Chinese Hotel Consultant Goes Public
Posted May 25, 2010 12:56PM PST
A Chinese consultancy to the hotel management business, Zhengzhou Dragon Business Ltd., reverse merged into the shell company CN Dragon Corp., giving its shareholders about a 95.9% stake in the newly public company.
CN Dragon was formerly Wavelit Inc., a failed internet video streaming company. In October, it began filing forms with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the name CN Dragon. Then in early December, it said it changed its business focus to look for opportunities in the development and operation of hotels in China. At that time, it brought on two China-based directors with real estate development experience.
In the share exchange, the shell issued 42 million shares to a British Virgin Islands company CNDC Group Ltd., which controls Zhengzhou Dragon Business through a Hong Kong subsidiary.
The operating company is not currently involved in any development projects, but is seeking out opportunities, according to filings with the SEC.
The company's revenue currently comes from consulting fees and was about $1.2 million for the year ending March 31, up from $177,431 in the year-earlier period.
Filing: 8-K
Whoa baby. This is the same company? How on earth did it get there back then? More important, could it ever go back
What's this I'm reading about those UnG-dly amounts of money per share?
Hmm,
nite had it at 10.01 last week. Today 1.01.
Looking up/down ?
translation?
Don't they still intend on moving to the proper exchange? How much is each one going to have to go for if that were the case?
so you think it could actually move up to $10 sometime in the near future? Higher?
they can name whatever number they want. But unless anything comes out that backs up this type of a number, ppl are still gonna be paying pennys.
anyone else but me a bit worried that the transfer agent's email ends off with @yahoo.com

Last night, I had a dream that this stock surged to 182.
Last night, I had a dream that this stock surged to 182.
Oh. You're alive. Hmm. It doesn't seem like anything is moving. DRGN = D.O.A?
Echo echo ech ec e. . .
that means they can't be too embarrassed of the low price. Hopefully, it's a sign of their confidence in the coming weeks.
otherwise, they could just keep it low key and leave it at cndc for another few months.
why, what happens tomorrow?
wasn't the whole point of this rm so that we could get the pps up to nearly a buck so that other, big-wig companies, would be more attracted in investing with them?
Now what?
HOLD THE PHONE
what the heck. It's not on scottrade, it's on pink sheets. It says that at the close of friday the 8th, the price was $48 per share, and that day, 1831 shares were sold.
Here's the Link to the graph, and then click on it to see specifics
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=DRGN
What the . . .
seriously. You'd think they just don't care. Another thing, scottrade says that since jan 2010, the company's ytd price performance has gone up 27 percent.
Did the numbers in your account change from, ie. 30,000 shares to 300 shares? In my scottrade, nothing was reflected as of yet in the actual amount of shares I own. However, and this is probably just a glitch of some sort, but on the actual scottrade chart, it shows that since the start of 2010, for a brief period of time, the pps rose to about $50+
that's fifty something dollars, not point 5. But then, it dropped down all the way to .51 again.
Jl
Vance,
love the new pic. Although, i was always kinda wondering with the old one... anyway, What are you posting here? You trying to say that all it takes is 20 bucks for them to do the reverse split and they didn't do it? Or they did something? and if i missed the mark all together, can you clarify for me, please?
thanks
JL
Google finance shows the market cap as 92.04M
could it be true?
Hmmm. I wonder what happens today. I remember back in the summer when this thing kept trading it's name
like kids with baseball cards, it usually took 24 hours for regular orders to resume. Big name change, although the rm still didn't occur in my acct, we're 24 hours later. Let's see what happens. After all, cndragon is supposed to be this big-wig company with all this cash moving into our little shell. Here's their chance to prove themselves.
Scottrade didn't show the r/m as of yet, the symbol is still wavl, however it looks like this now WAVL#
But, uh, do we know for sure that the name change will go through tomorrow?
So, drgnf is some company called dragonwave. It has no sec filings and nothing at all on any website that I saw. Cmon Vance how much will we be seeing tomorrow?
Jl
Vance,
long time. How's trix? Everyone's talkingabout drgn drgn drgn, but
in the heading, it says drgnF
am I the only one that caught that one?
Jl
Hey, profitchaser
so I see the ibox, and I see the amazing number it shows. Is that just an old number from
something else or does it actually have anything to do with us?
Thanks
jl
what's with the date
jan 12 2010
???
JL
you still in?
Vance,
talk to me, dude. So do we know anything about time? what's taking so long with the change?
Also, this is the first time in a long time that the the volume went over a million.
jl
princess,
call me crazy or just plain stupid,
i'm still here, and i'm not pulling out now when my initial investment is so far down. I'm gonna ride this one, even if into the ground.
jl
interesting. that would mean that all of the chinese big-wigs who bought those massive amounts of shares wouldn't get the tri-fold benefits either.
also, yeah, so now what, no more fun and exciting building plans for china's hotel boom?
