Slo, have you gone to the element trading website and clicked around? I couldn't register for classes. Get an error account expired. Might be hard to make money if people cannot register for classes since that seems to be what there selling, with a complimentary waterless toothbrush included of course.

I'm just speaking of past experience. It has nothing to do with being optimistic or pessimistic. This company has missed every deadline, every date they have put out has never come to fruition. Even before the court case they missed the dates the put out. An LOI isn't going to change my opinion or anyone elses that is looking at this company objectionally. I won't go as far to say this is a scam. But going forward this so called merger looks a little fishy. I guess its a merger of debt, because thats all they have in common.

Well if they don't dissapoint their shareholders it will be the 1st time I'm aware of that phenomena.

You can spin it anyway you want but this stock is a loser. By the way I purchased my first shares on 12-15-09, so I think this qualifies me as long. Oh yea and that tree you mentioned fell along time a go and guess what. I heard it fall.

I just dont see the logic here. There isnt any stock u like better. No other place to put your money. Let me put it this way. If you just stumbled upon this stock today, did your DD, you can find a reason to invest in this company? I mean there is a reason this stock has sunk to 2/10 of a penny and its not just the lawsuit, this group has missed every milestone they set. Well good luck to all but there comes a time to move on.

Its probably that weekly lawsuit update that triggered all this buying. I know i can hardly wait for the next weekly update.
