June has been an interesting month of developments for Webstar Shareholders. We became shareholders of a new private company, EOC ,which is in developing software for electrical current maximization and taken over by new Management in the real estate development business.
Let me clarify about what I said about shares available between today and tomorrow. There are shares available to purchase but due to the announcement about ECO it's probably be hard to get cheap shares in any substantial quantity.
James Owens had posted about it on Linkedin. But that was a year or two back. Unfortunately for any new investors wanting to buy Webstar shares today and tomorrow, they are not going to get much because of the trading restrictions that were put in place by the tier 1 brokerage firms.
After reading the PR it sounds to me that Webstar wants to manage and run the Electrical Compression it's developing under a separate entity with current Webstar shareholders as it's shareholder base. Doesn't say that Webstar is dissolved. If ECO can actually achieve the Goals than it would be Big. And I assume ECO shareholders would potentially benefit significantly from licensing deals. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Share price on the move up this week on high volume. Somebody seems anxious to shore up their position. No news that I can see.
The share price activity indicates to me that there is some accumulation going on. Each time it goes lower on specific sales a buyer or buyers come in and the SP recovers. Without any announced activity in many months you would expect the share price to be lower than what it currently is. Just speculating.
Whose buying? My guess is new investors who read James Owens comment on Linkedin and see possible involvement of Webstar in the Electrical Compression initiative he enunciated on.
Something is up. Haven't seen this big of volume before. There's accumulation going on, IMO. But who is selling?
Someone is accumulating some nice amounts of shares under .10 today.
If James Owens initiative for compression of electricity in EV's works, the payoffs will be mindboggling.
Hit .20 today. Someone is definitely trying to get cheap shares.
Nice to see trading activity. Been a while. I'll tell you this. I'm not selling any of the shares I own. After reading James Owen's latest post on Linkedin, I think we are the verge of a breakthrough before too long.
SP has been moving up some over the past 2 days. I believe its doing so in reaction to the article I posted on Electrical Compression. The interesting part is that JO said he would like to see the " Power of a Public Company involved. Anyways, if the project that is going on achieves its goal it will be huge for electrical vehicles.
Wanted to forward this article that James Owens wrote and posted on Linkedin regarding the potential of compression technology applied to Electricity and Bandwidth Consumption. Very interesting. Here is the article he posted with a specific comment he posted following the article.

I am very excited to be asked to be a part of the team that will develop the First Step in this exciting technology. The newly funded project of Electricial Compression and Optimization Corporation will develop Phase One the DC power module for extending battery life (twice as may miles traveled on same charge) of electric vehicles of all varieties.
Since the funding has been optained and provisional patents have been filed ... the company can now begin to develop the prototype for this exciting technology. It's crazy that this was just a concept a year ago, many thanks to our VC Group.
My company Softtech Development Corporation is fully onboard and working on including my other companies in this adventure. I would love to bring the power of being a Public Traded Company onboard, we all can change the way the World consumes and saves power. I can only imagine when electric cars and trucks could double the number of miles per charge that they can travel, making electric vehicle technology more viable.
I am also super excited about Phase Two as well ... compressing AC Power for homes and businesses all over the world ... power bills and usage being cut in half, wow exciting!
More to come!
Lets hope so, because James Owen's software technology could turn out to be very valuable.
Seems the company feels they have some technology that will be employed in the future that could trigger a run on the company. And they don't want this technology to be taken out cheap if there is a control change. Looks positive to me.
Yes, obviously.
All shares owned by James Owens are totally Restricted and would not increase the Float.
This would be the fastest way to get revenue streams for the company and attract new retail interest in our stock. Great move made by Management.
Not that I am aware of with a major trading firm. But I am not in any hurry to sell shares right now. Waiting to see what developments are in store with company initiatives to create revenue streams for the company. Someone has been buying shares in pretty big chunks on an off which gives me hope. But it's all speculative at this point.
Sounds to me Grab has some kind of vendetta against the company or it's Officers.
One of them is Alpine. Exorbitant fees. $95 per trade. $100 a month to maintain an account. That's the problem with lower tier brokerage firms.
One of them is Alpine. Exorbitant fees. $95 per trade. $100 a month to maintain an account; etc. That's the problem with those lower tier firms.
I've checked out a few of them. They're fees are exhorbitant. Alpine is one of them. $95 a trade. $100 a month to keep the account active; etc.
Are you certain that Fidelity is still accepting transfer of Webstar shares from VStock. My understanding is that they stopped accepting new transfers when they stopped trading the shares.
Who is telling people on this Board that they cannot get their shares Unrestricted? None of us would have been able to transfer our shares to Fidelity or anyother brokerage firm if they were Restricted.
I would ask the poster who made the claim about the yachts provide proof (receipts) on said purchases before accepting the claim as fact.
I had my shares transferred to Fidelity prior to the firm halting trading on shares transferred in. My understanding is that our shares were under probation with Fidelity and that they were monitoring the trading of Webstar shares for any signs of manipulation. And when they noticed what they perceived as manipulation they pulled the plug. JMO.
"Gee just getting an opinion from a smaller cheaper legal firm to the OTC would remove that." Why don't you help the shareholders out by contacting Webstar Management and inform them that they need to do this?
There are so-called secondary brokerage firms that will take them if your willing to pay the outlandish fees they charge. I'm just sitting tight in Fidelity waiting for Webstar to get some projects going which will spur new retail interest and real trading going. Then maybe firms like Fidelity will reconsider.
I don't know what makes you think that
TD rejecting transfer of shares even with the Uplist. Need to open an account at Fidelity who will take the shares as long as the SP doesn't go below .25
For those inquiring about Fidelity
I know someone personally who was able to do a DRS Transfer of shares from Vstock. Fidelity took his shares in his Fidelity Account but blocked them from trading. Fidelity told him he had to prove his share purchases before they would remove the Block. The reason Fidelity put the Block on was because he transfered a lot of shares; over 1,500,000. So now he has to produce the Stock Purchase Agreements, including the ones for the purchase of Webstar Networks Corporation Shares which were exchange for Webstar Technology Group Shares 13 for 1. I told him he should have waited until the Uplist went through to OTCQB to do the Transfer, and maybe Fidelity wouldn't have put the Block on the shares to begin with. When your in Pink Sheet Status the big brokerage firms are either not going to except the direct transfer of corporate shares still in pink status, or request all kinds of proof if you drop a big block of shares on them.
Here's a takeaway regarding the Uplist. Why would Webstar Uplist. For one thing the Fees to do so are not cheap. And I believe the company is checked out from head to toe before being Approved by the OTC. In my mind, positive things for shareholders will be happening in the near future, or it wouldn't make sense to go through the process and the expense. JMO
