I agree. It will be great to have cooler heads prevail for now.
Financial Commerce Network Inc in Scottrade. I wonder whats cooking? Anybody??
Oh well! at least you tried. Best Regards.
My feeling last September was that of hopelessness after calling AMNE CT office and received a response that amounted to Foowee. In any case, I must applaud you and AW and so many others here for the tenacity and strong belief in doing something about AMNE. I hope that something may come off this and will be willing to throw in support where possible.
I agree with you Peachman. While it is true that past is prologue, only forward looking ideas can help revive this company (if possible).
AW, I must commend you for taking leadership in this process. While many of us have basically lost faith in anything happening with AMNE, it does seem like there may be answers lying ahead. I hope that something work out with this.
Investments are risky in nature and those willing to take the risk knows that it may fail or succeed. Your action here and the encouragement of Peachman and many others have shown that failure may not be the option when it comes to this piece of stock.
Please keep us posted on progress and let us know how we can all assist, cooperate or invest in making this work.
NEVER OVER TILL THE FAT LADY SINGS!
I am not one to keep my thoughts. You had continually sounded the alarm and I was one of your opponents. However, your instincts, insight and gut feelings are absolutely correct. While investment decisions are for each individuals to decide, it may not be a bad idea for anyone with AMNE to consider getting rid of it. I can't imagine how somebody picks up the phone with the Greeting " Good Morning, American Green Group" but when asked to transfer to the investors relations, then tells me they moved with no forwarding address. Its not worth the wait.
The best is to recalibrate and realign whatever capital is left, if any, to another risk. If AMNE starts looking up with a serious profile,@.0001, I can always get a good deal. For now...
Pls conductor of AMNE, stop at the next station cos am out.
Time to Throw in the Towel.
I just called the AMNE office in CT (860-828-2066) and an answering service picked up the phone with the greeting " American Green Group". I told her that I would like to be transferred to investors relations and she put me on hold for a couple seconds and then come back to phone and said " they are no longer here". I asked if she knew where they moved to and she said " they left no forwarding address".
Anyway, while I hate to say this but I must give it to Jon616. He was correct on this deal. Please find a way to cut your losses and move on. This stock is simply dead.
If only this can bit of news can help!! I doubt it though...

Oh Ok. Haven't been following events for a while. This stock has been on a flat line for a while it seems. There seem be be a lot of A/S, O/S and market manuevre keeping this stock from ticking up somehow. Eitherway, we wait and see what happens. Its either going to get better or just lay flat like its been for a while. Hopefully, anybody that invested on this should have the guts to take the hit if it fails to yeild fruit or the fortitude to wait and possibly enjoy if it yeild fruit.
There are no major short gains for those expecting a quick buck as it has flat lined for a while only long term it seem. Now is a wait and c game. Whats the worse that can happen. Its either it dies or it starts breaking. Something makes me think it will break. The only time to rack up may be now but should done with extreme caution especially for those conservative investors. If you are a gambler and a volatile investor, its all yours.
Cheers all
Good question.! Thought ECOSAFE was sold. You tell me.
Can u explain what the scam is? What is your understanding of what AMNE is doing that u see as a scam?
Hurray 616, Claim your victory. You have succeeded in scaring people to sell. Now you have gotten yur revenge on Terry and Co. Hopefully, there may be other batch of individuals that you can scare into selling the positions in AMNE, but certainly it will not include the likes of me. At .0002, I am placing an order for a few more millions.
To add to your point, folks are dumping for year end tax purposes too.
Searay, good point. the fact is that its ok to leave the kitchen when its too hot. If AMNE starts to make upticks, am sure folks can still come in there after. This has always been a general rule since the begining of sliced bread.
Many has jumped ship out of the frustration on the dropping pps and rightfully so, you can understand the panic. However, at this pps, what's the worse that can happen. Its never a loss until you sell.
If this stock is too hot for any one to handle @ this point, the only option is to sell and return when they condition is right for you.
The fact is that many have, and rightfully so tunnel visioned this PR's and allowed the naybashers to stake a claim to thier weak positions.
In anycase, its never a loss until you sell and if you do sell, remember to come back when it gets better.
Getting emotional is more like letting the perfect be the enemy of the good.
We all have the same interest to make money and if the scenerio heads differently for some, its ok to bail. However bashing AMNE would not make any difference if the bashers here owns millions of share and have not sold a single unit of theirs.
Is an act of messiahship that these naysayers are here constantly to save people from the demise of AMNE. Its impossible to think that they care about anybody here. Nobody does. The members here have invested with their own monies and not any other members. So the naysayers here, that lost their monies in the past due to poor decision making and lack of knowlegde on how to work this process made it a case to BASH this stock to death without legitimacy. Personal anguish over failure due to poor investment have been the driving force for the BASHERS of AMNE. A serious minded investor who is not interested in AMNE would never be here.
