not our kidz med 5-in-1.
Thanks for the the honest post Mint. I know that you were saying before that you didn't have anything invested here, which left me curious as to your interest here. I personally have a decent amount in this company, but it's money I can certainly live without if the sky happens to fall. We all know that they currently have a good amount of debt, however it is hard to ignore the fact that the company is following a decent path to success by rolling out great products that are their own, unlike just distributing them as they used to. Once again, I'm fine with just watching and waiting for things to get going here. Good luck to you
Mint, guess we'll have to watch and wait to see how it all pans out. I know you have no faith, as you've have expressed multiple times...I guess that why I have money in this, and you do not. Not sure why you're here all the time if you're not interested in investing, but I suppose that's beside the point.
Your comment did not show signs of understanding that fact. You said that doctors aren't typically good at running a business. Not all doctors have an MBA like Tirotta does.
Mint, Dr. Tirotta is an MD, however he does also have an MBA. Not saying that makes him the best in business...just making sure you are aware of the facts before posting.
Number 9 on the breakout boards.
It's #76 now
That's great news. The Vera temp will be launching in a few weeks. You're right Dog, ASR has a bright future in this market. Thanks for posting!
Too funny Dog...First link only has one infrared thermometer, second link doesn't work, third link doesn't have an infrared thermometer at all...and one of them is $3,000. Lame
Mint, maybe you and dog could call or email IR regarding the facility and it's relocation. Just a thought...
Maybe because the CEO lives in Florida and still practices at Miami children's hospital? It seems logical when you think of it that way don't you think?
The lawsuit did not involve Walgreens directly. ASR sued Technimed for breach of contract. If I remember correctly, it was this breach which managed to cause the severance of business between ASR and Walgreens. I need to find the link to the case when I have time. Actually, I'm sure Dog has it stashed somewhere...
You mean to tell me you forgot about the emails where you harassed Robert?
"Robert. Am sorry to hear you have been ill. hope you are better today. As an investor, I am a bit disappointedand perplexed at your response. Why have you have chosen to avoid the questions I submitted? After all the questions are a direct result of the vague information you originally offered.
Robert, clearly none of the questions I posed would be in violation ( "we are a publicly traded company so we cannot give out non public information") so I find that a rather weak attempt to dodge the issues. I am simply asking you to offer supporting information in order to verify your original claims/ suggestions. Perhaps you will read over the questions in the email dated July 15, 2010 and reconsider. Also the one dated July 19, 2010 regarding Rycom Limited's response to my inquiry, can you explain?
I have a new question for you, can you please explain the title ? What exactly is your relationship to ASR?
Robert Krakowiak
Vice President, Asia Operations

Once again, thank you for the reply. I am hopeful that your next reply will be more considerate of the questions posed and an effort made to offer more clarity to your original correspondence.

Robert's reply
John,
I am sorry that you think my responses have been "vague" and that you think I have "chosen to avoid" and that you are "disappointed". Please bear in mind that I simply work for ASR. I am pleased to be working here and look forward to all the things we have going on here coming to market and the company being very successful. Unfortunately, I just cannot share non public, inside information; it's against the law. You might wish to use the appropriate formal channels as advertised on our website if you are making enquiries about any business affairs of ASR Inc.
I have informed my superiors of your request for insider information from a publicly traded company, which I am told is a most serious offence.
Additionally, I will personally seek advice on my best course of action for your clear harassment of me. I feel sure I have legal remedies against such actions that you have and continue to take both in our direct correspondence and in various public forums, which may also be a basis for libel and/or slander and commercial tortuous interference, harming both myself and American Scientific.
Again, I am sorry I could not satisfy what I thought were genuine enquiries.
Sincerely,
Robert Krakowiak

