Somebody sucking up cheap shares today...

478k shares gone at .09 this morning. Could be anybody, but more than likely it's somebody who recently discovered ESFS and likes the risk/reward, or somebody with knowledge who knows PRs are imminent and is looking to double or triple their money.

Well, somebody has been buying cheap shares...

and it could very well be you. And, once again, you've used the word scam, but have not provided anything to back that assertion up. In the past you claimed to have done your DD, but you've never even contacted the company. Have you even spoken to the new CEO?

It seems pretty apparent that the only reason pay is going to such great lengths to disparage the company is so he can accumulate cheap shares. I mean, would somebody spend as much time as he does on a virtually dead iHub board just trolling???

LOL - sounds like somebody is still trying to load up on cheap shares. Don't try to deny it, you're attempts to keep the share price down are transparent.

Spoke to him in early December...

Had a pretty good conversation with Mr Carson (he goes by Randy - I think it's his middle name) in December in order to find out what was going on. Randy was just getting his feet wet so I didn't learn much about what Epic Capital plans were for Eco-Safe other than a cursory discussion about generating sales and their knowledge of international markets. However, having him as CEO almost certainly has to be a step up from Michael. Of course, I'm obviously still a bit dubious as to whether Epic can actually generate some real sales/growth, but it's good to know we're still alive here.

For those who are interested in finding out more, I urge you to contact Randy (Phillip R. Carson) by email at rcarson@pmfohio.com. I plan to reach out to him again this week and see if they have a plan in place for getting ESFS back on track - including the share price!

Oh, and today's trading action is interesting, eh? Is it just a response to the PR, or does somebody know something? I guess we have to stay tuned to find out.

Interesting… hope it means something

Not sure exactly what to make of this. Epic Financial Funding, LLC, is appears to be a legit company, but they're pretty small. And, this line, "Epic's primary goal is to bring in 10 Million dollars for additional working capital" makes me think this is a last ditch effort at raising some real funds in order to make a real run at this thing. Problem is, I can't see people investing that kind of capital in Eco-Safe unless there are big contracts ready to be locked up. Who knows, maybe this will lead to a buyout or merger. I'm hopeful, but dubious as to the their chances to pull something big off.

This is pure gold. First, you've never stated anything to back up your "scam" assertion - never. Second, for someone who doesn't want to "spend any hours" of their time posting here you sure post a lot. A whole lot. The question is why? Why waste so much of your precious time on a board that hardly anybody reads? Why?

Finally… a real, live press release!

Well, well, well it's a PR. First one since Sep 1st of last year. I'm not sure if this will lead to sales considering they've had the septic tank unit for quite a few years now, but I guess, maybe, having an actual patented product might make it easier to market and sell.

Or, maybe this gets ESFS a partner or maybe helps in an eventual buyout. Who knows.

At least we know that the company is still trying to move forward. At this point, I don't have much faith in Michael, but the products are legit and they're much needed.

Please provide proof...

If you're going to call a company a scam, you should provide proof. Just writing the same post over and over and over again isn't enough.

When you reported the company…

to the SEC and DOJ I hope you had something more than "the stock price has gone down."

The more you write, the more it seems like you're just making stuff up. You've taken small bits of information provided in PRs and extrapolated that into full blown conspiracies - over and over again. I'll admit, your posts are often amusing in their creativity, but after a couple years of crying wolf (errr… scam) your act has grown tired.

I've done as you've asked and

checked out your posting history. You've posted nearly the same exact things on other boards as you have here. You remember the story about the boy who cried wolf?

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but if you're going to claim that a company is a scam you would be best served to provide something in the way of proof. And a low share price is not proof.

As for your last post, you said, "even if the numbers the company claims were true" which sounds like you're saying that the information provided by Eco-Safe isn't fabricated. Come on, make up your mind. With all your posts I figured you must know some inside info but it appears you're just making stuff up here. What a surprise.

Oh, and just because "the company is having somebody else manufacture the equipment" doesn't mean the "products is very similar to many others." And that, "the factory just has to change a couple of interchangeable parts and that about it." How you got from Eco-Safe's partnership with Cintas to, "ESFS has a few dozen competitors out there, all installing what identical equipment for all practical purposes with, naturally, different labeling" is beyond me and I'm sure beyond anyone on this board.

Forget how poorly written your entire post was (per usual), it just doesn't make any sense. Eco-Safe isn't making a $1 widget, they're making products that cost as much or more than your average car. Do you think all cars are the same except for the labeling? And lets not forget that Eco-Safe does have a patent (or in some cases patent pending) for their products. Sure, there are other ozone disinfection products out there that serve a similar function, but they don't operate exactly the same and aren't so close in construction that the only difference is the "labeling."

If you're going to come here and tell us all that ESFS has "a few dozen competitors out there, all installing what identical equipment for all practical purposes with, naturally, different labeling" the least you can do is tell us who some of those competitors are. After all, you're the guy with all the answers. I'm sure you can up with something to back up your claim!