Nobody should spend every second on this AMNE as much as they have if they are not interest parties or personal agenda to kill it.
For the sake of discussion, know when to bail out. Have a pre-set pps and validate it through wise convictions even if its at 50% loss. Without that knowlegde, the naysayers will frustrate the heck out of you. For us, it does not matter,
I have my own reasons for holding, and trading sometimes and that is b/c I beleive in the AMNE of tomorrow not today. AMNE has something that may potentially be big when properly tapped. Its cheaper now. I am hoping that it works. Its not costing me nothing. I am not sure about many but I can afford to loose every penny in the millions of shares I have. If you can't just invest wisely. But do not let the naysayers be in the way. It can be with AMNE or any other Company. For me, my reasons are personal, I like AMNE and I will buy even more for now.
Cheers all beleiver, and good luck to the sideliners to be.
"it would be hard to imagine where TGGI will get the monies to buy Ecosafe"
You do not need to think hard, it can raise capital in the market through shares. That could be one option. It could also borrow from a bank, thats another.
If you sold at .006, you could have bought back at .004. A.002 multiplied by millions could be something depending on the # of millions you have in stock.
The possibilities are endless, but since AMNE is a POS to you, please sell and return when you r confident enough to take risks
TIME SHALL TELL
{IMO, same MO. Part of the ongoing scam by Mixon & Co.
Cheerios
Hold That Line Longs!!!}
Believe me , we will hold for as long as it takes. We will hold AMNE well enough into time. Millions and millions of it, just like you are holding yours too and will not sell until you sell all of yours.
You are only being too emotional. You have the option of selling off your share you know and buying in when you are confident.
But I guarantee you that that share will be bought off immediately. The point is that this stock is too cheap to look by. What is the worse that can happen?, reverse split?
You go study the difference b/w r/s and f/s and why companies do either.
The question you s/b concerned with is "even if" AMNE does a r/s, would u b able to buy a unit of its share at the post r/s. At that point, it will be too late to get in. For the most part r/s or f/s does not change the value of you shares,it changes the quantity. So how much of amne do you have now that its cheap at pennies. What is your strategy? how have you hedged your position? just cut and bail b/c the like of 616 is yelling fire on a crowded theatre?
Time shall tell.
YOU KNOW YOU CAN ALWAYS SELL NOW AND BUY IN WHEN YOU ARE CONFIDENT. ITS ALWAYS A CHOICE OUT THERE.
if you are smart, you could buy at 4 and make money from the difference. Would not be a bad idea if you know what I MEAN.
Its very obvious you may not know why you are here. I bet you thought you will buy AMNE share and make tons of money right away. I suggest you go back a bit and find out what exactly AMNE does before even buying into their stock.
Again, you have a point with ebay, but i suggest you do your homework as an investor and make up ur mind on what you really want to do.
Good point. I find it oblivious to think that the naysayers and falsehoodmongers of AMNE will attempt to spin a positive news into negative news just b/c of the word "rescind" Hopefully people would not fall for that.
Rather the cash now than revenue later. The cash will be used to continue its expansion process in ventures that will grow the company.
The PR did not say that ECOFOAM is valueless so TGGI will get there share back while AMNE get ECOFOAM back. Its clear that they are buying out the brand from AMNE. I see AMNE on the drivers seat here on this news.
TIME SHALL TELL.
Not sure I understand your explanation here. Is AMNE returning the 50M shares for nothing? If the deal is dead, why a third party fair market valuation? AMNE rather have ECOFOAM brand sold off for HARD CASH NOW than deal with revenue sharing that is based on the future performance of TGGI. In the old deal, if ECOFOAM as a product does not do well, TGGI AND AMNE will be screwed and there goes the 50% potential revenue you were refering to.
Do not be emotional about this. Read by and through the PR, there is no down side to this at all. The only down side is that the naysayers and bashers are spinning this PR as negative meanwhile its all positive for AMNE.
As for AMNE, TIME SHALL TELL.
I agree with that. I will rather see hard cash in AMNE cuffers now than preferred stock with its value depended on the performance of TGGI. The former is always preferred to the latter.
I do not see any down side to this at all. Matter of fact, I see the financials showing more revenue and income next reporting cycle.
As for the naysayers and the fear mongers, ONLY TIME SHALL TELL.
Always imperative to err on the side of caution when investing. Its a recipe for prudency. Having said so, your erring on the side of caution is a function of your risk nature. Goodluck
The financials are out. It shows sales (revenue stream),It shows income from distribution. It shows everything the naysayers have claimed AMNE does not have. Revenue, sales, income, activity, growth etc. Slowly but surely, its getting there. We, AMNEsters know AMNE is not there yet but it will get there.
