-------------------------------------------
The 2011 Cygnus Law Enforcement Innovation Award ceremony was held at the Metropolitan Club, high in the sky on the 66th Floor in the Willis Tower during the 2011 IACP Conference in Chicago.
Representatives of leading companies in the law enforcement industry were on hand and anxiously awaited the revealing of the winners of this year’s exclusive Award program. The Innovation Awards recognize new products and services introduced to the law enforcement market during the previous year. Manufacturers submit their newest and most inventive products for evaluation from a panel of independent law enforcement judges.
Each product is placed within a specific category, pitting each product against each other. These categories include Body Armor & Safety, Communications, Corrections, Firearms & Weapons, Firearms & Weapons Accessories, Forensics, Software, Surveillance, Tactical, Traffic Enforcement, Training, Uniforms & Apparel and - last but not least - Vehicles & Vehicle Accessories.
In addition to these categories, judges were also charged with selecting a single product from all entrants for the unique Paramount Award.
The Cygnus Law Enforcement Group is comprised of the properties of Cygnus Business Media dedicated to law enforcement. These include Law Enforcement Technology, Law Enforcement Product News, Officer.com, Enforcement Expo and the brand new Officer World Expo.

Re: Blatant manipulation by KnightlyCruiser
I am interested why you believe this ... have any evidence?
Actually, I have suspected this for some time and have indicated this in a previous post.
- Several L2 observations I have made periodically on down days has shown buy orders exceed sell orders and buy volume has exceeded sell volume ... generally, the opposite would be indicated.
- Recent lngt charts show that obv (on balance volume) as well as accumulation/distribution have been increasing while the pps has been declining.
- The 1yr lngt chart below shows the pps generally tracks obv and a/d ... but not for the last couple months or so ... just the opposite!!!
By the way, I have no clue what you mean by "Those that post and have no position do so for a reason they are paid by the forces at work on this." Could you explain ... do you mean some kind of collusion at work?
Whatever, whether the mm's are doing their thing or not ... IS ANYONE BUYING OTHER THAN ME?
ONE YEAR CHART
Yes, I did see them ... nice encouragement from one person ...
Kinda an arms reach thing thou ... maybe someone should call
the dental office next door to lei to get some honest in site (lol).
Thought ltg was going to "jump a plane" to go to lei ...
Fact is pps does not lie ...
Hey, I am a large holder ... and am PISSED!!!
Oh, sorry (I'm Minnesota nice) ... guess I should say "tad concerned"
Hope someone gets my drift ...
Question:
irondog, lovethatgreen, doc726, Dazzler, passthegravy
Anyone of you ever set foot at lei?
L2 >>
- not much in the way of buying interest, maybe gb was right for once.
- bot a little at .075 and .076
- interesting that the number of buy orders/volume has exceeded sell. I have seen the same thing the last few days when I spot checked L2.
- hey "super": what's "stay tuned" supposed to mean (as if something good is about to happen) - yu posted the same in march and jan ... actually, would like to think that is true, but ...
3mo daily chart >>
Looks pretty sweet to me ... real nice volume ... closed above bollinger band ... big wall (according to l2 at .095) and another (according to chart at .10) ... if I was not so involved in lngt and saw this chart I might jump all over it! Others will be doing stock scans and I am sure this will stand out just for the technicals alone. What a time for a little news to blast off!
Let's get jacked a bit! I know we have been let down so many times that there is always some reservations ... but, it WILL happen ... imo.
Any other opinions?
3yr weekly charts >>
I'm probably not any better at reading L2 or charts but sometimes I like to look at different views (time frames, indicators, etc). I try to be neutral despite a strong bias to the upside. So...
- Weekly charts looking pretty good imo ... macd seems to be at about bottom and looks to turn north as well as some other indicators.
- Volume - would like to see obv and ad get stronger.
- Money flow - looks to be getting stronger.
- L2 - tough to read ... obvious big wall ahead ... picked up more at .087 when it temporarily was at the ask.
- Today: volume is picking up with pps a bit ... ave vol about 230K according to quotetracker.
- The second chart is notable because it shows money flow.
- It's also interesting that the bollinger bands are getting narrower ... which may indicate a break one way or the other.
- Overall, I think we need much more volume to break thru that wall ... hopefully some concrete news soon.
Just some opinions ...
MM's ... weird lately ...
I've had a bid lately at .083 for some days and it does not show L2 even now. Bot 10K at .085 today to see what happened ... nothing until others followed which moved back to even.
Yeah, it's been trading in a tight range lately (I don't take great glee in watching that day after day, lol) ... thought for a while there was some strong support suggesting maybe we might hold our own and move up a little (awaiting news) ... but now I'm not so sure ...
Any others been buying here, besides me and a couple others ...
LTG, Doc ... been doing anything?
Man, hope there is a time when such micro analysis/observations will be long gone ...
Any idea when we might get a FM ... been quite awhile?
Chart fwiw:
So ... GD real deal or not?
Hey grantg2 ...
Like your post ...
I'm been hoping for the best here ...
Been trying to listen to both sides ..
All the LEI pubs and pumps here ...
Hope you don't get a lot of "sell if you don't like it" jazz ...
Anyway, LEI is the lowest form of pinks that do not have to account for anything (nearest form of a private company) ... this is an extreme gamble ... some have put their life savings into this .... given the company statements ... mai tai's and all
So ...
Oh, LTG ... did yu every jump that plane to LEI that you said you would and what's that sales situation you had such a problem with ... always boggled my mind that so few, until recently, have actually step foot at the hq.
Worst case: no sales ... gov and everyone else will want to look to avoid doing business with a pinky, with no sales, etc. ... only saving thing might be the patents that LEI holds that others can't get around.
Other questions while I'm at it;
- how is LEI funding current operations?
- always wondered if LEI has paid, in any form, people to "pump" this stock in any form? I don't like to ask this, but like to clear the air...
Finally, don't get me wrong ... I have so much invested now ... that should speak for itself ...
