Good post Dent. That about sums it up, except I am doubtful we will even get 10 cents on the dollar at this point. First step is to get this POS trading again. If they cant do that, then no money will be raised, and no one will get paid.

I remember that post. Thanks for digging that up and bringing back those fond memories. Like you, I am extremely excited about our current prospects with this stock. Hope springs eternal and all that. What is really exciting here is the lack of available information about anything our current BOD is doing. In fact I have never ever been soooooo excited about something I know nothing about. Honestly, I am not sure they even have an idea what they are going to do next. Talk about dynamic. What an opportunity.

I am certain our BOD will be able to get LTF for this unknown project, from an unidentified investor in no time at all. This is going to be a great year, and we are all going to be rich from this stock. Oh think about all the fun we will have. You could buy your own island and sip on margaritas all day long until the sun sets while Trueblue sets up his lawn chair close to the unknown project and counts the unknown product just flying out the door in trucks.

Then we could all have a great big fun car show and picnic, and reminisce about how our little unknown project made us sooo wealthy. Wow, this almost sounds as bad as CPRK was.

How altruistic of them. I am sure they are doing it all for us without having their own interests in mind. Can you sense my sarcasm. What is just beginning? Are you referring to, as Chuck put it, the "long expensive process" that will allow our stock to trade freely again? Or are you talking about identifying and raising capital for an unknown, maybe unidentified project in the attempt to build shareholder value? Wow, what a great way to kick things off. As it stands right now, we have nothing here. IMO we never will. The only positive thing about CPRK not trading is that no new investors can get suckered into buying stock and throwing away money.

Honestly don't know much about those guys. Never dealt with them much. That said, if what you say it true I hope they go to jail too.

Sleep--CPRK, Dotson, Barlow, Soutworth and the gang raised money under the false pretense that the ore on location could be processed economically via floatation using the equipment on site. Even after they knew that the current set up would not work, they continued to sell stock, and borrow money. In that way CPRK was a SCAM. As far as being "real", no one has yet to prove that mining the claims held by CPRK could have even been profitable. Certainly they would not have been with out employing different tactics. For all we know, these guys perpetuated these lies for no other reason than to raise money and line their own pockets. Stranger things have happened. This was beyond greed. That word does not do justice to what happened here.

So Chuck, what is being done to fix the trading issue?

Dotson is a liar and a drug addict. Funny how those two things go together. As far as his work ethic, I cant speak to it. I respect work ethic in general, but I don't count hard work as penance for screwing hundreds of folks of of their hard earned money. Hell, I work hard. Put in 12-15 hour days sometimes. Would that justify misleading you into investing in a sinking ship. If it does I will tell you where to make out the check. Come on man. I have seen this ass hole get a pass for way too long. Is there an inventory list of what is to be sold, or is everything being sold? I am a little out of the loop. Seem to me if they are selling off all equipment we do not have much of a company left. Back to square one. Just the reserves that no one has proven can be successfully and profitably mined.

It has yet to be proven viable Paid. In fact to date it has been the oposite of viable. That said hopefully Chuck and the others know something I dont. Chuck seems like an intiligent guy. I dont think he would be wasting his time if he didnt believe in what he was doing. This whole thing is just such a cluster. Hard to believe that anything good will ever come of it.

Okay. That sucks. That is what the article on KSL said that I just read as well. So, how easy do you think it will be to get additional permits with the EPA up in our business? We cant float the ore on site so we need to get additional permits. I cant imagine it will be easy. Anyone have a magic wand?
