OMG...that is so funny! Brian is the victim here? He is a great businessman! Way to get those financials out! Protect that shareholder interest! Whoop..Whoop! He's da man!
Anyone keeping a clock on those 90 days which we are supposed to be coast to coast in a "major" pharmacy?
Looks like a regular pinky. Another one of "I thought this one was different and for real" On our way down to one. Then the reverse split discussion will hit full force.
I heard that when it as at .002, then at .0013, then again at .0007. Better get these cheapies, will not go any lower. Yet, we are heading for .0001.
We will be at .0001 before long. Looks like every other pink.
Wow...who knows. I am expecting it to drop like a rock. Is there any doubt that massive dilution will be again? On top of that, anyone who has any shares will be unloading before this thing gets fully diluted again with the share price going back to .0001. Brian has used this as an ATM, why would that change?
Early 2010 it was .0001 and had been for a long time.
Yep. News is released then is followed by the 9 million share trades.
Come back in three months and you will still not have missed anything.
When Koma first came to Austin, I went around to several locations and verified it was available. Since that time, I have only gone to the Citgo as it is on my way home and I have been able to buy it there.
I will say that I have have purchased the last can on the shelf a time or two and it has been available on my next visit.
It is a Citgo on the access road of I-35 on the north side of Howard Lane. Technically it is listed in Pflugerville but it is Austin.
Koma still for sale in Austin...
I went by the c-store yesterday and bought a few cans. The way the whole racing thing and dilution has been going, I was afraid that at some point, it would no longer be available. So far, it is.
I had one last week. I still have about a 6 pack left in the fridge. I buy mine from a c-store along I-35 here in Austin. Last time I bought any was about a month ago.
They are sitting next to the first quarter financials. If BW cannot afford a pit crew, you think he will pay a dime for anything that should really matter?
Then the 37's going through now are even better. If it drops much more, I will be forced to buy more!
Then the 37's going through now are even better. If it drops much more, I will be forced to buy more!
So they can rebuy at .0013.
This was all just one big flippin lie when it was written. The purpose was dilute.....dilute....dilute.
I received an expired can. I cannot prove it as it tasted like crap and I got rid of the rest. I even let one of my employees try it who was born in Mexico and loves tamarind and she thought it tasted like crap.
Now before you call me a basher, I will tell you that I like Koma and drink a few cans a week.
Not sure where you live but I can get Coca Cola, Pepsi and Dr. Pepper all made with sugar here in central Texas. In fact, I had a sugar coke last night. Love how it taste over the corn syrup coke.
There is a push by alot of people to go back to making these with sugar. You pay more for it but there beginning to be enough of a market for it.
You can find sugar coke on ebay.
Remember the good ole days when we were at .0004/.0005 with only 7 billion shares outstanding and Wyatt was talking about all the exciting things coming up.
Yep....those were the days, before massive dilution, before shareholders completely lost faith.
Yep...those were the days.
The same guarantee we heard from Wyatt....then Srloan...
As a CPA, I would say my proof is in the financial statements. How long has South Africa been a topic on here and I see no sales there. Where are the sales for South America? I know it takes a little time but there has been a decent amount of time passing.
Additionally, if these international markets were going to be so great, shares would not be selling for .00005. The good thing for BW is that he can tout the international market but they are hard for people doing DD to prove or disprove.
You should also at least increase the oustanding shares to the amount listed in the Pink Sheets Annual Report filing even though we all know now that the 12/31/2009 number is now extemely unstated.
Now that Brian has diluted this to a no-bid, it takes billions more shares to pay for a failing NASCAR team and useless trips to other countries.
Per our IR guy (srloan) in an email to me...
"To my knowledge there is no dilution going on at BBDA."
Go figure.
Brians next moves are...
1. Dilute to the cap
2. Increase cap
3. Dilute to new cap
4. Repeat, repeat, repeat.
I was thinking of the coffee to be specific. Stating that he did not like the taste and that is why there is no Koma coffee. I am thinking he does not want to spend the funds for a coffee production run.
I am guessing this is nothing but a stall tactic. Brian is diluting like a mad man. Does he have the money for a production run? Does not look like it.
I have asked IR several times about Koma coffee in emails with other questions. The other questions are answered most of the time but never anything about the coffee. Based upon that, I would guess we are no where near having any for any purpose.
Woody and I have both bought it here. I have gone to 6 or 8 different places and purchased.
Which brings me to a point. You can correct the Ibox with the following info:
The Texaco Food Mart in Pflugerville is actually a Citgo. That is the main place that I buy Koma as it is on the access road of I-35.
The RC Mart in Round Rock does not exist. The address given is a house in the middle of a neighborhood. There is an RC Mart near the UT campus in Austin but it does not carry Koma as I went by there.
What is the point in all this? A pic of some Koma for sale is really meaningless. We know it is for sale in N. Carolina and in central Texas. I can stop off at a convenience store on my way home and pick up a can.
What we need is numbers. The annual report was due and an extension had to be filed. BW could do this stock some good by meeting mandated deadlines. We know he only releases information when he absolutely has to. It is that time. Get the reports updated. We really should be able to see the 1st quarter of 2010 by now. The entity I work for has already closed it's first quarter books. My brother's small business has done the same. It does not take several months to put together financials.
The information that is due is not current. BBDA has been granted a 15 day extension in order to get things current via a "Notice of Late Filing". It is good to see they at least were granted the extension and will have a chance to get things current again though.
Pinksheet Downgrade Pending...
That sucks.
I live in Austin and I can tell you that a number of the places in Austin does have Koma. I thought that was a different contract. Austin Distributors supplies product here.
Another PR that turns out to be BS.
Unless he is going to hire Arthur Anderson or Bernie Madoff's accountant, you will not find a CPA to both compile your financial statements and then audit them. That is pretty much a no-no.
With that said, what BW considers audited financials and what we consider audited financials are probably two different things.
Depends on whether he was an employee or an independent contractor. There are other avenues for independent contractor other than the Labor Law Code.
Who said I was not happy? I was asking a legitimate question.
Is anyone concerned that we are over 3 hours into the trading day and we have not had one trade yet? How can we check to ensure that trading has not been halted on BBDA other than someone doing a test sell?
Lol...you would think but go back and look at the financial statements that were posted on Pink Sheets for the 3rd quarter. WOW! They were FUGLY.
Refresh my memory. BW has hired an accounting firm to audit the financial statement or did he hire someone to prepare the financial statements?
