We have got to be realistic, Mr. Hurley is no dumball, his silence is a natural reply saying "If you do better, I might communicate, but taking bullshit from any unitelligent riff-raff, forget about it."
clevertrade, don´t detest me, you are more or less our last hope at present.
Do I detect a bit of "Maybe it´s time to regroup and tighten up"?
Your question doesn´t matter, but thanks a lot!
There are three questions board members have been asking themselves for months now: 1) How much chummy-chummy are clevertrade and Mr. Hurley 2) How much does clevertrade know and isn´t allowed to tell and 3) When will he tell?
I might add a fourth question: When will Mr. Hurley ask clevertrade to spill the beans?
Good point!
What you say is crucial.
An R/S is only useful if you can sustain the new share price with a sequel of positive news over the immediate next period of time. That takes, as you say, a lot of planning - and goodies in the pipeline.
The R/S has far too often been the first step towards an ugly, drawn-out death.
Thanks for great comment!
Compliments and thanks for your aptly put opinion.
Think a few will feel embarrassed if KH pulls it through - they should.
KH is a programmer and needs somebody savvy to look after business.
Not sure I understand your answer to my reply, could you please elaborate?
Great post, reaper247.
If the figures of you know who are real, I guess you could say he has been mad enough long enough for his money by now.
SDVI
Totally agree, Frankfurt is a much better exchange than OTCBB.
SDVI
Sorry, meant 44368.
How about 44359 for a start?
Mr. Hurley,
With share buy-back a hopelessly slow process, wouldn´t now be a good time to deliver the mother of all triple whammies, a sequential rabbits, audit and IPO thunderblast, sending present resistance into oblivion?
Best of luck
Rudy
Great post!
SDVI will prosper.
Right, this microcap is different, as we will soon see..
Go, SDVI!
The rabbits are solidly lined up, all four of them, no problem with SDVI, IMO.
The silence I interpret as 1) legally forced and 2) an indication of concentrated efforts to create the best possible GRAFF IPO. On FSE, of course.
We should soon hear from KH.
Like clever comments..
SDVI
Yes, Frankfurt is the best choice for IPO and KH knows it.
SDVI
Seems like Frankfurt is the place to be.
That is, if you are not a naked shorter...

SDVI, go!
Thank you, Somatochlora,
Frankfurt surely must be the better choice, that said, I can understand it´s hard to accept for the vast majority.
Fully agree, it's not fair to change game rules during play, right?
Whole-heartedly agree.
I just hope KH will properly state his case on German sites a couple of weeks before IPO day. By then, all these lovely little rabbits will of course be happily hopping about, so as not to make imprints on plasma screens.
Convincing financial figures, proof of competence, exciting future business projects, that´s what we want to see and hear about in German media.
Without it, we could have problems selling our newly-hatched $3.66+ darlings to each other, all 192 of us.
Touché!
No offence, I´m just a bloody turnip, slow, hampered and without much creativity. But I have a (false?) notion of the significance and (sometimes) power of language, that´s why I´m fuzzy.
G-e-r-m-a-n-y, practise for a few hours and you might learn it.
Ha, ha and ha, all kudos to you!
You are so right, they haven´t and it may not be important, but it says something.
How difficult is it to spell f-r-a-n-k-f-u-r-t, excuse me, but there is a limit.
Ken Hurley isn´t your everyday run-of-the-mill CEO. To write programming code 15 hours a day, weeks on end, simultaneously coming up with ingenious strategies for company stability and strength, is not for wussies.
Frankfurt seems an excellent choice, not so expensive, fast, respectable.
And how about 100 million rather well-to-do Germans for synergy effect?
Hello, Ben, everything OK, I hope!
BIG things are about to happen at SDVI, starting today. And when I say big, I truly mean B-I-G!!
As you know, Signature Devices is an upcoming company (if upcoming is the right word for somebody represented at WalMart) within computer games and entertainment, also with an eye (and connections) for investments in other fields.
CEO Ken Hurley, a good man who owns more than half of SDVI, is still working hard programming code, but now he thinks it´s time to show the hidden company muscles!
IMPORTANT: Read all about it at the SDVI board, many will kick themselves later for not doing so.
Bye for now,
Rudy
These days I tend not to enter the board too often, on account of whiners, ignorants and repeaters of themselves (not being too hot in the first place). You, on the other hand, introduce some new verve, thanks!
(Written without having read any further posts, over to you, somatochlora, to wipe it out.)
dfw,
you´ll be our idol forever, thanks a lot!
I don´t think you draw stupid conclusions, it just looks that way.
Good luck in the future!
2.1 Million here.
