"Wondering" where you were not educated?
"Skil" any response from the SEC yet?
How much? 200? 300?
Pretty sure there is no one on this board that knows what 10,000$ looks like. Skil and Pstats combined worth is probably below that.
Pretty sad the way some of you spend Friday nights.
Harassment? for what exactly? He got awarded so many shares at a certain number. Those shares were carved by 200 to1 the next day. I would like his take and deserve it BTW.
I doubt that
IR says nothing. Call Darrin
Thank you, I will hold those just incase what I initially bought was a good call. Either way that sort of money doesn't matter. You win and lose. My issue currently is being censored fro real discussions with real owners of this company.
I actually think I have more shares than Darin Nellis so I think my questions are more then valid.
I have more shares than most. I barely post. But this is a public figure in every aspect of the definition. Google the address or name. I am pissed at the silence. Most would request a statement of the intention of reducing me fro 2,264,000 to something like 3,000. GFY if you are okay with that.
Someone needs to speak. The best option I can think of is this dude who received the last set of options that got reversed split.
Darin Nellis now has a little over 2,200 shares now.
de·fin·i·tive \di-'fi-n?-tiv\
Simple Definition of definitive
: not able to be argued about or changed : final and settled
: complete, accurate, and considered to be the best of its kind
Today HCTI announced it's signed.
"Signed"!
Calm....on my phone
Justwant...thank you. Basically he's saying com the F down. We got this!
Pstat runner and Skiluc nice try today. 15 k is what one of you claimed....I'm sure that was your W2. promises of PR and fake hype are for flippers. Delivering on a product with results is investing. Thank you for keeping the price down if you did with your redorict. I got anothe 825,000.
dholmes I really enjoy reading your posts! Thank you for the time you put in the research.
This board is becoming less about good solid DD and more about mindless posts about PR's and .0001 price moves. It's too bad as this was an excellent resource to educate me on the prospects of this promising company. I guess that's what the OTC attracts a bunch of Pstat types hoping to make a hundred bucks on such price moves. Probably from their parents basement.
letitgrow24 thanks for putting things in perspective. I agree 100%. 2016 is going to be a great year for HTCI. Good luck to you and all longs.
aarlie is this a second distributor?
OT, RIP NFI......Nice stock Brucie
Thanks for the info. And thanks for the recap on your conversation with IR. I already knew the restrictions on the 45 million shares, but did not know about the volume restrictions. I know someone that has specific dealings with the company, and he has always described them as honest. I am glad they have a proper pr firm that can reflect that.
Smoothjazz, thanks for the link, and info about the pr firm. What board did you get that info from? You seem to have done plenty of dd on Axis. I welcome your responses to myth, he is a basher for sure. With no real purpose, but you handle her well. There should be some info coming out of the New York area soon, I will let you know when I hear something.
Welcome both of you to the board. Smoothjazz, I agree this is a long term play. They have a good product, now they need to learn marketing/sales.
Thanks for keeping a watchful eye on them.
Axis Technologies, Inc. Announces Distribution Network Expands to Over 500 Sales Representatives in 36 States and Canada
Thursday May 10, 9:30 am ET
More than 30 Lighting Original Equipment Manufacturers Offering Axis Ballast Equipped Fixtures
LINCOLN, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXTG - News) today announced its distribution network has expanded to over 500 sales representatives in 36 states across the U.S. and Canada. Approximately 20 representative agencies are offering the Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) Ballast system, an innovative and proprietary energy saving product, to their clients. In addition, Axis has national agreements with several of the largest electrical wholesalers with a total of over 2000 locations. The company anticipates marketing coverage for the entire U.S. by the end of the year.

Jim Erickson, President of Axis Technologies Inc., said, "We are very encouraged by the response by the lighting industry to our DDH product. The pace of adding to our marketing network has quickened substantially in the past three months with OEM's, wholesalers and individual corporate clients ordering our product and generating the ancillary benefit of building awareness of Axis Technologies. We have been receiving a great deal of interest from major corporations who have expressed their desire to be on the leading edge of environmentally conscious pro-activity in conducting business. The corporate world has the potential to be a very significant part of our revenues going forward as the quest for contributing to a solution to global warming as a corporate citizen gains importance."
Mr. Erickson added, "With the government sector also highlighting the need to implement alternative solutions for lighting and the use of energy, we are finding local, state and federal government interested in the benefits of the DDH system. For example, we have plans to retrofit a number of school systems in a number of cities during the school summer vacation."
As previously reported, the Daylight Harvesting Rebate program offered by numerous utilities is gaining momentum providing the company with a surrogate sales force without the costs normally associated with building a dedicated sales and marketing organization. In addition, the company is developing a related product line focused on the utility industry's management of peak load demand.
Axis Technologies Group, Inc. has developed an innovative new ballast, an electronic component that regulates voltage in fluorescent lighting, that focuses on expanding daylight harvesting into mainstream fluorescent lighting applications. The patented Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting Ballast is a new technology that transforms the ballast, a once standard lighting industry staple, into a dynamic energy saving system that can reduce lighting energy costs by up to 70%. The Axis DDH Ballast utilizes an individual photo sensor to automatically adjust the amount of electrical current flowing to the light fixture, and then dims or increases lighting in conjunction with the amount of available sunlight that may be harvested from available windows and sunlight. The Axis DDH Ballast avoids "over-lit" conditions that increase energy costs by keeping lighting "tuned" to the desired level in a designated area.

About Axis Technologies Group, Inc.
Useless response phallus, as usual. What may I ask is the value of Axis? "In your opinion". Also, could you list any experience you might have that qualifies your analysis?
TIA
mythical phallus, as always thanks for the valuable input. It would be better if you ended your accusations with, IMHO, or some similar phrase. You seem obsessed with Axis, why?

"We are extremely pleased with Great Lakes performance as they have wasted no time in generating sales for us," said Jim Erickson, President of Axis Technologies, Inc. "We anticipate additional purchase orders from Great Lakes in the near future" he added.
Good find Gary, thanks.
The report does not factor in current rebates which would dramatically change Sri Lyer's payback numbers. Figures don't lie, but liars can figure.