Suprisingly, our naysayers had nothing to say about the financials that came out. Obviously, probably do not even know how to read financial reports to tell the state of a company.
Their claims continues to expose your lack of knowlegde about what this whole business process is all about. As a lone voice of descent in this board, their claims and opinion will soon be extinct.
As they continue to fester lack of objectivity in AMNE, we will continue to match them one on one with the facts and clean analysis of the state of affair of AMNE.
I might the wrong but not with AMNE.
Well said. Though its net income seemed bleak in report, the upward trend in sales is what we will be looking for and hopefully so.
As for the TGGI deal, it will reflect on the Investment portion of the balance sheet as probably marketable securities. As TGGI starts paying dividend due from positive results, the cash side of AMNE balance sheet will be reflective of that. Hopefully, extra fat and juicy.
Additional points that stand out here is that though the working capital is positive (its current asset trumps its current liability), the liquidity ratio of this company is at 1.6. The rule of thumb is that 2.0 and above would be better. This way, it owns twice as much as it owes. So we may be looking to see improvements on this key factors in the next reporting cycle.
Though these are unaudited statements, at least we have a glimpse at what AMNE is doing.
Very intresting income statement. Sales jumping about 23-24% from June. Seem like COGS increased too much thus affecting gross profit which droped from 273,165 to 59,019 when compared to june. Not sure why. Overall, net income going from 98k in june to -181k in sept, thats bad. Admin and general expenses doubled since june, not good.
Interstingly, it will be nice to see what the distribution income will be by 12/31/09. Which the expansion across many states, its sure to rise above 200k.
Looking at the balance sheet, you can tell AMNE net worth is slowly growing but it does have a ways to go. It still carrys alot Outstanding shares @11m and a beating of $38m from a botched deal with AES.
In all, AMNE is growing. These kinds of pix allow investors a glimpse at what is happening and not the daily pps shifts and the negative naysayers here. For those who hang, we hope that the financial for 12/31/09 will show more sales, less CGOS, more GP, more Net Income, Less expense (hopefully admin) and overall positive income.
We shall see... Just my opionion, might be wrong but not with AMNE.
Hi Vic, I do understand and share the passion. I believe the best answer to this inquisition may come directly from AMNE. You can call 860 828 2066 and ask for Investor Relations. As an investor, ask directly if AMNE is represented in the show. if not, why not and if there are any other shows were they may be featuring in the future.
Please if you do call, get us some feed back. Love to hear they have to say.
Cheers
Why does that seem odd?
All on Booooaaarrrd. The AMNE train is about to leave the station and head to the north pole for the dinner with Santa. Who will join me on this journey? One last chance before its too late.
Bring out your tickets for the conductor. If it contains the #616, please go to theback of the line. You mayhave to join the next train leaving in 2023.
Piiiippeeee,.sShukushu kushu.. PiiiipPEEEE.
I hope you understand I was just kidding?
Eitherway, great work. Keep the info coming.
dshngmike1978, its evident that AMNE is progressing slowly. Pretty soon, many more contractors will be added to the list.
Keep up your info digging and pretty soon, Searay270 will be jealous lol.
I now understand. Good point.
'dshngmike1978' , am not sure what your expectations are, though I beleive that either way, it has to be forward moving as many here expect. However, you have to understand that planned outcome often differ from actual outcome, positive or negative depending on events as they unfold.
Beating urself up about whether they added 5 rig or 1 rig per month or day will only amount to hurting yourself. Yu have to wait for the next financials to do comparison between each quarters. It gives you a sense of which direction AMNE is moving.
Remember, AMNE is currently not a multi-billion dollar enterprise. Its a small holding firm, gradually expanding its business, just like many others in this country. The road ahead is far, returns on investment (ROE) should not be expected for a while. EPS grows with revenue. You should start seeing decent ticks when revenue comes. Yu cannot tell of its revenue strenght until yu see its financials.
You are looking at a small company that is poised for possible greatness. You have bought into a young company that has the potential of growing. But you have to give it time to do so. With the right management and nuture, its possible that we, the shareholders MAY see a decent EPS depending on when you came into the market.
So for now, I suggest you focus your energy on what amne is doing to expand its revenue base. How far have they reached the market, what in road have they made compared to last quarter, how would their type of market compete favorably in this economic dispensation to yeild positive results, would their niche product break through or stall. As with anything in life, patience is a virture. As you wait patiently, if your stock position hits your take off threshold. I suggest you sell and bail. If not, hang in there and you MAY be pleaslantly surprised.
This is my take, I might be wrong but not with AMNE.