my 1st reaction
Robert,
If and when I am able to stop laughing at your apparent 'coordinated' reply I will respond in more detail to your accusations as well as pose more questions. Please be advised I am not so easily intimidated as you might think by your threats. However, for your own benefit I will suggest you take the time to review exactly what constitutes tortouos interference so as not to allow yourself to be used for the service of others and also that we might have a more productive and genuine discussion. Have a nice evening.
Looking forward,
John
last respons , no return from Robert yet
Robert,
I see that you did answer at least one of my questions, "I simply work for ASR", thank you.
I am still perplexed by your refusal to address the others. I know and sincerely hope that you know, none of the questions are a request for 'insider information'. If this is what you are being told I would recommend you seek an outside opinion. However, I won't bother to press the issue for the answers, it is clear you or your superiors are intent on keeping the information requested hidden. It is most concerning that a company who shares are publicaly traded would be so defensive with regard to legitimate, sincere and yes Robert, genuine questions. One can only wonder why?
Harassment? While it seems apparent you are somewhat shy of direct questions, might you be a bit more specific, please? Since you claim the title, VP Asia ops for ASR, one would think you are the most qualified to answer questions concerning any alleged ASR Asia ops, correct?
"Legal remedies against such actions", What actions? Robert, you completly lost me on that one.
Have you yet taken time to better familiarize yourself with what constitutes tortious interference?
Now that I have addressed your comments, let me offer to you what more they suggest to me.
I view your reply as a very clear attempt by you and those whom you represent, American Sciantific Resorces (ASR) to use threatemning and intimidating measures in order to discourage and subdue the efforts of somneone genuinely seeking truthful facts about comments or suggestions made by those persons associated to a publicaly traded company.
However, I will keep an open mind. Perhaps you will rethink your positioon and offer a more sincere and reasonable exchange.
Sincerely,
John AAAAAAAAAAAAA
What do you mean you "forgot about him?" You were just talking about him a few weeks ago...
Drew was saying not to bug the SEC with that post. How does that have anything to do with DD?
Because it was a sell at the bid. Doesn't matter how many shares. Market Makers will put the bid/ask wherever they want whenever they want, and if someone hits it with 1 share, it will drop to that price.
Very cool, thanks for sharing! I joined their page tonight. I especially like the NGO kit seen in the picture in the link below. First time I've seen this. It's the 4th photo in the album.

Yeah, thanks dog! Only up from here!
Yeah, pretty bigtime if you ask me! This should definitely run next week. Most profit takers jumped ship before close today. Have a good weekend everyone
It definitely is. All of their tweets have implied it, as well as implications from stock twiter
Uh, no. Someone sold 25,626 shares below the bid/ask for .07. Trade went through after hours at 13:11. That trade is not relative to actual share price. Just look at the trades feature here on I hub, and you'll see that the bid was .1101 and the ask was .12 at the time the .07 form T trade went through.
Looking good here guys! I jumped in earlier today, and am glad I did. SWRS should do very well this week
The true level of the upper BB is .00788 if you look at the legend on the left, so it closed a little above
"There has NEER BEEN (1) Penny EVER in History .... come out successful.."
Are you kidding??? VRML is an obvious candidate for a successful penny stock. Geeeez
You're absolutely correct Oz. My bad...I was looking at my chart, not actual close prices. Sorry
You're incorrect. Last Thursday 4/22 was an up day, as we closed green that day. Tuesday 4/20 was an up day as well. Not sure what makes you think otherwise.
Yes, not sure how long...but it's nothing new
Me too. Glad I'm actually in this time though
No problem Geldmann. Hope it helps!

Dog, you crack me up. Curt was using what is called sarcasm. He is saying that it makes absolutely no sense that ASR has not been manufacturing NDD's. Let me ask you, why on earth would you assume that they are not manufacturing NDD's?? I need "concrete" info stat, not just a post where you say "I think."
It is concrete detail, but still not relevant to what you had implied Brez was making up about the other pharmas. The facility is in Ohio. I told you, the info is within the filings. Not going to do the work for you. Maybe you can drive to Ohio and find out for me, as you seem so heavily dedicated to finding out what's wrong with this company.
I figured that wouldn't be good enough for you, but I just wanted to prove that Brez wasn't just making things up as you had implied. I have no idea how your mention of the location/number of the facility where the NDD is manufactured is in any way relevant to the topic. I'm not here to be your puppet dog, go to pinksheets.com and check their filings if you're seeking such info. You can find "concrete" info regarding the facility there...
Here's one source dog. http://stockprofile.com/fcontent.php?p=&Page=QUOTE&Ticker=asfx
"The Disintegrator is the world’s only FDA approved needle destruction device for home use. A major pharmaceutical company placed an order for this product in early 2009. This company provided this device to the users of its home injectables. The Company is expecting another order from this same company in early 2010. At least three other pharmaceutical companies have expressed an interest in purchasing the device for the same reason."
Well, my concern is that if they don't understand this, they'll think that the stock is crashing, when in reality they just don't have a clue what a forward split is and how it works. Then massive mindless selling will occur due to panic of a lower share price.
Why is it that I get the feeling that none of you understand that the share price goes down automatically to adjust for the forward split? They don't just give free shares and not adjust the price accordingly so that the same value is obtained.