That's why I used the tools here at everyone's disposal to research the poster on this board that seem to be making claims without any evidence. I think once anybody does a little clicking and a little reading they'll see that it's fishy.

Scam? What? Consider the source…

All investors should do their due diligence here. Don't trust everything you read on a public board like this one. And if you come across a poster shouting loudly that a company is a sure thing or a "scam", investigate. Investigate the poster. You have the ability on InvestorsHub to examine any poster here and see if they have a history of pumping or SLAMMING other stocks. Find out if a poster has a history of trying to attract or scare away other investors. See if there's a pattern of behavior.

I'm not so sure everyone here would welcome an examination, but that's exactly why you should do it. The truth is out there...

You seriously believe that? Speaking for myself, when I read a public post on a site like this I always try and decide whether the source sounds credible. And, if the post is poorly written I am less likely to come to that conclusion. For example, if you were taking a class and the professor handed out a study sheet that was full of grammatical errors and broken sentences wouldn't you be concerned? Wouldn't that affect you're judgment of that professor?

As for your "logical fallacy"… it's hogwash because there's little logic in your post. An argument generally consists of premises, inferences, and conclusions. An argument that contains poor inferences (inferences where the premises don’t give adequate support for the conclusion), are generally fallacious.

Your post is nothing more than poorly worded rhetoric and contains little in the way of facts. You compared the past struggles of Eco-Safe to "a person with a bad record" applying for a job. What? Talk about setting up a straw man. Eco-Safe is CURRENTLY in the process of installing dozens of their ozone disinfection systems for a large, very successful restaurant chain. If they were a man with a bad record looking for a job, that man would now have a law degree - his past behind him - and he would have little trouble finding a job.

And now you claim to have sold your shares "a long time ago", yet you continue to post the same negative stuff over and over and over again many years later. Hmmnnn... the skeptic in me doesn't think your story adds up.

I wish this had happened 3-4 years ago, but it's happening now and it's only a matter of time before people start to find out about what's going on here. At that point, kiss your .02 shares goodbye because we'll never see those levels again.

Continued buying above .02 (which is still stupid cheap) is good to see. Considering there were many millions of shares dumped lower than this in the recent past, it's very positive to see us slowly churning thru them and holding onto modest gains. Any real news and we'll probably move up quickly. Hoping to see us back around .10 sometime in the 4th quarter although it could happen sooner.

Don't even try to say you're not still buying shares at these levels. This whole "scam" nonsense gives you away. I guess we can't blame a guy for trying, but the majority of people buying right now probably aren't messing about on this board… lol.

So, the question is…

what's the next deal and is it already in the works? Partnering with Cintas now, with the state of California in one of the worst prolonged droughts in history, may be the perfect time for exponential growth. We all know that the use of Eco-Safe's ozone systems can clean without using chemicals (saves water), can increase the shelf life of produce (saves water) and can directly reduce the amount of water used when watering plants like grass or crops (yes, saves water).

Now is the time…

Exciting to see an ESFS PR that includes a $10 billion company!

I can't imagine this is anything but a positive development, but I wish I knew exactly what the hell it means for Eco-Safe - now and in the future. It appears that the idea behind this partnership is that it will allow ESFS to more easily make larger deals by giving the purchasing companies a much higher level of product assurance. I think in the past there may have been some questions as to whether a small company like Eco-Safe could adequately maintain/repair the equipment involved in large orders, but now hopefully those worries will be put to rest.

Might this facilitate the largest order in company history before the end of the year?

I've bought on every dip into the .01 range. I'm unable to speak to WE though because I have no idea of your investment here.

Agree - the order doesn't mean anything…

There are currently millions of shares avail that were purchased at extremely low prices. Every time we have a gap in news - like we're having now - we are going to have sellers. It's gonna take quite a while to shake out the weak hands. That, or an epic sale(s).

Accumulation…

We went for a long time with very little or no trades at all while the Ask was lower than it is right now. This appears to be someone(s) who are trying to accumulate because they believe the price is going to go up. As for the sellers, since millions of shares sold in the past between .08 and the current pps, there are lots of cheap shares available. If this keeps up we will eventually churn thru the dirt cheap shares, but it could be a while. Unless, of course, we get some pretty impressive sales reported soon - then we could shoot up to .05 or so very quickly.

You've uncovered… a chart! I guess the point you're making is that nobody should buy a stock with a chart that trends down - regardless of how they're positioned in the market going forward. I get it now!

Based on the buying of 535,000 shares so far today…

somebody or somebodies have done their own research and have determined that Eco-Safe is worth investing in. Is there risk? It's a freakin' penny stock selling at .02 so, of course there is. But, it's very possible that a small risk in ESFS is going to REWARD all investors handsomely.

Risk vs reward… I'm taking the risk because if I know anything, I know that ESFS is ABSOLUTELY not a "scam". It's a real company making real sales.
