I am neither green nor naive so please explain why it was wrong to buy LNGT after the GD announcement?

The dilution has not been the cause of the failure for the stock to run up as the dilution has not been that great. When you need $$$ you either borrow money or issue new shares-not many options. We need solid sales numbers and then we'll fly. IMHO

Irondog-I am extremely positive-in fact in the 12-13 years that I have been an investor in LEI this is the most positive I have been. I have even started looking for places to stay in Hawaii.

I think the reason the stock is not moving as we had all hoped for is basically Bull Sh*t walks and Money talks. In other words in this climate invstors want to see actual sales. We are getting very close to lift IMHO.

Dude-I am sure we will hear the crowing from the "usual suspects". It gets pretty tiring to read the same nonsense on these down days from people who most likely have no financial interest in LEI (I find it totally unbelievable that someone can beat this thing to death and claim to own stock.) I do not think there is a need for connecting any dots the picture speaks for itself and dealing with a Fortune 50 company takes time.

2. what are you implying? People are also buying "a crap ton of shares".
3. What are your qualifications to make such a statement? Are you in the military, law enforcement, work for an ocean shipping company, a prison.
5. On this one I would be happy to make a wager with you on this. Think about it-why would a Fortune 50 company rent space in their booth to anyone.

The fact that you are so sure yet you claim to still hold your shares makes no sense at all. You can watch this play out with out owning any shares.

If you are only wrong .01% what are you doing fooling around with $9000 worth of stock. You could make millions giving investment advise. Remember what they say "It ain't over till the fat lady sings".

Also please help me out as I am new to this investing game-why would you hold on to a stock if you think the price is going to tank? I though the idea is to buy low and sell high. I am not saure if I can give you much specific information with out being in violation. All I can say is that I came away from my visit with much more confidence than I had before. Those that think this is some kind of pump and dump operation are so far off base that it is truly laughable.

I talked to BB and got a complete rundown. I would not have driven 850 miles round trip to hear a sales pitch.

I had a very informative and worthwhile visit to Mercerville and was quite impressed. I declined to be "dazed" as I was facing a 7 hour drive in addition to the fact that I just had eye surgery. For those doubters take the time to visit, it will be well worth your time.

There is a risk with a pink sheet stock. In fact there is a risk in buying any stock. But your logic of bashing a stock you like just so you can buy it back at a lower price is just plain stupid and irresponsible.

I uunderstand how you feel-I have been an investor in LNGT for over 12 years and I am holding strong, in fact I bought more today at 9.5. When this pops its going to do so in leaps so if you get off the train you might not be able to get back on board. Do not let the nay sayers scare you. They want you to sell so the can jump in on the drop.

If you disagree with me than I know I am right. Where do you come up with these numbers? How do you go from 300mm shares to 500mm? Go back and read the founders messages, these are all projections. You know nothing of the margins or the cash requirements. I am still invested in LEI because I know what its about and I know the potential. Why are you invested in LEI? If not why do you care? Please spare me your desire to protect the world.
