SEC dragged their feet in finalizing the settlement with Nutra Pharma.

Even though we signed the agreements back in March, they weren’t finalized until August 27th. Now that we have finally resolved the case – we can move forward with getting the financials up to date. We’re bringing in funding now to get everything current. The last filing was the 3rd quarter of 2022. We need to file the annual report for 2022, all of 2023 and at least the first three quarters of 2024. We hope to get this started quickly and be completely caught up in the first quarter of 2025. Once we are current in our filings, we will work with the OTC Markets to get the CE removed and resume normal trading. We will keep everyone posted .

NPHC has been suspended and pretty much frozen todate due to the lawsuit issues


Well, now that this is behind us lets look at the CURRENT status of this company.

- Rik is no longer in control of this company ( Incoming is X )
- Rik still has lots and lots of shares ( to sell ?)
-Current Company's status as far as Sales, New Products, New affiliates and or partnerships. ( All or in part could potentially be good news )
-Company's stock is right at bottom and could not get any worse than where it is.


Expectation from me:

- Company hires a new ceo who is qualified to run this company. Rik can help get the the qualified leader becuase Rik has a vested interests to at the very least
sell his shares for highest possibel price or simple outwait the time for him to take over again in 5 years I think,

-Start Reporting that company is working on getting current and CE off. This should now be easy to do after the settelment...clean sheet now. I love it,,
-Once current declare some of the big news above about sales...etc.

I am very excited about what's to come here...

We all know that there was LOTS of shorting naked going on in nphc in the past .

However, this issue will turn nphc into a monster once they start to:

- Short covering.

- Rik is out of the equation. HUUUGE Plus.

- Get current & get an update on the status of this compay such as sales, P&L and BS statements. Cashflow...etc.

- ??? more stuff that none of us know Will be announced? I expect it.... 100%
