JamesE - Good stuff!
Perspective: Once upon a time, the S/C was 650M with nothing but fake Chinese MOUs, a 6' horizontal table top device, and former (now deceased) rogue leadership on the take.
Present: Actual delivered v. 2.0 hardware to testing site, funding in the works, real prospective contracts on the not too distant horizon, & executive leadership that has skin in the game (personal funds).
Interesting find:

Yes - this will go the way of the Oakland ruling.

I believe the $250M is part of a larger package, hence excess insurers out of Switzerland/London & Isle of Man (tax-free) bankers, etc. Backed by gold - very interesting.
Our take is the $2.5M in two tranches.
Not a misspeak-just not fully explained.
Near enough - we're in.
Healing energy coming your way and prayers for a flawless procedure!

Clean Coal Technologies Partners With ECED
Casey Campbell | Outliers NewsPOSTED ON SEPTEMBER 11, 20200
AES facility near Tulsa, Oklahoma, before it was disassembled to be relocated to ECED’s Wyoming Innovation Center at the Fort Union Industrial Park northeast of Gillette.
Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (CCTI), a New York-based company on the cutting edge of technology which converts coal into a cleaner burning, more efficient fuel, has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to formalize a new partnership with Energy Capital Economic Development (ECED) in Gillette, according to an AP press release Thursday.
CCTI is a world leader in the development of “pristine” coals, which, in addition to burning cleanerand being more efficient, are more cost-effective than untreated coal, per the company’s website.
Establishing an official relationship with CCTI just made sense, said ECED Chief Executive Officer Phil Christopherson Friday by phone.
“We’ve been working with them for three or four years now,” Christopherson said. “They’re right next door. They moved their pilot plant here a couple of years ago and moved their 30-ton kiln in in August.”
ECED owns the Wyoming Innovation Center (WIC) based at the Fort Union Industrial Park north of Gillette. The CCTI pilot plant, Christopherson said, is a step below commercialization, and the company has proven that the product they’re making has large-scale commercial potential.
The cooperative agreement will allow ECED to offer its range of expertise and facilities to CCTI to help them fulfill their goal of producing more and better coal products utilizing PRB coal.

Hear, here! Thanks for this reminder - and he has said this to me, as well. It would be absurd to think that Aiden & Robin are in this to scam a penny stock--while putting their own money on the line. I never bought it then, and I don't buy it now. In the long run, what's best for Aiden, will ultimately be, best for all of the longs.
.....next week.....
(fingers crossed!)
Concur x 1000 - however, not "if", but "when".
The tech works commercially (I saw this first hand back in the early 2000s) - the only thing in question is the REME.
"If" AN/RE could buy up all the shares, they would.
And I can assure All, the state of WY, the university, and other principals are not going to let the device wallow on the concrete slab.
In all things, follow the money, whether it's climate change, CoVid, latest greatest vaccine/, peak energy, carbon credit markets, renewables being better than any other fuel source, etc.
Indeed, you are correct. The TVA, for example, is going woke, and investing in techs that aren't reliable or cost effective. However, they still have a number of coal-powered plants, and fly ash ponds that require a real remedy. Enter Pristine M/Kiln/REME.
Years ago, when I met Larry Hunt, he specifically stated that this technology was NOT intended for the US market, but rather, in developing nations. He referenced Indonesia & China. He continued, due to UN "sustainability" agreements, that the coal industry in the US, would be on the decline. That was the first time I had even heard of "sustainability". Hard to believe, but here we are.
With the pursuit of the US being energy independent, the pendulum has swung from where we were.
Wyoming's future depends on this being a success. Once fully implemented in Wyoming, I would expect to see other coal producing states follow in suit.
I believe the Pristine process will play a decent sized role in this vignette.
Exactly - These are victories and should be celebrated.
Forward progress is not always linear.
I believed in this technology, as far back as 1997, when I first came on board.
Furthermore, I believe Aiden will bring us across the line and we'll be drinking champagne in the Winner's Circle.
No army can stop an idea whose time has come.
I am pleased that their persistence is finally coming to fruition, given all the hurdles, delays, and many, many, events beyond this company's control.
If only the masses knew the headwind A.N & R.E. have been up against these years....
So easy to be an armchair quarterback.
I second that...
Or how about this for the embattled TVA CEO, Jeff Lyash - the highest paid Federal Employee at $8M/yr?

Tell that to trees and plants that thrive on CO2....
that being said, the US's CO2 output has been gradually declining year after year.
Robin was born in India; Aiden, Ireland.
They are in this to see the technology through to commercialization.
Not to make tenths or thousandths off of the stock.

Coincidence?
For those who may not recall, the launch of this tech should have happened back in 2008. But the delay is a blessing in disguise, as it is a technology that is far superior and more efficient - with the added benefit of REME, once refined.
I remind you of this, and it is this, that had the biggest impact with delay after delay after delay. One of the principals stated that they were, "heartbroken" by this address- and the impact it had on the larger coal industry:

Due to Covid shutdowns and to avoid significant delays, the rotary kiln fabrication was completed in Canada, Chicago and Pittsburg. All three parts (including control panels attached) are expected to arrive in Gillette together later this week. pic.twitter.com/1dE3ewNfaV

Highly unlikely
Doubtful reverse split - disconnect between those wanting to employ the tech like the University, state of WY, overseas interests, and then the noteholders, who just want their investment, not being mindful of daily pps.
I believe this will be wrapped up fairly quickly once CoVid is over and the World has re-opened.
I totally agree, although I've been in the game a bit longer and have sold to recoup initial investment.
I will say it again, this technology's time has come.
Love the $1.03 ask
Hey, there - great overview...
This is a technology whose time has come. I believe I am one of the longest shareholders -if not the longest shareholder, on this board. I have restricted shares dating back to the early/mid-2000s.
My disposition has been, from the get-go, is that this technology works.
To see it develop to a point with Pristine M, to the potential of Pristine SA, and possible REMEs, is phenomenal.
The original tech, Pristine works on a commercial scale. It's not new - in fact the Germans were using a version of this & more crude process (no pun intended) to fuel their tanks during WWII. CCTI has merely refined the process.
I am a very long hold. Not emotional. I've made plenty of money along the way. But I believe in the technology. It's a game changer.
And of utmost importance - NO FLYASH!
.0001 bid - really - nothing to see here
Yep--I was on the initial call w/Hunt, & co.---a lifetime ago.
I told Larry they'd shelve the tech.
He listened.
As of today the fabrication of parts for the reassembly of @CCTCInc test facility remains on target for Q2. We will keep everyone apprised should there be any change to the timeframe.

Serious question: Is there anyone on the board that really believes Aiden, et al would be sinking money into global patents on a technology that isn't commercially viable???
Latest today:
@CCTCInc
announces today that they have been granted a patent for their unique coal enhancement technology in Malaysia. Securing global patents ensures IP protection as the company plans its global rollout.
@CCTCInc
is pleased to announce that after 6 years of review it has been granted a patent in South Afica for its coal enhancement technology. This level of IP protection will provide a more secure platform for responsible use of coal across Africa. SA is a major coal exporter!
#CommerceClause
#ShermanAct
#Geopolitics
...and what exactly is that called??? Anyone, anyone...
It's called #geopolitics and it has interfered and suppressed technologies like CCTI's as long as I have been in the game.
Get the legislators out of the way and let the Free Market work!
